2) No matter how much I may love the source material, I will not join an RP if the Interest Check, IC, or OOC has too many posts. I am not reading all of that. If you want me to join, PM me a summary.
3) I won't even read source material in the Interest Check or OOC sections if the IP is, like, super convoluted, long, or snobbishly formatted. Keep that shit IC. Give me clear and concise posts or I'm gone. I dont have all day to sort through your five different fonts and your 17 paragraphs of setup.

continuing, does any villain want to "sorta turn good for the moment" and develop a sudden disdain for another villain who is active?

Ok, i stopped because a few of you did not put who your nemesis is in your CS, so please do that. Although i do still need to re-read some of the last posts, i'd rather not have to read the whole RP to find out who flicked who's ear in the third grade.
otherwise, those of you who know your nemesis wont be back (one of the 4) can try to find another nemesis, but i would still put both the missing primary nemesis and the new alternate nemesis in your CS. just for future reference.

perhaps, but that makes it kind of difficult (or pointless since she can just teleport) for her to join the fight when Timeless returns. Maybe after a reprimand, she can be put on house-arrest in her quarters.

D'ren's droll demeanor diverted over to Doomlord. His invisible angel of chaos who was in charge of all things chaotic gave Doomlord an equally equitable evil eye.
"Have a guard bring him down."
D'ren pulled up a bastard magic sword and waved it at Assallya. "Yeah someone did! I fuckin' pulled it out of the stone! WoohOOO!" He tossed it into a pile of about four dozen other swords. He turned to another lieutenant and said, "Have someone lock those up in the armory. Don't even know how they got into the dungeons anyway."
The Evil Overlord turned to saunter out of the room, followed closely (presumably) by Doomlord and Assallya. As they ascended the dungeon steps, D'ren said, "The heroes should not be a problem. We have spies everywhere. Which reminds me, I need to give Grenda McGoo a Certificate of Awesome Spying for her work last week. Tell me, Ass, where do your spies tell you they are?"*

Despite being the ultimate avatar of Chaos and DOOM, he still apparently had a master, so that was a thing. "Whilst I am sure he has done many things to deserve such a punishment, he is one of our better advisers, and he seems to have learnt his lesson."

it should. im gonna have to re-read many of the last few posts, not only to refresh my memory, but also to figure out how to realistically tuck Portal away somewhere so that when Timemaster returns, she can jump back into the fray

well i think we should first figure out who is actually going to continue. i say if anyone has been online within the last day or two, and could have posted, but didnt, we dont consider them unless they specify it here.

This is Yuri.
Yuri is an American man of Slavic descent living on the east coast of the United States. He goes to work, hangs out with friends, and writes movie scripts. And he has mild superhuman abilities that are so insignificant, he does not even call them superhuman abilities. More like quirks. Generally, he cannot use these powers in front of others, especially if they do not believe in them. However, he will meet the woman of his dreams, and hopefully that will change.
Not only does Hannah (name subject to change) have similar insignificant abilities, but she is also an emotionally unstable, socially awkward nerd, just like him. You would think they'd be perfect for each other, right?
So...obviously, this RP is gonna have some restrictions. First, obviously, I need Yuri's romantic interest, preferably someone I can get along with OOC, because I cant really get emotionally invested in a character or story if I can barely tolerate the other person. Second, her name. It doesn't have to be Hannah per se, but it does have to have some significance to Yuri and the story. If you choose to play the romance interest, we can talk more about it in PM, and why the name must have meaning. Third, her appearance and personality needs to be in the realm of possibility for Yuri to find attractive. Since both Yuri and I are not romantically attracted to goths, making Hannah a goth chick is probably not a good idea. Even if I said that Yuri is, I wouldnt be able to realistically RP it. And lastly, the other RPers. If you want to join as one of Yuri's friends, you do not get powers.
That is why I made this a 1x1 as well as a small group RP. More than likely, nobody is going to want to play a normal person because that's boring in today's society. Most people are not character developers, they are character users. So once someone says they want to play Hannah, I will make the IC thread.
Anyone interested?
