Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Driving Around -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Luna sat in the back with Veil stretched out over top of her. There wasn’t much room so Luna had Veil’s head in her lap while she stripped off a piece of her own shirt and wrapped it tightly around Veil’s wound. She was quite upset with herself that she didn’t stop that from happening. Luna had to admit that she should have known the diamond glass bitch would be there. If she had been better prepared, if Sapphire bloody well trusted her than they could have had a better shot. Thank god Max got the computer. Their near death experience hadn’t been a total loss.
The car started, sirens grew closer and then the tires squealed and they were off. Veil started to shift and Luna watched her carefully. ”Well, we are in a bit of a car chase.” Luna turned her head and looked back at the cop cars following after them. She could always attempt to get into the minds of the closet ones. It always proved tricky for Luna working through vehicles and other barriers. It was much easier to get into the minds of people when you were in the same room as them. ”If you can manage it, cloaking us would get us in the clear.” Luna looked back at Veil with some worry. As far as she could tell, with her limited knowledge, the bullet hadn't hit anything major or there would be a lot more blood but the pain could also knock a person out easily.

Cayden Proudstar - Moonwalker

Location: The First Floor, Mutant Underground -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Cayden’s eyes widened a bit from the sudden yelling and aggression coming from Leighton. He didn’t really think she had it in her but that's why one should never underestimate a person by their looks. After all she did slid across ice on heels without falling earlier. Cayden looked at the guy and rolled his eyes as he started to laugh and refused to speak with them. Perhaps they should knock him out again, he seemed less annoying then. ”Shaw? Who’s Shaw?” He frowned at the man he was still holding.
Everyone was pretty well downstairs now and Cayden looked at them all. He had come into the middle of a conversation before their captive spoke up and he was a bit confused about all they were saying. It seemed though that the Morlocks and them had been attacked by similar groups working together. Interesting. He looked over at Spark Plug. ”Is there anyway to get a hold of the others or do we have to wait for them to turn up?” He couldn’t remember how long they said they would be gone for but it was getting rather late.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: The Wizard Tower -- The Castle

He sighed, relieved that the doors opened but he wasn’t relieved for long. Blaise Rowland walked out and looked at them all. His steely gaze settled onto Cuyler and the man hadn’t felt so low before. He bowed his head, looking away from the man as he was talked down to. He felt he deserved some of this but he had come back. He had felt Arya and felt as he had when first laid eyes on her. That had to mean something right? Cuyler would tell Rowland that, that would mean something to the man who was rooting for and helping him win Arya over.
Cuyler looked back up when Halley took over the conversation, explaining why they were here and what they needed to do, despite Rowland saying he was not allowed in. He shot Arnora a look when she suggested they leave Cuyler behind. No, he couldn’t help them get inside but he could help with Loki. That much he could do. Cuyler looked back at Rowland to plead for his case when he stopped short. He pushed past Arnora, standing right in front of Rowland but he wasn’t looking at Rowland. No, he was looking at what Rowland was wearing. His robes were purple and Rowland hadn’t worn purple for quite some time. Noise seemed to fade and there was an eerie stillness around Cuyler. ”Why are you wearing those?” His voice was low as he questioned the man. Cuyler was putting himself in active denial as he finally looked into the man's eyes. "Blaise, why are you wearing those?"

Amarantha

Location: The Crypts / The Barracks ---> Front of the Palace, Outside -- The Palace
Skills: Resistance; Stamina;

Titan remained silent as they walked. His words would not be appreciated here. Titan had nothing good to say about anything at the moment. He was simply doing his duty. They made their way into the crypts. He was looking around when he heard the scream. Titan watched the vampire lunge at Luna but he missed luckily. Titan moved quickly, putting himself in front of the Princess. He was grateful for retrieving a sword for it allowed him to make the strong swipe with both hands and take the head off of the vampire. The body dropped instantly while the head flew and rolled after hitting the ground. Titan watched the thing with dead eyes. “Anyone have any fire on them?”

