The primal urge to obsessively access your uni portal to see if your classes have been released, so you can read the syllabi thirty-seven times before class next week.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Liberty Island
Skills: Illusion Casting; Sensory Inducement;

As Antoinette neared the group, she saw the fireball hit them all. She gasped as it slammed into her friends and the Avengers there. A piercing scream broke through the surface and Antoinette raced to Guin’s side. She was still in her suit, the fire ball had done any damage but there was something going on or she wouldn’t be screaming. She turned attention to Loki, feeling fear and anger within her. Antoinette was normally a timid person but Loki had been assaulting them for a while now. First with the game and now this. She turned to face him, her purple eye glowing as she attempted to make a small army of Thor’s and convince Loki what he was seeing was real and that he was in a lot of trouble now.
Antoinette was successful in creating a perfect image of Thor but she could only create two rather than the 10 she had intended to create. Still, three was better than one. Antoinette sincerely hoped Loki believed what was staring at him and marching towards him. He was a trickster himself and the god of lies but fear could do wonders to a person.
"We'll get out of this Guin, just hang on," Antoinette whispered to her, not taking her eyes off of her illusions or Loki.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Eisenhower Building - Lobby -- Washington D.C.
Skills: Perception

Luna glanced at Sapphire when she spoke, with less hostility than she was expecting since it was Luna Sapphire was talking to but Luna nodded, remaining silent on the subject now and walked with the others. They moved as a fluid unit into the building. At least they were after Andy punched Havok. Luna smirked at Havok’s new hairstyle but remained silent so as not to blow their cover.
Once inside the building, Luna glanced around looking for other exits and how many guards there were. Luna blinked a couple of times, not getting a clear read on how many guards there were, let alone exits or people in the room. She rubbed her hands over her face, still feeling the lack of sleep and overall exhaustion from having M-Pox and all the symptoms cruise through her body at one time or another. Luna simply remained close to the team, following Veil when she redirected them down the hall and to room 97. Hopefully, her powers wouldn’t fail her when she needed them.
Ezekiel Kel

Location: Car - On The Road Again -- New Orleans, Louisiana
Skills:

Ezekiel grinned at Kristin’s statement. ”Hence why I play guitar and don’t sing. My hands are far more talented,” he said, wiggling his fingers and winked suggestively. Ezekiel liked the way Janelle spoke about music. It made his smile change to something more soft and endearing, something real. ”Music was the only thing that kept me moving forward.” Ezekiel wasn’t often an open person but if you could get him on the subject of music, he just seemed to open.
Kristin suggested a game and the magic of Ezekiel’s tender moment vanished. ”Oh gods, please no. Can’t we just sit in silence for a while. Aren’t you tired of hearing my voice?” There was no point of car ride games like I Spy or the License plate game.

Cassiopeia Hood

Location: Sewers ---> Prison-- Camelot
Skills:

Cassiopeia smiled, having heard Rose and rubbed squeezed her shoulder as they walked. It was going to be exciting getting to meet Rose’s mom. It was exciting enough meeting Merlin, Hansel and Gretel. Cassiopeia fell silent while they waited for the all clear from Hansel. She could smell smoke of something burning and was surprised the distraction team had gone with a fire. Once Hansel gave the all clear, Cassi followed her sister out of the sewer. She offered Rose a helping hand out before she hurried after the others.
Cassiopeia watched Hansel knock the guard out, smirked and then grabbed a key from him before heading into the prison. She wasn’t entirely sure letting out every prisoner was such a clever idea. What if some of these people were murderers? She watched Layla open a cell, seeming to not have the same worries that she did.
”So, potential murderers running around is a good thing then?” She eyed the cell in front of her, trying to see who was inside. She went to put the key in the lock but ended up dropping it. ”Well, if that’s not fate intervening, I don’t know what is.” Still, Cassi bent down and picked the key up. She weighed it in her hands before opening the door. "You better not be a murderer," she said to the occupant. "or I'll wrestle you back in there."

Willow Jones

Location: Streets -- Camelot
Skills:

The fire started to grow and smoke started to fill the stables causing Willow’s eyes to water and she coughed a bit. Luckily, she missed being trampled by panicking horses. Colby and Sierra were with her and she followed them out as a guard came in and urged them to leave, seeming to not be concerned for why they were in there in the first place.
They rejoined Merlin and Gretel who had secured some sort of paper. Willow looked around, seeing the fire growing and the animals running about causing chaos of their own. Guards were everywhere trying to bring order to the situation. Willow hoped it was a good enough distraction as she followed the others when they vacated the area.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: Parking Garage ---> Eisenhower Building - Lobby -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Speed and flight, that seemed like an excellent combination to get civilians out of the way and quickly. Flight might cause more of a panic but they didn’t have much of an option. Luna looked at Kristina and nodded. ”We should stick together then if things go south, then we can split off and get as many people out as we can.” She didn’t much like either name the new girls had but they would grow on Luna. It was like hearing anything new, it was a bit weird until you got used to it.
As they entered the parking garage, the temperature in the vehicle dropped drastically after Sapphire snapped at Havok. Luna held herself as her breath started to fog around her. She knew it was cold outside but it wasn’t this cold, at least she had a jacket on. Veil didn’t seem to have the time to get Sapphire to relax and Luna wasn’t sure that tough love was going to work but what other options did they have.
Luna looked at Sapphire before she exited the vehicle. ”Redirect the anger. You aren’t as weak as they are trying to make us.” Luna wasn’t sure if her comment would work for Sapphire or anger her but if it snapped her out of her thoughts, then Luna would deal with the aftermath later. She followed Veil and the others, sticking close so that she remained invisible.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Liberty Island
Skills:

