That's a good idea. And maybe you already plan to include a user list, but this would make the user list customizable, I suppose.
Maybe an optional "post order" function and a notification (with visual and/or audio alerts) that lets you know when it's your turn to post. Optional because it's obviously not necessary for one and ones and even in group RPs, post order isn't always a big deal. But I personally like having an established order so no one gets left behind.
Easy: make diverse and compelling characters. Create a diverse cast. It's not even about feminism or anti-racism/oppression. It's just good, realistic writing.

And I hate excuses like "but the time period" because I'll throw A Song of Ice and Fire in your face, which has a good mix of men, women, white people, colored people, queer relationships, and disabled people but takes place in a medieval fantasy setting. It acknowledges issues that are still problems today, but through characters. It adds immersion to the story. No one is "colorblind" and there's plenty of sexism, homophobia, etc...But there are also characters who are basically embodiments of "fuck you" to those attitudes--WITHOUT making the story all about those issues. It's perfection, imo.

Stories comprised solely of straight / white characters are not only boring, but make no fucking sense. If you just include good representation in a role play or story, you basically solve the problem.
Awhh yeah, lots of potential players :D
Interested! :D

Moreon, nice guy Ozpin, also genre savvy, and realizes that it's better to officially endorse RWBY's presence on the mission rather than having them sneak behind his back. Of course, considering who they ended up with, this can only end well next episode.

I was disappointed with the scene where he "bended" the rules. First point being, why would there be a mission available in that room if a first year team couldn't access it? Everyone at that meeting was a first year, so the fact that the first mission team RWBY tried to sign for was off limits to freshmen made no sense.

That scene, I feel, was just there solely to emphasize "Hey, Ozpin is supporting team RWBY," but that should've been obvious when he interrupted Glynda voicing her suspicions when they were asking Ruby questions about the intruder.

Finally, what did that actually solve? As Yang said, they're still going to be shadowing caffeine junkie during the day and crime fighting at night. Rules are still going to be broken.

There are a lot of issues with RWBY, but this was just sloppy.

Idk, I wasn't too disappointed. I was excited to learn that nomadic life was a thing. Whole new world for fan character ideas, haha.

Besides, we'll probably experience culture within the show (which I'd much prefer to being told).
