I need to remember to get a new SSD for wilds and other stuff. NGL I'm hating the era of new games hitting +100 GB. Regardless, I'm glad that MH has blown up and no longer niche

It's gonna be gas. Can't wait to see what sort nonsense you can pull of in focus mode with the funlance and hunting horn. Also, looking forward to new monsters to skin and wear as hats.

That's impossible.

I'm gonna end being Zeus' bastard child with a penguin and god's wallet with some clown college skills right before I roll bad and destroy my character when I find out I stole the Lindbergh baby
Only if necessary
Can we use the butthol splat?
It's super goofy.

Not only are there two mayonnaise monsters that can turn you fat as a status effect. It also has things like vampire vegetables and Klaus Nomi as monsters.
What is Meikyuu Kingdom?

Meikyuu is tabletop game that is basically what if you crossed over the silly irreverent humor of Disgaea and tonally similar games with the old school dungeon crawling with a resource management aspect.

Now if all that stuff is conjuring images of a bunch of funky looking dice and complicated maths don't fret. The game is actually pretty simple and novice friendly compared to most western styled tabletop games. It uses two regular dice like those in monopoly and the number aspects are fairly easy as well. So if you ever wanted to play D&D or just are curious in trying your tabletop game but want something easy to get into this is your game.

Now as for what I meant by Landmakers. Landmakers in the game are basically your position you play within the context of the court and your first class.

You got the:

-King who statwise gets to pick what he's good at and acts either as a fill-in for a missing role or at least a substitute. The king of course is also the leader.

-Vizier who's the smart guy and handles the financial aspects of the kingdom as well as advises the king.

-Knight who's the fighter and handles all fighty stuff.

-Ninja who's basically the party rogue. And is primarily in charge of scouting dungeons and to a more greater extent taking care of traps.

-Oracle who gets to make up the kingdom's religion and functions as a healer/cleric. Plus they got a decent charisma score making them good at negotiating with monsters/people as well as other tasks that need it.

-Servants are jack of all trades with a focus on support. They get to have two jobs which allows them to diversify their abilities.

As for what jobs are they're basically your subclass and they allow access to certain skill trees which grant you various abilities and they give a stat boost. There's a bunch of them but I won't go into detail here as it's not needed. Also if you progress far into the game you can qualify Advanced Jobs which are prestige classes. Of note is the Servant can have two prestige classes so long as the requirements for each one is met.

So yeah if you got a jonesing for some goofy dungeon crawling action then come join.

Hey there!

I'm looking for some players to fill the various roles of the Landmakers for Meikyuu Kingdom.

Kahl was less than pleased with the present circumstances; barely a day over and things were going tits up. It seems as though the day conspired to keep escalating in calamities. He dared not ask if the day could get any worse out of fear of jinxing it and having to deal with a new set of complications. Still it was rather impressive with the day starting with a terrorist attack and ending with a monster from the deep breaking the ship they were on. It was an impressive trick to slow them down, and indeed it would. But it was way too early to be stopped this easily. Racing Across to the other side he didn't bother battling with any things instead focusing on getting the bag and not getting hit. Things were literally falling apart as the oversized seafood buffet snapping the boat like a twig. One mast had fallen off and now he was perched on another fallen mast as more debris fell around into the ocean. Perhaps with more favorable variables it could have been won. But in this very present it was a lost cause to fight more than necessary if at all.

Already in the moonlight he could see in the distance some of the life boats of people who had taken the smart choice and flee. He could only wish them well as he couldn't help them out. Although judging by how the critter was focusing on annihilating the boat it was safe to assume it wouldn't bother them. Still it was a good reminder that he'd have to get the hell off this boat and away from the monster no matter how implausible it seemed. With rucksack slung over his shoulder he ran over the ship's side. Already he was draining his mana before he even touched the water chaining magics together. The first effect creating a gelatinous mass that appeared in a whorling fractal pattern that was buoyant and supported his weight, and the final spell was a gate of sorts siphoning the water around him and focusing it into a strong jet. Of course since he wanted to get out fast he expended more mana than perhaps needed to rocket over the choppy waters and in the general vicinity of the destination they were headed. The following moments were tense and blurred together as all his efforts were on keeping speed and making sure he doesn't get hit. Come the surface his poor improvised boat was falling apart from the speed with only a drip feed keep it together. That is until he saw the sand and let it fall apart as the snotlike substance made sure to pick up all the sand like a lint roller leaving a lumpy blob until it dissipated.

Finding himself amidst solid land was great but his adrenaline was still in overdrive and he really wanted to find a place rest that seemed safe. As he'd be crashing from rapid exertion once the rush was gone. And it would be such a wonderful end to a night to go to sleep and get mauled by monsters. Still things were looking up compared to where they were minutes ago. Quickly Kahl hunted for dry flammable objects. The blood was really flowing through him even while doing such a simple task. The pressure of the flow through his head made it seem like he'd gain a migraine just from that feeling. With a fire lit he sat down and tried to take some deep calming breaths. What really followed was hyperventilation, light headedness, and some coughing. Still once that was over he found himself dozing in and out of sleep as chunks of time would pass and be hazed by his dreamlike state as he tried to keep vigil from any threats.
