Ryuuji waited until the majority of the group had filtered out. The student council was imposing; he could feel their presence from all the way in the back of the auditorium through the crowd. Without a doubt they were the strongest here... and he sure as hell didn't want to get on their bad sides. He'd been burned, beaten, stabbed, electrocuted, and drugged out of his mind over the past years in an effort to strengthen his mental and combat abilities, but he had a feeling that they'd be able to crush him with minimal effort on their part. The young man paused, checking his phone, when he noticed that there were a few other students hanging back as well. Two in particular caught his eye. The first was a girl who looked all the world like a doll come to life. The other was a young man with somewhat silky brown hair and headphones.

Ah, it's good to be back, mused Kamiki. Over the break she'd had only a few opportunities to use her powers. It always gave her a rush, something she'd decided was something like a runner's high. Kushi grinned wickedly as she donned her headphones and turned her music up. She made her way to her designated dorm room, bag in tow.
