Ezekiel Kel

Location: Atlanta South RV Resort ---> Outside Wendy's -- Atlanta, Georgia
Skills:

Ezekiel shifted out his money but Leda paid the naiad already so he returned the coin to his bag. He looked at the cyclopes baby one last time before nodding to the naiad and said a quick thanks and hurried back to the car before she could change her mind. He grabbed his pack from the picnic table before getting into the car, shoving more junk out of his way and buckled in before Leda drove off. His stomach continued to grumble at the mention of food and then the smell of food.
"So, could one of you ladies spot me for food? I can pay you back at camp or something," he said. He reckoned they would have to feed him something. Hangry was a real thing and it was no different for demi-gods. Ezekiel was going to have to get a job or find some other way to get US dollars as he usually only ever had drachma on him these days. He didn't exactly want to go to his mother asking for money. She had done enough for him and he was trying his best to look after her and make sure she didn't have to go back to stripping and work more than two jobs.

Ezekiel's eyes widened and his nostrils flared from the sharp pain from his hair being tugged. It was a weird sort of pain that traveled down his spine. He looked over at the kid. "Really not okay dude," Ezekiel said. When the naiad agreed to take the baby, Ezekiel sighed and set the kid down where she indicated. "Do you use dracma," he asked her curiously. Other than that, he didn't have anything to give her for compensation.
Ezekiel took a step back as they waited for the naiad to do her thing and his mind drifted to the comedy club and the deadline they were on. This was taking time away but this was also an opportunity to better prepare and maybe have another vision while they got a couple hours of sleep. Every little bit of information they could get at this point would help them and Ezekiel had to keep reminding himself that so he wouldn't grow impatient and rage.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Old Mutant Underground HQ -- Washington D.C.
Skills: Telepathy

The van ride was a quick one but gave Luna time to tap into her telepathy and bring one of her strengths to the forefront. She felt a bit on edge, almost like electricity herself but it was a comfort that brought her strength all the same. She climbed out of the van and looked over at Max, smirking at the boy with amusement and interest. She eyed his gifts to the Underground and started to tap into her telepathy. ”Since when did the Underground want handouts Max? Or is this a simple, I fucked up apology gift?” She glanced at Veil going over to the unknown addition, who seemed to be a twin but if Veil knew and trusted them enough to go right up to him than that must be her long lost brother. So, Luna would let her have that moment and focus on Max.
Luna was also intrigued with how Max was able to conjure all of it up. What did he learn at the Hellfire club. He didn’t look like he was high on those drugs Magik and Vulcan were on but they could have made a different serum, which would have made destroying the lab useless if they had managed to do that. Luna walked closer to Max, cocking her head to the side as she tried to get into his mind but it was like hitting a brick wall everytime. Luna stayed pressed up against his brick wall, slinking around like a snake, looking for any weak spot while she spoke. ”What’s wrong Max, or should I call you Tome, something you don’t want me to see?” She was grateful for Spark Plug leveling the playing field a little and if all else failed, Luna could knock Max out physically to get into his head.

Cayden Proudstar - Moonwalker

Location: Mutant Underground HQ -- Training Room -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Cayden’s jaw dropped when he heard a new voice and saw Ben. ”Ben! Man, have I been dying to meet you,” Cayden said and hurried over to the new addition. ”Wait, that was a horrible choice of words but seriously. High five?” Cayden held up his hand eagerly, the tension from earlier seeming to leave him as the away team had left and Ben showed up. Cayden was a bit surprised with Ben. His size and height wasn’t strange, no the colour of his hair and race but for some reason Cayden had someone a little more outlaw in his mind. Like a pirate. But a ghost friend was still pretty epic and he was hoping Ben would stick around for a little bit.
Sunshine spoke up quickly and Cayden winced a bit looking at her. He could feel for the girl and was certainly sorry she had lost him. ”I am not certain that would be, okay. Casper may have the ability but the consequences of playing with the dead and Ben… He isn’t really back, we can just see him now.” He didn’t want to offend the girl but he didn’t want to lie to her either. After all, Cayden didn’t understand the full ability of Casper’s power, that wasn’t what they liked to talk about.

