Personality:
Chirashi is a smiling happy kind of person, he tends to have a care free attitude about himself. His main things in life are his cooking and his relationships with friends and family. He is determined to make the goals of the man who took him in come true. He tends to step in during arguments, normally shoving food into the faces of those that would be fighting. He has his mean streaks him, those moments he lets out the former bloodlust built in side of him... but he tries to keep those restrained and reserved.
He loves to cook and discover new foods, always fighting to make a better meal than the day before. He lives to learn so to speak and seeks out new opportunities without hesitation.
History:
Chirashi spent a large portion of his life as a slave, being used for typical fishman labor. Being stronger than the average humans had its downfalls in that case. For many years he toiled in his own little world, moving things for his masters until he was old enough to fight. Once he reached his teens, he was taken and put into fighting pits for entertainment. He fought for his life, till the day that a pirate crew came rolling through the village. They destroyed nearly everything, but the main thing that they did, was set the slaves free.
Chirashi was only fourteen at the time and had no where to go... He was given a ride to the next island and left there, unsure of what he was supposed to do at this point. Most people hated him for his looks, he was a fishman after all and they weren't well accepted on that island, or a lot of parts to be fair. But someone did take him in, a man who couldn't see a thing in this world. A blind chef, who still managed to cook using his other senses.
This man couldn't see Chirashi's race, only hear his voice. He took the young teen in and taught him the ways of normal society. He beat the brute out of the boy and beat the chef into him. He taught him the ways of cooking in and out, making him cut and de-bone hundreds of fish, chicken, pigs... cows... he did it all until he knew the inside and outs of every cut, every fillet, every meat.
Things went well, he found out the old man was once an explorer, looking to find the best dishes from around the world, but... he ended up going blind and had to cut his dream short. So, Chirashi, as he got old enough decided to take it upon himself. He would journey the world for the old man, collecting every style of cooking, every ingredient every dish and he would bring it back. They would create The Grand Cuisine, cooking from the globe!

Butcher Knife Combo- Chirashi utilizes his knives to slice at the enemy multiple times.
Wanton Beatdown- Using his speed and agility, he leaps around the opponent, striking multiple locations.
Mutton Chop- A strong chop to the opponent.
Flank Flank- coming in from a flanking position, Chirashi smashes both fists into the opponents back.
Sashimi Sizzle- a seven hit combo utilizing his feet and knives.
Other: He has a slave brand on his back, normally he keeps it hidden.
