I would love to have you but you may have to alter the character quite a bit. We aren't focusing on Rainbow nor the special forces so much, but depending on which branch you want them to be from (tell me in advance) then I'd be glad to port them over. Plus, I don't want the equipment that operators have so that our characters feel vulnerable.

@Aamaya@DisturbedSpec Tomorrow the first post will be going up as an introduction to the setting before the characters are thrown into the mix. If possible, getting CS's done soon may help out, but if you have reasons otherwise to hold them back and delay then by all means let me know.

Nicole stands at a tout 6'0" (182 cm) and weighs 150 lbs (68 kg). On duty she wears the standard issue uniform. As she is new to the unit, she hasn't made many modifications to the way she wears it. Looking at her from a completely objective standpoint, you wouldn't be able to pick her out among her fireteam. Off duty wear is much more generic, though. There's nothing noteworthy about what she wears off duty, though. It's just generic wear that makes her look like anyone else. Sweaters, jeans, t-shirts, and all that fun stuff.

Psych Profile
Nicole has a painstakingly amazing ability to remain composed and cool in even the toughest of situations. Her experience in the RCMP serves as a testament to this ability. Calm, cool, and collected. However, most, if not all operatives in her task force also possess those traits. What sets Nicole apart is her ability to think outside of the box. It takes her mere nanoseconds to figure out how to go about a certain situation when her original plan doesn't work.

Additionally, Nicole works very well with her teammates. Her communication skills are extremely adept. If she loses sight of an enemy she'll immediately let someone know where their last known position was if she is also unable to track them down herself. Her behavior otherwise is not very noteworthy. There are no issues that are to be noted as of right now. She's perfectly fine in pretty much any relevant area.

Biography
Nicole was born as the second child in a family of four to Joseph and Elizabeth Rossi. Joseph was a former member of the US Military before leaving to form his own PMC, whereas Elizabeth simply owns an inn in Canada. Growing up, her father was of course very rarely around because of all the stuff he had to do for the United States Military, which was ironic since the rest of his family was actually in Canada. The family decided it would be better to leave the family in Canada due to how dangerous whatever Joseph was doing to the family.

Even today, he still flies back and forth between Canada and the United States just because of the nature of his career. But enough about her father. Nicole, growing up, was raised on the constant stream of having shows like "Cops" and "Under Arrest" on the television as a child. That may definitely have played a big role in Nicole's decision to sign up for the RCMP as soon as she snagged her Bachelor's in Criminology.

Her service in the RCMP was more than exceptional, which got her into the Emergency Response Team shortly after she pulled the trigger and applied. Being thrown straight into the fire, Nicole was someone who adapted to the sudden increase in the difficulty of tasks she would have to carry out. Hostage rescues, bank robberies, warrant services were among the tasks she had to carry out during her tenure in the elite Canadian law enforcement unit. Even though it was British Columbia, it still had its fair share of crimes, especially those that were too much for regular law enforcement to handle.

Despite the odds, Nicole's service with the ERT was more than exemplary, which landed her a recommendation to where she is today.
