Nishi Matsuro

Nishi laughed nervously as she rubbed the back of her head when Nene commented on how her Zanpakuto was one of the most helpful and dangerous Zanpakuto's of all time. It was a really good Zanpakuto...that was for sure...but the best of all time? that was a bit far...at least right now it was. "Well you do have quite a unique Zanpakuto...I do still think it's a little harsh that it likes to play games with people...at least the sick people we have but still in the case they win it does grant great rewards that could speed up their healing process by several times. So it's a sort of odd Zanpakuto...but certainly an interesting one!"

Nishi then took a deep breath and smiled at Nene before speaking again "How about we head back inside? I'm sure there is something we can do in there to help!" Nishi nodded then spun on her left heel, almost falling back as she did yet managed to regain her balance and walk on as if nothing had happened. A short walk through the halls of Squad 4 lead her to a young man looking into a room, she could tell he was a member of the 4th Division yet the way he seemed to be studying what was going on in the room may have meant he was new and not yet quite used to how things were around here. Nishi walked up behind the man and tapped him on the shoulder, no doubt he'd turn around and wonder what the hell just tapped his shoulder due to Nishi being a bit shorter than most but her voice would surely get his attention

"Hey there~ I haven't seen you around here before. Are you new to the Squad? My names Nishi Matsuro~ I'm an Unseated member in Squad 4 but I know my stuff!" Nishi smiled at the man after she finished speaking trying to be kind and make it easier for them to talk to her. She knew how some people would get awfully intimidated by some people but even still...it'd be difficult for Nishi to intimidate someone anyway

@Pie Flavor Since your character is in Squad 4 I could likely have my Squad 4 character meet him and no doubt Obli will come along xD Just to you know...get the ball rolling and get all our characters acquainted out the way xD

Shinzo Harimaya

In the main hall of the Shino Academy were graduates all lined up and ready to be told which Squad they would be sent to. A lot of the graduates were making a really big fuss about this but for a few it didn't really matter...if anything it was a blessing in disguise as they didn't know where the hell they were going to go anyway. "Takeda Sujiboro, Squad 13. Shinzo Harimaya...Squad 10"

Shinzo looked up seeing his name was the last one to be called out...so Squad 10 huh? Well...it'd do for now. He just hoped the Captain wasn't some old stuck up fart...no doubt he was though as most of them seemed to be. Shinzo then turned and left the hall as he made his way to his room to pack his things. He looked up at the roof and placed his hands into his pockets as he took a deep breath before exhaling "Finally graduating...took long enough. At least I'm finally getting out of this stupid place...now I can focus on why I came here in the first place." Shinzo stopped outside his room then slide the door open and stepped into his room, sliding the door back behind him.

Immediately Shinzo began to gather his things which wasn't a lot. He strapped his Zanpakuto to his left hip and then grabbed the few clothes he had and shoved them into a bag and threw it onto his back, then walked back out his room. Shinzo slid the door behind him one last time, not bothering to look back. He had no fond memories of this place...up until that day a few years ago Shinzo never had an interest in becoming a Shinigami and even now his reason for becoming a Shinigami was somewhat pathetic...still...were any of these other Shinigami here for any better of a reason? What did they want? To become a strong Captain? To protect people because that's what they truly wanted? to keep the balance of the worlds? it was laughable...they dreamed big but would always fall drastically short of this goal...in truth they were really only here for a more cosy life. Just by looking in their eyes you could see the fear in their souls...they would likely break down if they ever got into a real fight against a hollow.

Shinzo made his way out to the exit of the Shino Academy, the sunlight a cool breeze hitting his face...to be honest it was nice...the fresh air...Shinzo appreciated the simple things in life and this was one of them. This to him was true peace...alone with yourself on an amazing day like this one. However his little relaxation period was cut short when he suddenly felt a crushing presence near by, the feeling alone caused his eyes to widen dramatically as he tried to look to where the pressure was coming from, yet his vision became blurry and his legs shook a bit almost causing him to lose balance as his heart beat raised dramatically. Then he saw it...the blurry figure that caused this feeling. An old man standing at the gates, his long white Haori flowing in the wind....was this the power of a Captain?

Up until now Shinzo had underestimated them but this was something else...he knew they would be strong but he didn't know this was possible! it was beyond comprehension! He simply couldn't think as to how it was possible...it was if everything in his body had become useless, like he was frozen in place...however inside him it felt like he was burning...as if a fire had suddenly ignited deep inside of him, this caused him to clutch his chest with his left hand as he began to sweat profoundly...just what in the hell was all this!? What was a Captain doing here anyway!?...yet something else was happening right now...as the burning sensation in his chest got stronger, the feeling of the Captains pressure began to ease...he felt as if he could finally move his body again and rather than sit there and try figure out why he was going to get the hell out of here!