”You’re still a five-year-old,” Ezekiel declared when Kristin refused to respect his wishes and not call him something else. Honestly, he told her to call him shithead and she still wouldn’t budge. Ezekiel focused on Janelle for a moment and smiled a little more. He could understand the need to prove others wrong and that one was worth something more than just their weaknesses. The more she spoke, the easier he was at understanding her but there were still a few words he would get caught up on because of her accent.
The bus started to shake as it started to slow and pulled over onto the side of the highway. Ezekiel shifted and looked around them, his hand pulling out the sun pendant that he kept in his pocket. ”Seriously hate this part of quests,” Ezekiel said. He wouldn’t mind killer horses again but he wasn’t sure he wanted another Manticore or anything with poison. Ezekiel tried looking out the window to see if there was anything lurking out there. They hadn’t been out of the city for very long it seemed, so stopping this early could not be good in any circumstance.

Cassiopeia Hood

Location: Apartment -- Wichita, Kansas
Skills:

Cassiopeia smiled at her sister. ”Why didn’t you just do that earlier. No, you had to make me suffer,” she teased her sister. Cassiopeia turned back to her room and finished packing up some of her clothes. She grabbed warmer clothes and clothes that allowed her to dress down but still layer up. She made sure to bring along some rain gear as well before she packed up a few sentimental things. Photos, a phone charger just encase this place did have power and her kit for making more arrows.
Once packed up, Cassiopeia walked out of her room and gave another look around the apartment before she sighed and gathered her cat carrier. Hopefully they would be back. She did like it here and it was home for her and her sister. She packed everything into the Jeep, putting her cat in the back seat with Fuzzy so they weren’t jammed in the very back with everything else. Cassiopeia climbed into the driver's seat and looked over at her sister. ”Well, here we go I guess.” She drove away from the apartment building and towards the warehouse.

Willow Jones

Location: Willow’s House
Skills:

Willow gathered up the dishes and pulled on a jacket before she followed Annie. ”Thanks for offering to drive and to come with me.” She was nervous to go and wasn’t sure what going would mean for her or for the people who invited her to come and sent her the letter in the first place but Willow needed to go. She brought the dishes downstairs and set them down on a table in the hallway.
”Bye mom! Annie and I are going out. I’ll be back later!” She called down the hallway before exiting the house with Annie and got into the passenger side of her friends car. ”Yes, it’s on the card here,” Willow told Annie and typed the address into the GPS. After that was done, she texted Sierra and told her that she and Annie were going to the warehouse.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Nearby Building -- New York City, New York
Skills:

Antoinette took up on Flora’s other side and helped Carolina limp the woman from the building. ”Do take care. Thanks Captain America,” she said politely. She looked up at the sky when Captain America mentioned the other team having taken care of Galactus and it did seem that the sky was clear. Antoinette watched Captain America carry the woman away to the hospital and breathed a sigh of relief before looking at Carolina. She hugged her friend tight, made difficult by the iron man suits but the intention was the same.
”Should we go to the hospital and check on Mirembe? I hadn’t heard anything when a car came through the wall and I left to help some people,” she briefly explained. She at least wanted to leave a number behind for the hospital to reach them if Mirembe wasn’t out of the woods yet and then she would return to Avengers tower and see what the damage was. The vital screen that they had for everyone seemed to show that all were alright, except for Mirembe of course and Lance who no longer had suits.

"I believe full term pregnancy is 37 weeks, which means nine months superstar, not eight," Ezekiel corrected Kristin. He had no problems agreeing that mothers were warriors when it came to birth. No, Ezekiel's problem was being handed responsibility that wasn't his in the first place. Leda wanted to bring the kid along, as far as he was concerned, this was her task. Driving for four or five hours straight aside.
Ezekiel grabbed the bag from Kristin and shrugged off her touch. He hated being patronized, right up there with having to make small talk. "Sure Kristin, whatever you say," he said when she mentioned diaper duty apparently being in his wheelhouse. Ezekiel shifted out the diapers, finding a pad as well to lay the baby on so he didn't have to lay on the cold, dirty picnic table and made quick work of wiping him down and putting on a clean diaper. Ezekiel didn't even gag during the process.
Before he had arrived at Camp Half-Blood, the neighbourhood Ezekiel lived in had many children and surprisingly, Ezekiel tended to be the more responsible one. When the mothers went to work during the night hours or on weekends, Ezekiel was responsible for them. The girls didn't know this of course and Ezekiel wasn't about to share with them either.
He redressed the little cyclopes baby before picking him back up and followed Leda to the pond. "Fresh and ready for hopeful transport." He wasn't sure how nice this Naiad would be. As far as he knew from history, they were pretty vain creatures and didn't do much for anyone unless it furthered them and their status in some way.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Mutant Underground HQ -- First Floor: Training Room -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Sapphire’s outburst wasn’t much of a surprise to Luna and so she barely reacted. The woman had just gone through hell it seemed, although those who weren’t in the alternate reality wouldn’t have a clue about it but that was Sapphire. She didn’t have to indulge anyone in any details if she didn’t want to but it was counterproductive to continuously yell and be pissed at anyone who wasn’t Veil. Everyone in the room seemed to be suffering in their own way at the moment, so one person lashing out and telling them all to shut up about Wanda was expected.
Luna did smirk when Veil revealed she had a twin brother. It seemed she was keeping things hidden from them as well which Luna did find amusing but she didn’t comment on it. She walked over to James when he was done hugging Sunshine and placed a hand on his shoulder. ”If you get a chance, can you check on the pipes? They are starting to get cold and we don’t need them freezing or cracking. I have some ideas on how to insulate them but if you come up with a solution before I get back, I trust you to put it into place,” she said and squeezed James' shoulder before she let go and followed the group to the van Spark Plug had gotten ready.

