Friend: it's like Revelations is coming true. Me: Only in America. Minus the Locusts. But don't say that, I've got a kid to raise in nearly four months.

Yes, but unfortunately you must narrow down further, as the question referred to a singular choice. Difficult, I know, although that is part of this inquiry, @KimHanuel. This in mind, I appreciate the elaboration but we must reach the point where the choice is not quite so simple, which is some of the fun.

Hmm...well, I guess I also chose gemstones because they come in various shapes and sizes. Just as well, they come in different...well, gems. Some examples are turquoise, hematite, chrysocolla, tigers-eye, quartz, etc. When I think of metal, I typically think of the dark grey type. It never really changes, and it stays the same. For me, going into a deeper perspective as far as gemstones go, they can change a bit. To me, sometimes change is a good thing, but it can also be a bad thing depending on the circumstances. Life is all about change and self awareness, but there's also a lot of beautiful moments. That's why I chose gemstones over metal. Change and beauty, plain and simple.
You must choose from a gemstone or metal, just at large, that you prefer, @KimHanuel. Which is it? Why is it? What else on the matter can you lend?

Call me old fashioned, I suppose, but I'd go with a gemstone. Sure, they can break somewhat easily, but I enjoy the mirage of colors they provide. Metal is cold and sturdy, which is good, but it lacks...color? Not to say that metal isn't unique in its own way, it very much is, but gemstones fascinate me. A tint rock that can hold that much beauty, that much color, makes me happy.
Do you enjoy being asked about

No. I don't.
Have you ever frozen one of your poops to use as a buttplug?

One: That's disgusting. Two: No. Three: Ask me a question about body functions again and you're out of here.
