Not really, considering the fact that human national borders don't exist anymore (as far as I can gather from your app, that is). Besides, would having a Third World War really change the Iscandarian perspective on humanity that much? Like, we've already had two, the second being much more cruel than the stated Third because of the holocaust (no major power would dare attempt genocide, nor have a reason to). Is there any in-depth reason why having a fully conventional WWIII would be so big a disruption so as to change how humans are viewed by the Iscandarians?

I thought you said there wasn't then said there was, but never actually confirmed either. It's not essential, since I could just ramp up how freaked out everyone was about the Proxy War in Syria. Or just have Russia pull something that ends up quite large, but not actually a World War. Or maybe China pulls something and people lose their shit. It's just, you know, kind of nice to be able to dictate events that affect only my history.
