Upbringing Synopsis
It was rather warm afternoon on May 28 in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, Jiyeon was born into the world, and the youngest of two. Her brother and her enjoyed each other's company, they were even musically inclined, with Jiyeon loving the piano and Hoseok, her brother enjoyed the acoustic guitar. Though time their time together didn't last once Hoseok moved away from home to go to college which left Jiyeon thinking that maybe she should leave too.
At the age of 15, Jiyeon convinced her parents that she wants to study abroad, so she did just that, she went on to live with her aunt in America and soon enrolled in a school for her highschool, she loved America, she'd get homesick every now and again but every time she would get homesick, she'd see how wonderful it is in America than it was in Korea. Though, America did slowly change Jiyeon, it made her much more opinion heavy and she often expressed herself through other means than speaking. She loved photography and music and often expressed it through that.
Jiyeon knew that once she had become a senior, she'd have to do a things a little bit different this year. She'd hide behind her camera a little less and talk to more people, or at least, that was the plan, whether she'd fulfill it or not was still something she debated about. Capture every moment, after all, some things you only get to see once.