Amarantha sighed but shook off the fact that she would be stuck like this forever. ”Well, work on something that allows for me to drink something other than blood to stay alive, would you?” As for the other stuff that the Castle would rebuild and this was not the lowest point of the Castle made Amarantha relax a bit but not by much. She couldn’t prevent nothing from happening to the Castle and that was perhaps more frustrating than being able to save it. They all had a long journey ahead of them and they weren’t immune to anything anymore. They were weak now. Fair game for other lands to come and attack them and they were on shaky terms with the SnowPlains and Lost Nights.

As they made their way to the front of the Palace, Amarantha kicked something that made a couple ringing sounds as it was banged up against debris. She walked over and picked up. She turned the ring over in her hand and glared at the thing. She clasped her hand around it and squeezed. ”It seems the Eastern SnowPlains have been here. Wonderful.” She looked around the courtyard. There were dead bodies everywhere and people were starting to clean them up. Amarantha went over to a servant and questioned if they had moved someone with Mona’s description. If it was true they would have to go about finding the chains the old fashion way. Or suck it up and find the royals. Amarantha wasn’t too proud to admit she was avoiding looking for them. Not that she feared them dead but for fear of what they would do to her now that she was a Biter.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Future Palace
Skills:

Ahote frowned at the man who was only growing more frustrated with the lot of them. It was equally frustrating to be told there was nothing to be done and yet none of them were speaking with attitude. ”I am certain we would all like to return. Please bear with us as we still have a hard time understanding that there is nothing we can do to save our home from something your people will bring upon us.” Ahote looked at Myrus and laid a hand on his friend’s shoulder. They would try everything they could to postpone or stop this. There was more than one Asgardian they could talk to back at the Castle.
Their time was now up though as the ground shook underneath Ahote’s feet. He turned and looked behind him, seeing a 17 foot Frost Giant approach rapidly and pick up Mona. She looked so small in the giant’s hands. Ahote turned to face the thing and looked up at it. There was only one of them, for now. They could most likely get away with taking it out together. ”Mona, if you have any power, I suggest you use it now! Even if it’s the power of persuasion.” He looked behind him at Bruce. ”Are you able to help with this and bring all of us home or should we solve this without you for the time being?”

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: The Palace Grounds -- New York City, New York.
Skills: Enhanced Intuition

Antoinette got an intense feeling of something terrible about to happen. She stepped closer to Carolina and October as this feeling grew. She looked over at the other group on the palace grounds. The intense feeling was coming from them and one person in particular. Wanda was about to do something terrible. She looked away when October started talking to her. Even though October knew she wasn’t around anymore in their reality she was still helping and encouraging them. She was helping and encouraging Antoinette now in particular. She reached out her hand and grasped October’s. ”I may not know you in the other reality but I have gotten to know you in this and it has been wonderful to have your friendship. Thank you.” The encouragement and belief from a sort of stranger was a release for Antoinette and she felt herself settle into the girl she knew from the other reality. Sure, there was now the problem with slipping into panic every time a gun went off but for the time being, it seemed guns would not fire and her inner strength returned.
Flynn walked over to the group and answered Antoinette’s next question. She nodded in agreement with him, looking back to Wanda and that group. ”Yes, Wanda is about to do something that will cause great harm. But now, should we stay and help or should we leave.” Antoinette was still watching the group when Wanda’s hands started to glow and she fired energy off at the group and then yelled and did the same to her true brother Pietro. Antoinette watched in curiosity as Pietro changed positions and went to stand by her side. Wanda was still controlling peoples’ realities it seemed. She looked back at her companions. They were in the clear for the time being but what of the others? They were their friends too and if they died here, they would be dead back home too. ”Flynn, do you know how Wanda was able to warp an entire reality?” It was clearly power but would killing Wanda reverse it or would they still be stuck? Was there a different mechanism Wanda worked with in order for her power to work so well and effectively?