Antoinette’s eyes widened as the doors to the statue opened and people came rushing in. She had flashbacks to the game of Jumanji with rhinos and other animals stampeding toward them. Suddenly she was pulled out of the way and was overcome with a fit of giggles before it settled down. Carolina’s laughter didn’t seem to be subsiding though and with Neil’s help, they all got outside okay.
Antoinette breathed in the fresh air, hoping that would clear out the laughing gas. ”Doing better but we should find Guin,” Antoinette started to giggle again and she covered her mouth to try and suppress it. Guin being injured was no laughing matter. Hopefully Edus was close to Guin and could help her. Antoinette looked at Carolina as she continued to laugh but told them to go without her. ”Alright, be careful,” she said before giggling again.
Antoinette hurried off to meet up with the others and offer what assistance she could. As they passed civilians, Antoinette encouraged them to run and get into the statue. At the moment, it seemed like a pretty safe place.
Ezekiel Kel

Location: Car - On The Road Again -- New Orleans, Louisiana
Skills:

Ezekiel followed what Kristin pointed out on the map and nodded. He would keep track now that Kristin pointed it out. Unfortunately he didn’t figure it out on his own and that bothered him the most. Kristin turned the radio on and nodded his head along a bit. Ezekiel smirked at Kristin. ”You know that I can’t sing but I could make an exception. Janelle, do you sing?”
Music had always been a strong influence in Ezekiel’s life. He had started playing the guitar when he was young, teaching himself before he could take a course at school and then he was at Camp Half-Blood. When Ezekiel wasn’t on all these quests, he was practicing and writing. He had even written a song about his last quest with Kristin.

Cassiopeia Hood

Location: Sewers -- Camelot
Skills:

Cassiopeia grumbled to herself as they walked. She tried to think of happier thoughts as they walked through. She ran through all of her Tarentino movies and which one she would rather be in than walking through the sewers right now. The trick seemed to work though for they reached a ladder that Hansel climbed. Cassiopeia frowned when they were told to wait.
Cassiopeia looked at Rose and nudged her. ”Excited to meet your mom? Do you think she’ll be like she is in the books we read or something different?” It was very likely none of their parents would be the same as they were in the books they read. As long as they weren’t worse or evil, Cassiopeia figured they would be in the clear.

Willow Jones

Location: Streets -- Camelot
Skills:

Gretel was content with having a fire, as long as it worked and served as a distraction. Willow sighed and focused on the task at hand. There seemed to be a few guards in the street but Willow wasn’t sure if it was usual or more than what was to be expected. The group started to separate but Willow followed behind Sierra and Gretel to the stables.
Sierra left but Willow stayed and concentrated on the animals. She didn’t know much about horses but she knew they at least needed to be free. Willow started to go around and untie the horses from their posts. She tried to make it look as casual as possible while trying to figure out how to spook them out of the stables. The fire Sierra started would probably do that trick, Willow just had to make sure she was out of the way of the horses before they stampeded over her.

Luna Braddock - Glimpse

Location: A Block from the Eisenhower Building - Parking Garage -- Washington D.C.
Skills:

Luna glanced at Havok when Kristina mentioned her power but she didn’t say anything and nodded. ”Brilliant,” she nodded and glanced at the other new girl Luna didn’t know. She heard Sapphire speak up on a potential theory though and fell silent to listen. That option was a very real possibility and could be a reason for them having attacked the school as well. Luna shook her head as they came into the parking lot.
She didn’t think making the president a mutant would be of any great advantage. The government would just find some way to kick him off the chair and it would probably end bloody. What would they gain by turning the president into a mutant other than fear.
Luna shifted, getting ready to exit the vehicle as they moved to park. Veil gave her the order to protect the people and Luna nodded. She had speed on her side and the new girl must have had speed or something as well.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: In Statue -- Liberty Island
Skills:

Antoinette scanned around the building as the movie was mentioned. Antoinette could go for that movie. She didn’t notice Loki until Carolina pointed him out and he waved to them. Antoinette waved back and squinted as three orbs were thrown at them. Carolina managed to kick them away before she fell to the floor laughing uncontrollably, whereas Neil seemed to be fine. Antoinette started to laugh as well, tears coming to her eyes but she didn’t fall over like Carolina and was still able to talk and function.
”I think… it’s… laughing gas,” she managed to say between fits of laughter before Guin’s voice popped into her head. If Loki was outside, who was the Loki inside? ”I think...Loki is...multiplying.” Antoinette was grateful she could at least still talk but now they had to figure out where the real Loki was. Hopefully, the gas would wear off soon so her and Carolina could use their combined intuition to try and find the real Loki.
