Antoinette helped Guin carry Lana all the way to the hotel. The building itself looked run down and in desperate need of repair and the inside was no different. Antoinette almost didn’t want to set Lana down anywhere for fear of bugs crawling over her. They didn’t have many options though and so Antoinette followed Guin to room 207.
The guy at the front desk had left in a hurry after greeting them and he had handed Lance some pills. Antoinette frowned and looked around the place again. She had seen drug dens in movies and TV shows and this had a similar look to it. Whoever Lance was in this reality, he clearly had some troubles. At least that’s how it was shaping up to be.
As they walked, she tried to get a read on the place as well and came to the same conclusion that the place was shady and not really a place Antoinette particularly wanted to be in for long. ”I’m not certain we should stay here long,” she said. She didn’t exactly want to abandon Lana but this place gave her all the wrong vibes. Besides, they still had the others to find.

Ezekiel ignored the snickers from his brothers and sisters. He never seemed to mind when he was being teased by his half-siblings. They were all part of an odd, messed up family. Bryan came over just as Ezekiel secured his clothes for the day and patted him on the shoulder. He chuckled and shrugged.
”Ya, he got a few hits in with that ridiculous bat of his,” Zeke said and stood. He shrugged out of yesterday’s clothes and pulled on fresh ones before walking into the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth. Bryan announced that they were heading to the dining pavilion and Zeke popped his head out of the boy’s bathroom.
”Ya, just give me a minute,” he said before finishing up in the bathroom. Zeke ran a hand through his hair before slipping on his green beanie and pulled on his dark wash jean jacket as he walked to the door and joined some of his siblings on the walk to the dining pavilion.
”So, do you know what’s on the agenda for today?” Ezekiel knew the ones who stood for the quests would be leaving today but he didn’t know what that meant for the rest of them. Last time, the people who remained at camp boarded the flying ship that took them to Camp Jupiter. As far as Zeke knew, nothing like that was happening for the rest of them.

They reached the dining pavilion and Ezekiel grabbed a plate, deciding on having french toast with sausages and some orange juice to drink. He looked at Bryan and hit him lightly with his elbow since he didn’t have a free hand. ”I’ll see you later,” Zeke said and left to sit at the empty Zeus table. He sipped his juice, looking at the water just beyond the pavilion before he dug into his first meal of the day.
He knew he was probably about to get a bunch of different looks at why he of all people was sitting at Zeus table but he didn't care at the moment. It seemed Zeke had gone through a bit of a transformation over night.

Cassiopeia smiled a little at Rose’s reaction to the slave being put on her. It really wasn’t the greatest smelling but the bandages seemed to mask some of that smell once they were in place. Cassiopeia held onto Rose’s hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze, she was going to be just fine and Cassi was grateful for that.
Robin Hood mentioned going to find answers and offered them to come along and Cassi nodded. She looked back at Rose. ”I suggest staying to rest but if you want to come, I can help you.” As she stood, Cassi stole her courage and leaned forward to kiss Rose’s forehead. ’I’m glad you’re okay,” she said and turned to leave with her father and sister.

Willow sat down next to her mother as she briefly explained how long she had been here. Ten years was a long time and Willow ended up having more questions because of it. A waiter came over, looking around their age and Willow quickly looked over the menu. ”Water as well, please.” Willow wasn’t familiar with middle eastern food so she would have to lean on her mother on what would be a good first dish to try.
”What made you leave in the first place? What about…your husband?” Willow asked, not sure she wanted to say dad yet. She also wanted to know what would make her want to stay in the desert but Willow wasn’t sure that was a fair question. For ten years this had been Aurora’s home. There was a reason for that and the Mad Hatter and Cheshire didn’t seem so bad.

Lana didn’t move accept the images they put into her head and she suddenly seemed very unhappy that Guin and Antoinette were with Lance. Antoinette frowned, trying to figure out how Lana may know them and why she didn’t like them but then she was hit with something electric and flung back. Shock and images filled Antoinette’s mind as her body rolled through the effects of being electrocuted.
She saw things that didn’t belong in her life, like both her parents dying and memories of running like she had with her father but she was alone and she was running from foster homes. Antoinette stood after Guin knocked Lana out with her powers. She shook her head, trying to figure out what just happened. They very well could have been memories but they weren’t her memories. Guin suggested a hotel and Antoinette nodded.
”Ya, I can help,” Antoinette offered and got on one side of Lana to help Guin carry her.
Ezekiel Kel

Ezekiel ended up spending the night in Zeus’s cabin with Demetri after the demi-god confessed to not wanting to be alone. Ezekiel had spent most of his nights growing up alone but he never liked it either so he had understood. Besides, Ezekiel’s attitude towards Demetri was starting to shift ever since the Eidolon possessed him and tried to kill Demetri.
Zeus’s cabin was less than homie. It looked just as cold and pretentious on the inside as it did the outside. He stared up at the ceiling, watching the enchantment move clouds and lightning across it. Every once in a while there was the grumble of thunder. Ezekiel’s eyes roamed, looking for a bed and found a couple beside each other. He claimed Andy’s bed for the night and after briefly speaking with Demetri and giving him a simple kiss good night, Ezekiel went to sleep.