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Hellfire Club ---> Sidewalk -- Washington D.C.
Skills: Enhanced Speed;

Luna ignored Sapphire, having already moved to grab onto Veil. The gun firing at her was a bit unexpected but Luna was already moving quickly, she was able to easily dodge the bullet and pick up Veil. She was already running for the exit before anyone else to get down the ice slide. She reached the sidewalk after Max and quickly moved towards the car. The sirens were drawing closer, Luna was estimating thirty seconds but she had no real knowledge in the area and was simply guessing. ”Max, check her pockets,” Luna said. She wasn’t willing to put Veil down and he had already emptied his hands of the computer. Thankfully they at least had that. Luna glanced back at the ice slide, waiting for the others to join them. She was not looking forward to all the yelling that would surely occur at her expense. At the very least Luna had some yelling of her own she wanted to do.
”The computer didn’t sustain any damage did it?” She looked back at Max while waiting for him to pilfer Veil’s pockets. If she didn’t have the keys than Sapphire would since she had been driving. They just had to wait for her. They didn’t wait long and Havok came down, unconscious followed by Sapphire. Up above another window shattered and Luna shifted instinctively. She turned her back to the building, blocking Veil but when Luna looked back it was simply a window shattering. She relaxed, looking back at Sapphire. ”Do you have the keys?”

Cayden Proudstar - Moonwalker

Location: The Attic ---> The First Floor, Mutant Underground -- Washington D.C.
Skills: Enhanced Strength;

Cayden shuffled his feet, looking down at them when Waverly yelled and then Negasonic reacted. It seemed the only one to calm her down remotely was Colossus though. He looked up in time to watch Negasonic leave and debated following her. He looked up at the open roof and decided on staying put. Spark Plug headed down the stairs with Blink after confirming to grab Vulcan. Cayden moved over to do the that when Vulcan started to stir. ”Oh good. There are several people who I think would like a word with you,” Cayden stated. He walked over to the mop headed man and scooped him up with little strain. He grabbed onto the man’s arms from behind and pushed him forward. ”How do you keep your hair so smooth and silky like that? Do you use a leave-in conditioner or something?” Truly, it was amazing how majestic his hair was. Like a lion’s mane.
Cayden managed to get the man down the stairs and stood beside Spark Plug with him. He wasn’t certain how well this interrogation would go. Of course there was something Cayden could do to help it out if it they didn’t yield any information from him when awake but Cayden didn’t want to offer that right away. He wasn’t a fan of Dreamwalking, although his grandmother thought it an incredible gift. ”Look who woke up! Perhaps he wants to talk now.”
Ezekiel Kel

Location: 2G ---> 2F -- Camp Half-Blood

Ezekiel grinned and clapped his half-brother on the back. ”Much obliged brother.” He looked over at the distant flag and smiled. ”Fight’s not over yet. Let’s get after it.” They didn’t get to far and came across another two Athena kids. Damn. They should have picked a better direction. Ezekiel noticed quite a bit of sunlight in this area and decided to use it to his advantage. He lifted his hand and twisted, bending the sunlight to hit one of the demigods eyes in order to blind. He missed the first time, overshooting but once he got the light to redirected he managed to slightly disorient one of them.
Ezekiel set his eyes on the flag. They were close now but that meant the better, stronger kids would be nearby as well. Ezekiel notched a couple of arrows and drew his bow back, scanning the area as he started to walk slowly forward. Bryan was in battle with the other kid but he trusted him all the same to have his back when he got there. If Ezekiel and Bryan had just made it to the flag, that should mean Athena’s scouts were close as well, if not already there and on their way back. Athena’s team had a habit of winning a lot.

