Definitely interested. Got experience with ADnD, 3rd edition, and Pathfinder but never 5E. I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to learn though.

In all honesty it would be completely possible though. We see elven weapons being wielded by a variety of different personages with little to no difficulty. Even hobbits don't have a problem working with elven armor and armaments.

Besides, you only see really ridiculous stuff out of the elves in the first age and a little in the second. By the third age you don't have elves fighting literal gods and fifteen mile long dragons anymore, there's definitely a deflation in power.
