@Tracyarmavbefore he was deemed stable enough to attend classes he woukd have had to demonstrate some control. It makes no since to put someone who can't stay human into classes. So he could have practiced on his own. But he would have been in his cell alone and wouldn't have had many biolical stimuli like the ones you mentioned.

@Tracyarmav there lays one of the problems. You and the others have only recently been deemed stable enough to start classes. So he would only have a week maybe two of practice at transforming at will.
LOL I agree. I made him a pervy A with a god complex on purpose. I didn't think you would want to kill him so soon. I don't mind, if everyone agrees. But killing him shouldn't be easy remember your untrained and don't have complete control.

Ivy bounced out of the building as soon as the counselors told her she could leave. She wasn't very good at being still. She looked around hoping atleast one of the other teens would be outside. She had never met someone with powers other then her brother.
