I need to remember to get a new SSD for wilds and other stuff. NGL I'm hating the era of new games hitting +100 GB. Regardless, I'm glad that MH has blown up and no longer niche

It's gonna be gas. Can't wait to see what sort nonsense you can pull of in focus mode with the funlance and hunting horn. Also, looking forward to new monsters to skin and wear as hats.

What tabletop games are you familiar with?
The day began with yet another caravan of traders and merchants passing by through the Dead Horse Inn. Workers began loading bundles of clinking bottles filled with liquor. It was a good amount of product that was sold and fetched more than a decent sum of guilders. Yet the man merely fiddled with his spectacles looking quite stone faced as he let his hand give way to the heft of the guilders. "It was a pleasure doing business with you." was he all he said before leaving. His earning would be piecemealed away once he got purchasing his supplies but it would be decent and he wasn't terribly greedy.
Elsewhere in the village all other manner of activity was happening. There was news that the Sentinels were once again looking for new recruits. There was also a crafts show going on later in the day. There was also talk of some families giving their goodbyes to their children who had decided to pursue knowledge in some distant academy or college others who left to be adventurers or soldiers in pursuit of something more thrilling. Other than that there was no excitement happening, and yet that's how people liked it. Only thing of real concern was bad weather and monsters; weather's been real good and people have proper stockpiles and the sentinels were doing their jobs and so far not a peep of any rampaging monster.

Done. Writing an intro for the SOL type of stuff is surprisingly hard. Since there isn't any overarching plot(yet) or anything of immediate urgency.
But "Stuff was happening but it was nothing of immediate importance" isn't good either and honestly GMPC isn't important so I feel no need to go into detail on his stuff.

Knights would imply some sort of feudal structure. This is more of an anachronistic republic type dealy set in what amounts to a small rest spot between much more important locations. Like those podunk towns you stop by while riding on the Greyhound in between larger cities.