Location: The Palace Grounds -- New York City, New York.
Skills: PTSD

Antoinette stood, albit shakily but she stood all the same. For the most part the gunfire had calmed down and a bunch of people seemingly disappeared. Was this the end of the world? Were they starting to go back to their other reality? Antoinette clung to Carolina and nodded slowly. Yes they should leave. ”Wait, you attacked the Princess? Lina why!” Antoinette looked over to wear Princess Wanda was. She was surrounded by her brother, her future sister-in-law and a couple others Antoinette couldn’t quite make out. But as she looked at Wanda she realized that yes it was Princess Wanda but in this reality. In the other she was the Scarlet Witch. And although not necessarily bad, she was extremely powerful with the ability to do great harm.
”Are you certain we should leave? Where are we even going to go?” They didn’t have a way home and they didn’t even have a way of going and looking for the others, although most of their group seemed to be right here. Her blue eye flared slightly as she looked around them in an attempt to pick up on anything that may be of use. That may aid in telling them if they should stay or if they should truly go. In the meantime Antoinette stayed close to Carolina and tried not to look around her too much. There were a lot of bodies strewn about and she was still shaky with her PTSD flaring.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Cuyler smirked at his cousin and nodded. ”I guess so,” he commented and looked up at the tower. It had been such a joy to see it when he would come in via the sea but now, it seemed like an ill omen to be back. He sighed and scratched Thia’s head. ”You best be off, go find something to eat but stay safe.” The Castle was still on edge and there was a lot of burning fires.
Cuyler refocused on the task at hand after Thia ran off. He pulled his sword out and aimed for the front entrance. ”The tricky part is getting in. And then there are the stairs once inside. I was once allowed admittance but I don’t think that would be so anymore.” He confessed, other than being able to help take Loki down or subdue him when the time came, Cuyler feared he wouldn’t be much help.

Amarantha

Location: Inside the Palace / The Barracks -- The Palace
Skills: Resistance; Stamina;

Titan ran along with the Queen as they caught up to Luna. There was even more horrors inside the Palace and Titan was sure it would take weeks to restore everything. Luna seemed to have it in her head where she wanted to go and so Titan followed along silently. He held his sword at the ready just encase and was starting to wonder about his commander as well. He hadn’t gone this long without seeing her before.

Amarantha smirked at Apollodora’s obvious distaste for her mother. What their family meals must have been like. It would have been entertaining to sit in on some of them. Amarantha was sure she had, or rather, she would. Especially if she had trained Apollodora. She looked over at Dawn, oblivious to all. If it wasn’t for the flame and Amarantha’s precarious position to flame at the moment, she would retrieve her. Someone would come along, she was sure of it.
”I hear a lot of things that purely involve saving your life and your families. Now as you can see, the Palace is in complete ruins. What does it matter to me now if your mother brings about the end of the world. You scratch my back I scratch yours love. Now, you wouldn’t happen to know of a cure that could fix me of my ailment?” Not to mention that it seemed Apollodora knew more about these Vampires, or Biters as she was calling them, than she cared to tell Amarantha about.The chains the girl mentioned were rather interesting. A location she did not know but she had heard of them. ”They are from the Land of Lost Nights are they not? Your father's homeland. Interesting.” Thankfully the blood lust was still at bay for Amarantha and she moved forward toward the Palace. ”If we can find Mona, perhaps she could place a tracking spell on your chains.”

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Future Palace
Skills:

Perhaps Ahote’s passion and determination had been mistaken for ignorance and the inability to understand. He understood perfectly but why wouldn’t you want to stay to learn about how they had done it. What they were doing now? There was an end goal and if you knew that, you could work about preventing it. But it seemed the end of days would roll on through but they could only slow its progress. ”Then how do we get back and where do we need to get back to? This is of your world so where do we need to take the fight too?”
Ahote stepped up closer to Mryus, unafraid of his power but proud of the way he spoke up and attempted to command the attention and defend. The more confident Myrus would get, the less shaky he would become. Ahote was sure of that but there was no need he couldn’t provide a little extra support. ”Yelling and getting mad at everyone for every little question they ask is going to get us nowhere fast. We need to stick together. We all have something to contribute.”
Ezekiel Kel