Shinzo immediately ran towards the gates, the pressure increasing and as it did the burning in his chest got stronger and stronger yet he powered through this, running past the Captain and down one of the many path ways of the Seireitei. Shinzo then found himself in an ally, slumped against a wall, clutching his chest still as he slid down the wall into a seated position. "What the hell was all that!? Is that the power of a Captain?..." Shinzo then clenched his right hand into a fist and slammed it into the wall behind him "How fucking stupid am I!? How could I seriously underestimate them like this!? Dammit!...I hate that feeling...that feeling of being crushed! it makes me feel so fucking weak and I hate that!...Well then...I guess I just found my new reason for being here...I'm going to stand up to one of those fuckers one day and beat them the fuck down! I want to humiliate them!...I guess now I'm the one dreaming the impossible but hell! at least I got something to aim for...Now...time to find the bastard who's gunna train me! I haven't got time to waste!"

Shinzo then pulled himself up to his feet and began to make his way towards the Squad 10 barracks...or at least that's what he thought...in truth he had a terrible sense of direction so it'd likely take him all day to find his way there.

Nishi Matsuro

Nishi listened to Nene speak as she went on about perhaps giving people pink fur all over there bodies...in truth it sounded rather amusing but they'd likely end up in trouble, this didn't stop Nishi from giggling a little though...however that soon stopped when Nene asked Nishi about her Zanpakuto. This prompted Nishi to look down at her Zanpakutos and bite her bottom lip before looking back up at Nene "W-Well...I suppose we are. Well...my Zanpakuto is incredible at healing and it enjoys helping others...that's kind of why I use it...I don't want to upset my Zanpakuto but it also works for me to, it's like a win win situation as I want to heal these people because it's my job and my Zanpakuto wants to heal people because it enjoys helping others...however that's only half of my Zanpakuto as you know...the other half isn't quite so nice, in fact it's more the opposite. In truth it worries me as I can't generally satisfy it's want for blood and chaos as that's not who I am as a person and despite this I still feel terrible that I can only keep one of them happy...I don't want to pick favourites and that's not what this is at all but I just can't bring myself to hurt people..." At that point Nishi remembered someone from her past...wondering where he was now...

Ashido Akigari

Ashido listened to the Captains speak or more listened to Captain Yoshi speak as Captain Saiyo somewhat passed the main question off...however Ashido was glad he would have someone else coming here...bringing more business to Hatoru was important and he would make sure that he could help him succeed. That aside for now Ashido had to focus on speaking to the Captains about this matter and something he wanted, However as Ashido was about to speak Hatoru brought the tea and set it down on the table then bowed "Enjoy~" Ashido nodded at Hatoru as he then walked off. Ashido turned his focus back to the Captains as he then picked up a cup of tea and sipped it "Ah~ So refreshing. Now...where was I?" Ashido set the cup of tea down on the table as he then exhaled, preparing to speak once more

"Well Captain Saiyo as you are new to this all I will let this one go...I suppose it's to early to ask what you think your meaning of being a Captain is. However a time will come when I ask you this question again. Now...I guess we should talk about the more important matters~" Ashido sat back as he then rested his right elbow on his left hand and raised his right hand to his chin "Now while I am very much excited for this change I do feel that it will come with it's issues...no doubt I will have Shinigami join my squad who are just natural born fighters and I can't make a fighter heal and nor will I...this doesn't mean I wont teach them how to heal but it will be more of a case of teaching them to heal themselves in battle so they can fight longer...and so that leads me to my true intentions for bringing you both here."

Ashido then leaned forward, placing both of his elbows on the table as he rested his head on the back of his hands "As all of our Squads are involved in this I would like it if we could somewhat form a little alliance. I'm sure you're both no strangers to how other Squads run and in truth most are out to make themselves look good...working with one another is rarely something they want to do. This as you can imagine makes things very difficult for my Shinigami in Squad 4. However as I am now going to train some Shinigami in healing and combat, I'd like it if you could both now consider perhaps including a Shinigami from my Squad in your missions. I will of course return the favour and likely request some Shinigami from both your Squads to help escort some of my healers on certain missions...it's simply just to dangerous to let them go out there alone when they lack decent combat skills. So I feel this could work well for all of us...I gain the peace of mind knowing my healers are safe out there on those missions and you also gain healers to help keep your Shinigami going longer on their missions...of course you may strike lucky and get someone who can heal and fight...So what do you say to my proposal Captains? " Ashido had gained a serious look on his face as his eyes met the both the Captains, looking between them as he awaited their answers