Ezekiel had barely slept. He had dozed in and out, trying to tune out the continuous sound of thunder but he usually woke up, confused about where he was until he saw the enchanted ceiling and Demetri sleeping in the bed beside him. Then he’d fall back asleep for a couple more hours. Currently, Ezekiel had the pillow over his face to block out the sound of thunder and flashes of lightning. How Demetri and Andy slept here, Ezekiel had no clue.
There was a sudden banging on the door and Ezekiel groaned. The banging stopped briefly but was quickly followed by shouting. Ezekiel threw the pillow off his face before he was attacked by a baseball bat. Ezekiel was about to yell when he saw who was on the other end.
”Owe, owe!! Okay, alright…” Zeke said and he tried to block the bat as best he could. Coach Hedge wasn’t hitting very hard but it was hard enough first thing in the morning. Hedge turned and started to do the same to Demetri and Ezekiel smirked a little until the Coach turned and hit Zeke one more time.
”Five minutes, got it! Jeesh.” Ezekiel ran a hand over his messy hair once the door closed and looked at Demetri. He picked up the pillow that he had pushed to the floor and tossed it at Demetri.
”Spend the night he says, it’ll be fun he says. Mmhmm.” Ezekiel picked up his jacket and the box that contained the presents from Demetri inside before he walked over to the demi-god. ”I’ll meet you for breakfast,” he said and kissed Demi’s cheek before leaving.
Ezekiel shivered a bit from the cold and huddled into his jacket before he hurried across the way to Apollo cabin to change. The sun was hardly even out yet and for a moment, he missed his father having come the day before when he warmed everything up. Ezekiel hurried into his cabin and shivered from the temperature change. Apollo cabin was much more comfortable on the inside than Zeus’s. He went over to his bunk and set the box down on his pillow before he rummaged for some clean, warm clothes to wear for the new day.

Guin’s answer wasn’t comforting to Antoinette. So they were in some alternate reality that ran along a similar timeline to their own. To make matters even more strange, the person who was running from them suddenly stopped to turn and look at them. It was Lance, but not their Lance and then he was running again and someone else entered the alleyway.
She walked over to Lance, thinking it was the same one who was just running away. Guin seemed to know who she was and it must have been information she gathered from the other Lance’s mind. Guin was working to try and confuse the girl and Antoinette jumped on the idea of that. She cast an illusion that this Lance had brown eyes rather than blue and blonde hair rather than brown. She succeeded in changing Lana’s perception into seeing brown eyes but didn’t for the hair.
”That’s true. They do look similar from far away but not so much up close,” Antoinette said, smiling softly as she rocked back on her heels, hoping this Lana would believe them and move on.

Ezekiel seriously hoped his hearing would return soon. His eyes hurt from staring so much to try and understand Demetri and not to mention the eerie feeling of only hearing muffled sounds. There was a pop! And suddenly Ezekiel could hear again. Everything came in a rush, the sound of the water, people in the distance and Demetri moving forward to kiss Zeke.
His eyes widened in surprise until Demetri spoke and explained himself. It sounded like Demi was speaking above normal volume for a minute while Zeke’s hearing adjusted to the sounds around him again. He smiled, relieved he could hear but also from Demetri’s words. Demetri tugged on Zeke’s pocket, trying to get his hand and Ezekiel relented, giving Demetri his hand until Demetri stroked his ear and Ezekiel gently swatted his hand away.
”I had to stare. I couldn’t hear anything until just now,” Ezekiel explained. ”Must have been a delayed reaction to Nancy’s yelling or something.” He shuffled his feet on the ground, glad he could hear the small rocks rolling under his shoes.
Ezekiel raised an eyebrow when Demetri basically invited Zeke to stay the night. It honestly surprised him. Not so much the asking but because he wasn’t going to spend the night with Andy and Arthur. ”Are you sure you don’t want to spend the night with them?” Since both kids were going on quests, the Zeus cabin would be empty aside from Demetri the whole time they were gone.

”Doing fine, dad. Just mad those people attacked in the first place,” Cassi noted. She heard Robin Hood telling Layla that he wasn’t sure who those people were. That didn’t sound like good news to her, even if they had prisoners to interrogate. If those weren’t Maleficent's men, who were they dealing with?
Cassiopeia remained by Rose’s side, refusing to let go of her hand and she was glad she didn’t when the slave started to be put on. Cassiopeia wrinkled her nose against the invasive smell but if it helped Rose, she would bathe in it herself. ”Hang in there, Rose,” Cassi encouraged.