Location: 3G ---> 2F -- Camp Half-Blood

He managed to get the one, while Bryan handled the other two. He would hear about that later. Ezekiel watched as the one staggered back from Bryan’s kick and Ezekiel nodded. ”And we’re running,” he said before breaking into a sprint. ”Keep up Bry! We’re racing now!” They had been playing the game for sometime now, they were running out of time. As they ran, they came across another child of Athena. Ezekiel nearly ran into her but he was ready to fight and jumped right in. He landed a blow but she matched him as well, causing him to stumble slightly but he recovered and went to repeat the process. He missed this time but the daughter of Athena didn’t. Ezekiel landed flat on his ass and he groaned before rolling over.
In the process of rolling, Ezekiel grabbed onto a stick and threw it at the Athena girl. It went up and promptly fell right back down where Ezekiel had originally grabbed it from. ”And this, lady and gentleman is why I remain in the medical tents.” He looked over at Bryan and smiled sweetly at him. ”A little help Bry?” Oh he was never going to hear the end of this one. So much for Ezekiel’s pride.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Hellfire Club E3 -- Washington D.C.
Skills: Binding;

Havok returned to himself and Luna breathed a sigh of relief. There was a gunshot and her head swiveled in time to watch Veil sway and fall to the ground. Great. She blew out a breath and rolled her neck, looking back at Jinx as he started to prattle on. Luna clenched her left fist, shifted and delivered a punch that connected with his eye. She was hoping to break a nose or knock him out at least but this would suffice.

”Are you about done?” She stepped away from the man annoyed and looked towards Sapphire who created their only escape out of this mess. They had information thanks to Max. Luna wasn’t sure how much of it would be on the computer and after this, there would be no way Luna would be allowed back into the Hellfire Club for anything. Not even a cookie. ”You could check the filing cabinets but we have the hard drive from their computers.” She looked back towards Veil and started to move towards her. ”I’ve got Veil,” she stated. She was the closet one now anyways.

Cayden Proudstar - Moonwalker

Location: Mutant Underground -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Cayden looked up at the open roof concept and grinned. ”That’ll work,” he complimented. ”Still want us to go on a scouting mission boss?” Cayden didn’t see a random, supposedly abandoned building with the roof suddenly gone being inconspicuous for very long. He looked over at the newcomers and listened to them talk about someone named Erg who had been killed and then this Hellfire Club kept popping up. Other than knowing Veil and that crew going to the Hellfire Club this morning, he didn’t know much about them. Perhaps something went wrong on the mission and that’s why these people showed up.
Cayden swallowed and looked around at everyone in the room again before looking at Spark Plug. He had to agree it was a good idea to get out of the open attic. Especially when they still hadn't a clue what was going on. "Want me to bring this one down?" Cayden pointed towards the tied up Vulcan. They couldn't just leave him there too. He had some interesting items on him and if he ever came too, they might by some miracle, get him to talk. As for the others not here still, Cayden seriously hoped nothing had gone wrong. He had just gotten here and wasn’t quite ready to have to move on.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: The Palace Grounds -- New York City, New York.
Skills: PTSD

Antoinette let out a cry when Carolina appeared back into her body and moved. She wrapped arms around her friend, crushing her into a tight hug and cried. ”I remember everything Lina. The other life, October, my mother,” she cried. She felt just like a child again, waking from nightmares and needing her father to hold her simply so she could get a couple hours of peace before needing to go to school. "We need to go," she said, desperate.
Antoinette turned her head, hearing more gunshots and yelling. There was a terrible roaring from the Hulk and then two figures descended from the air before they got into the fray. It was the missing princess and her prince to be. Antoinette was shaking from the shock and adrenaline, along with the desire to run. She had never been in a battle quite like this and in such circumstances of being blinded to a reality and then having everything flood your mind about said reality within seconds. It was completely overwhelming.
