It's gonna be gas. Can't wait to see what sort nonsense you can pull of in focus mode with the funlance and hunting horn. Also, looking forward to new monsters to skin and wear as hats.

Dude it's D&D 3.5 framework being used with Naruto flavored stuff instead of the usual elves, wizards,and dragons stuff from D&D proper.

Also yeah Wulin pretty much does the fighting stuff rather well and better. You got externals and weapon style stuff for like how you fight and internal for magic stuff and chi conditions which can be use for weird effects.

However if want something more mechanically complex I can totally do anima with everyone being a tao or technician as their splat totally lets them do hand seals and summoning stuff as well as one of the artifact weapons being a puppet.

Well I'd just recommend Legends of the Wulin for doing the ninja fighting moves rather than forcing D&D to do things thing that never were envisioned of it doing.

However if you wanted something crunchier I guess Weapon of the Gods or Anima: beyond fantasy.

As for place I don't care just gotta have some players for your game.

I'd run a naruto game. Just not the D20 ruleset for obvious reasons.
