Rad. I'll begin writing up that post a bit soon.
Hey, @White Feather, mind if Shep has a similar idea and happens to wander into town with the idea of liberating it of the slave traders and inspiring the people to rebel against the dark lord whom they've been trapped against? Maybe they meet, have a little scuffle possiblY? Just a thought.
Damn. You people post a lot when I sleep all day.
1st. Damn, Alastor throwing shade. I like that dog comment, that was golden.
2nd. I like the way you handled that, VV. Reminds me of an old RP partner named Rob.
3rd. I believe today I'll try and write up a post to get Shep in on the action. If I can find out how, that is.

EDIT: 4th. I really love those little images at the top of your posts. I may or may not make two of my own for Shep and Hero.
Dat naim indeed. It's right up there with Edge Maverick and Angus MacGyver for the title of "Awesome McCoolname"

You forgot "Hero Sura."
Heheh, sorry, we're just saying that we're ready whenever you guys are. No rush or anything. Besides, I may or may not have some stuff go on with Shep. Since he's the one neutral party (Really bad decision on my part, I'll admit.) and all that, I'll probably have to do some proverbial lifting to make him worm his way into the plot. Unless, of course, whatever VV has planned somehow even ropes him in.
Hero Sura & Spoony
Lightkeep

Hero grinned a little as Spoony became slime and slipped from his grasp. He was sure he'd never fully understand her form, but it seemed to him being a slime was pretty cool. His smile continued as she told him that he had now owed her her favorite dish, sweet rolls, for a week. He was a bit saddened that his friend didn't want something a bit more challenging from one of the best chefs around, but he wasn't going to complain about it or anything.

The comment about his flames intrigued him. A sword forged from his magical flames? If he could get his flames hot enough, than there was no telling what would happen with the sword. His flames had not burned him, so clearly they were magical in some way. "Hm. Not a bad idea." He said, voicing his interest into the idea. He wondered what kind of blade she would make with his flames. He hoped for his sake she'd start out with something small, like a dagger or a short sword. "I guess that'll count as part of my repayment too, seeing as how Sweet Rolls, even for a week, aren't particularly hard to make. How about I bring them to you during your lunch break?" He offered.

Spoony smiled as he said he accepted to trying it. "That's wonderful! I've been working on a sort of furnace that should help to make the flame's even hotter once their concentrated." Spoony replied as she motioned to a far smaller forge, it was made out of stone and only had room for a few coals at the bottom.

"I was planning on trying a piece of armor first and then a dagger. I wanna see if it's better for defence of attack." Spoony added as she looked over at the forge. It was quite hard for her to make but she believe that she did a good job. "Anyway's I'll finish the Knork of Power for you tomorrow, I should really get some sleep." Spoony said as she put the Knork back into the corner. Unless Hero spoke up it would keep the horrible name.

"Yeah, that may be a good idea." Hero said, stretching out and yawning. "I shall retire to my quarters as well. See you tomorrow." And with a wave, Hero left the workshop, and made his way to his room, where he slept peacefully.

Spoony waved to him as she went off to her own quarters. After locking her doors multiple times and her windows she changed into her full slime form. Keeping it up all the time would prevent her from sleeping anyways. She had what seemed to be a large bathing bucket in her room next to her bed which she rarely used. She went into the bucket before turning into a puddle of slime in it and went to sleep.
Oh, that's not a bad idea! Would you rather do it over PMs, or using something like PiratePad where it's realtime and all that?
Uh. @ViolentViolet Can I post, or...? I know you told us to wait, but I think a day is long enough. Don't wanna leave Cucco hanging and all that. Just wanna get your good to go before I write anything up.

Hero smiled slightly, as Spoony did much more of the same, and spoke.

"My job require's me to work hard, behind every good soldier is a good blade, that's what my father says anyways. Beside's not everyone is gonna recognize you, especially at night of all times." She said. It made him feel a bit better, and put some stuff into perspective. He should work hard at his job, just like she did, even if it didn't lead to the recognition he wanted. He rationalized it as anger over the guard's lack of knowledge, but he was also a bit mad at his lack of fame. And, hey, it was night, his face was pretty much only lit by his markings, maybe the guard was unaware of his condition?

But that didn't matter right now. Spoony was dragging him all the way back to her place of business, the workshop. She had promised him something he would really enjoy, and, honestly, he was inclined to believe her. She made good product, and as previously mentioned, she worked hard. Once they got there, Hero was amazed as Spoony tore down a tarp, revealing the most beautiful thing Hero had ever seen. She handed it to him, the Knork. It had an edge, three points, and was long. It was like a glaive and a pitchfork all mixed up in one!

He ran his finger over the blade's edge and almost got a cut. His skin was almost as dense as iron, and this almost cut him without any effort! He backed a way from Spoony a bit and tested it, swinging it a little, and testing it's weight in his hand. It was a bit light on the blade, but the pole itself was just right. "This is the perfect weapon! Add a little weight to the blade, and it's got range, piercing, and slashing! It's... it's just...!" He set the polearm down on a table, and hugged her. "It's so cool! I need to repay you. Any dish you want, I'll make from scratch!" He offered. He was incredibly happy about this. For a while he was just using his fists because even his mace was so crappy. Now he had something great, made by his best friend. The bad omen he had earlier was completely gone and, for now, he had put aside the issue of the Kingsguard. Now, he could sleep in peace.
Sorry for the speech heavy/action light post.
