It's not that, I totally get that you couldn't have predicted the reaction to that. It's more after that with people talking around Awson than addressing him, but I can understand that it came a bit out of the blue so you probably felt attacked. I mean it could be argued that means it does its job effectively, it efficiently delivers all the information it's got. I rarely if ever re-watch the recent superhero movies to be fair, they're not made to be thought about too much, but people built up Deadpool so much I guess they thought it'd be something special.
