Well, I do like Sunkauauhuka and Moonshadow as the Creature, so if it must be a choice between one or the other, I'd vote for the devil I know.

I don't have a problem with it as long as there is some type of hidden artifact that can help us defeat the monsters.
Perhaps it's hidden under the town or wherever, and there's clues about it in the old part of the library...maybe an ancient native American spear or dagger, or whatever.

^That would involve a lot of rewriting stuff, though. I don't like the idea of starting over and going "Never mind, that didn't happen, new Creature now.
So, Zanavy leans yes, Moonshadow leans no, both are valid options, let's figure out what Dark Cloud and Vampiretwilight think.
Additional option - It might be more realistic (in a verrry broad sense of the word) if Nightterror was a more recent resident of Warlington. If Dark Cloud can let go of the idea of Nightterror being here for a long time, then we could roleplay what happens when a new, possibly rival Creature comes to town. And it could give Sunhahuahahkkua a reason to stay awake this year so it can keep roleplaying.