Willow Jones

Willow followed the group out of the store and down the street. She looked at some of the passing carts as they walked. Her stomach grumbled with all the different smells of food and spices, while her eyes widened and sparkled at all the different silks and trinkets for clothing and things.
”How long have you been in Agrabah?” she asked her mother as they walked. It certainly wasn’t the fairy tale place Sleeping Beauty was depicted to be in. They reached the tavern and Willow looked at the building, eager to have something to eat.
Ezekiel Kel

Ezekiel was staring at the ground when Demetri spoke and stood. Ezekiel didn’t even notice until he was being dragged to his feet and then towards the camp exit. Ezekiel went first, getting cleared by the Hecate cabin. He had held his breath during the brief process, worried he would still be possessed but thankfully, he wasn’t. Ezekiel turned to watch Demetri go through the process but Demi was held back and Zeke rose an eyebrow in concern. He thought it would be fitting if Demetri was possessed. Demi was probably going to give Zeke an earful anyway; not that Zeke would be able to hear it.
Demetri was cleared and they started walking again. Ezekiel just followed Demetri, not sure where they were going and he was starting to get more and more concerned over the fact that he couldn’t hear anything. Not their footsteps, not the wind and not the water as they neared the lake. Ezekiel looked around, wiggling fingers in his ear but still hearing eluded him. He looked at Demetri, seeing that he was speaking and attempted to read Demi’s lips again. It was rather dark out here and he wasn’t having the best success. This is why Zeke wanted to stay by the fire. Ezekiel took a step closer to Demetri and focused all his attention on Demetri’s lips rather than his body. Finally, he started to make out words and placed them with Demetri’s voice. Yup, Demi was giving him an earful.
He looked down after Demitri apologized. He didn’t understand really how Demetri could forgive him like that but he was grateful for it, even though the guilt of what he did still gripped his stomach tightly.
”We had an agreement,” Ezekiel deflected. Of course he knew it was never going to work out. Demetri rushed into agreeing and promised that this wouldn’t affect their relationship or other relationships they wanted to pursue but Zeke knew Demi was more involved than he had been.
Ezekiel looked up at Demetri and raised his hand. He stretched out his fingers and brushed the bruises on Demi’s neck. They were already fading and Zeke hoped they would be gone by tomorrow. Zeke pulled his hand back and shoved it into his pocket. His fingers still tingled from the light touch to Demetri's skin. Ezekiel shifted his attention to the water. The irony of them being here and having yet another argument about their relationship was not lost on him.
He looked back at Demetri. ”I went to Janelle and the others because I feel comfortable around them, Dem. Why would I run to the person I assaulted for comfort? Kind of a dick move, wouldn’t you say?” Ezekiel looked away once more and shook his head, stealing his courage before he looked back at Demetri. ”I came back because I care about you, too. And I realized that I was being a self-absorbed asshole, worried about my own problems but you were the one I assaulted so you were affected by this just as much as I was. Worse even. I’m sorry for forgetting that.”

Cassiopeia Hood

Location: Robin Hood’s Camp -- The Moors

Cassiopeia looked up when she heard Rose call her name. Cassi’s eyes widened and she froze for a second before she ran towards her friend, catching her before she fell and held her up, looking her over with concern in her eyes.
”No shit,” Cassi said. Of course Rose wasn’t okay. She was losing a lot of blood now. Rapunzel directed them towards the medical tent and Cassi took on most of Rose’s weight to get her to the tent before helping her onto one of the cots.
Cassiopeia smoothed back Rose’s hair affectionately, watching her closely while they waited for Rapunzel. Cassiopeia had a lot of knowledge on how to survive in the wild, that included some first aid skills but it was more quick and dirty than real healing work. She was glad they were someplace where Rose would be looked after. Of course, if they were back home Rose would have a much better chance at keeping off infection.
Rapunzel came over to remove the arrow from Rose and Cassi immediately took Rose’s hand and squeezed it gently. ”Squeeze as hard as you want,” she told Rose. Cassiopeia watched the arrow being removed with mild fascination before it was discarded and Rapunzel applied pressure. Cassi focused back on Rose’s face.

Willow leaned into her mother comfortably when Aurora wrapped an arm around her. It was strange. Willow didn’t know this woman like she knew her adoptive mother and yet the arm around her felt as natural to her as hugging her parents had been. She smiled at this knowledge as Aurora explained some things to her. She was hoping to share her mothers luck but she had been in a couple life threatening situations already.
They walked back inside, joining the others who were discussing lunch and Willow’s stomach grumbled. It had probably been nearly a full day since they last had a meal. ”I could eat,” she agreed.