Cayden was still a bit twitchy with all the energy in the room, which didn’t help when Veil turned invisible briefly after getting a phone call. They could still hear her which was trippy, all things considered. When she reappeared she had more news about a sibling coming to join them and the people going out on the mission. Cayden didn’t mind not being a part of the away team. There were things he could do here to help and keep the Underground stable.
”Mmm, food. Of course, if you have time and aren’t being chased down,” Cayden said quickly. They really did need to go on a supply run again. He couldn’t help his stomach growling but he could ignore it. At least he had gotten a little something to eat this morning. ”Good luck guys. Stay together and stay safe!” Cayden waved goodbye as he spoke encouragingly, hoping it would give them a boost.

The drive had been pleasant, if only because Ezekiel was in charge of the music. He avoided any slow songs, if only to keep all of them awake and the bass of the music seemed to keep the baby entranced and relaxed enough to not cause too much of a fuss over the journey. They pulled into an RV park, to which Ezekiel was a little surprised but not overly when he saw Leda yawn. When he smelt the baby, he already knew what the words out of both girls mouths were going to be. Of course he would be the one who would have to change the soiled diaper. They both lacked responsibility within camp, besides Kristin's know-it-all-I'm-in-charge attitude and they were women. They didn't have to do shit all these days if they didn't want to because 'it was their right'. All they wanted to do was fight things and claim glory for it.
"You guys are seriously a bunch of five year-olds. Fine, I'll change the diaper of the baby I didn't want to bring along in the first damn place," he said glaring at Leda. "One of you, can locate the diaper bag for me to use or find something else for me to use because I am not using any of my things." He leaned over and unbuckled the kid from the car seat before getting out with the kid on one arm and the pack on the other. Once outside of the car, he looked around for a picnic table to lay the kid on it order to get him changed and happy before hopefully going back to his dead beat father.

Cassiopeia Hood

Cassiopeia glared at her sister. ”It’s your cat!” she yelled at her sister. She looked over at Fuzzy, watching her with a knowledge in her eye of what the carrier was. ”I’ll deal with you later,” Cassiopeia decided and went to tackle her own cat. Artemis had run away as soon as he saw the carriers but at the very least, when Cassiopeia had to put him into a carrier. He didn’t scratch her ever, just would whine and protest. She could hardly blame the animal. The only time he was ever in a carrier was to go to the veterinarians.
After Cassiopeia got Artemis snug in the carrier she looked at Fuzzy and crossed her arms. ”Look, we don’t have all day and I’m sure you will have more space at this new place we are going.” She grabbed some treats to try and entice the cat. Cassiopeia didn’t exactly want claw marks covering her entire body because of a cat.

Willow Jones

Location: Willow’s House
Skills:

Willow set her phone down after getting a reply from Sierra and looked over at Annie. ”If I’m being honest, I haven’t quite come to terms with everything either. I’ve been thrown through the ringer today but I know what I saw Annie and I wasn’t the only one. Look, why don’t you have a little something to eat and then we’ll go for a drive by this warehouse okay?” Willow had to admit, having someone to go with to the warehouse was better than going alone.
Willow finished up her meal and drank a full glass of milk before she stood back up off the floor and stretched. She walked over to her closet and searched from some warmer clothes to get. It was getting later in the day so a dress wasn’t exactly ideal anymore. Willow loved the changing seasons but she had to admit, she would cling to her dresses until the last possible minute before it was too cold to wear one. Still, she did have winter dresses and insulated leggings for those days she absolutely couldn’t go without wearing a dress. She didn’t find dresses as the stereotypical femine construct, she simply felt most comfortable in that clothing. Willow slipped behind a dressing curtain she had in her room and dressed into a white sweater with dark red skinny jeans.
