This is my first casual-level RP--much less high casual--too, so if I don't meet the standards I'd understand getting kicked. That'd weed me out, haha
Alright, with that said, if anyone wants to be the student Lillah got in a fight with or the one she defended a couple years prior, lemme know. If it's the one she defended, we could start off with a couple friends. If fought, then she can especially hate someone rather than just kinda not like.
Ooh, I like Raffy.
Isabella blinked, looking to the drink. "Oh..What is it?" she asked as she carefully took the glass. "Thank you." she added quickly, not wanting to make him mad by not being grateful enough. She brought it up to her lips to sip.
If preferred, I have a snooty, popular, better-than-you character in mind as well.
Isabella opened her mouth to respond, but then he decided to go to the kitchen. "I could've made that for you," she told him, looking to the drink. "That's why I'm here, you know."

Though her hair is cut short, to the ears.

Name: Lillah Lawson

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Homosexual

Personality: Lillah is the loner type: she's silently broody and keeps to herself. She's angry by default and isn't very patient with people--but has developed the self control to deal with them despite. Her sense of humor is lacking and she'll roll her eyes before she laughs. She's a person who's hard to get to know and doesn't show much interest in getting to know others either. Despite these negative qualities, she tries to be a better person and will grudgingly land a hand where ever it's needed. She's brave, but not stupid, and very independent. She believes she knows how to take care of herself, and therefore has trouble accepting help from others. Factored into all of this is insomnia, clinical depression, and anger issues.

History: Lillah lived with her adoptive father with whom she had been since she was a toddler. He got more of a son than daughter, though, as Lillah picked up video games and sports instead of dolls and dance. That said, even sports weren't really her thing for a while: as a pre-teen, she was forced to pick up--and eventually loved-- kick boxing as a means of self defense by her father.

Needless to say, she wasn't exactly the most popular kid at school. Her sophomore year is the primary reason why, however: she got into a fight with another student in defense of second student. However, the disciplinary office went easy on her, and she was given the choice to join a non-contact sport as a means to work out her aggression or expulsion--she went with track. (If anyone wants to play either of the students she got into a conflict with, I'd be down for IC drama.)

Come prom night, she chose not to go because, "It's lame as fuck, dude." Besides, she wouldn't fit in with the crowd, anyway... Now, she's without her father and stuck with a small part of the student body she dislikes in general.

Appearance: She has a straight, boyish figure and a short hair cut to match. Although lean, she's muscular as well: her limbs are toned and the beginnings of abs sit at her mid drift. However, she doesn't really go out of her way to show off her rectangle-esque physique, save for her arms since--when she's not wearing a coat or sweatshirt--she prefers tank tops and other sleeveless tops. Her skin is dark olive in complexion and her eyes a light, exotic brown. Her hair is dark brown, as well, and stops just short of the bottom of her ears. She stands at about 5'6" and weighs in at about 120 lbs of angst.

Clothing: Camouflage cargo pants, a white tank top over a sports bra, a plain hooded sweatshirt, and tennis shoes.

Skills & Weaknesses: On the plus side, Lillah is independent, resourceful, and street smart. She's good at self defense, as well. Her anger issues aside, she generally has good self control. On the negative side, this tends to lead to her bottling up stress that she doesn't know how to deal with. She's dependent on anti-depressants and sleeping pills that she's without now that their town has been blown away. She struggles to work with others, her will power is less than impressive, and she can be especially lazy without medicine. On top of all this, she's constantly struggling with depression and insomnia during the night.

Other: Ambidextrous, of mixed heritage but primarily Middle Eastern.
Isabella blinked at him, watching him as she got him. He's got a hangover. Good, she thought bitterly. Though when he spoke to her, he looked so upset... "What is it?" she prompted hesitantly, standing up as well.
Working on getting the character sheet together. First time upgrading to casual, though, so don't be afraid to tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Are pictures necessary? I feel weird using pictures of real people, but I can if it's that important.
A friend and I did this: we made a few of our characters FB pages and they would interact through the social media. It was just a lot of work, because we were each juggling several characters, and we eventually lost interest. So I recommend staying away from having one person use to many characters, but I think if each person stuck with just one or two, it'd be pretty fun.
