It's weekend, everyone is probably too busy being drunk or something.

I realized it's Superbowl weekend. It starts at 5:30pm so there won't be much activity tonight. My frat is throwing a potluck and there's not much for me to respond to so I'll probably be back late at night.
Today is a slow day...

Yes, yes it is.
Well ended up finding it after all! Now to make a CS I suppose, but um @Leaves I'm probably going to PM you as to a few things, just a heads up!

My bad, I'm not sure how to make a transition from Interest to Active. It's a really active community here; a one hour ago post will be pushed to the 4th page.
Ed's hair swayed in the breeze, he enjoyed a nice boat through the ocean. He crossed his hands behind his head and yawned, the peace had brought Edward to a daydream state. He took a brief moment to lift his shoulders up; keeping Crow up on his back.

Edward feels something different about this region. He just can't put his finger on it. Looking up at the sky, he was disappointed to see that it was the same sky. He wasn't finding any difference. The sounds were the same considering there were only Wingulls screeching.

Edward remembered he was a nervous wreck when he made this decision. The thought of leaving Johto frightened him, but he decided it was best to try out a new region. He knew from the start he would become too comfortable to travel to other regions once he received several gym badges. By spending some time in Toppe, he won't be homesick and be more open-minded for traveling.

It was fortunate since Ed wasn't the only young trainer on the boat. Looked like there were more rookie trainers that hoped to get a hang onto Toppe. Edward's train of thought was interrupted by an announcement coming from the captain's intercom. "15 minutes until arrival. All members please pack up your bags and belongings. Please gather your pokemon as we head for departure."

@Ya Boy Tendou
Rayo might not be the sharpest crayon in the tool shed.
"Citizens, I am here to save you all!" Dragon Rayo had announced to the public. He was discouraged when had found that no one was paying attention to him. Everyone was running from the huge cloud of smoke. There was still a while before it would reach Rayo so there was no time for standing around. He needed to get these people to safety. This is what he had signed up for, this could be his calling.

"Everyone listen to-" The luchador was interrupted by some elbows to the ribs again. "This again?" The feeling was all too familiar and he was not about to have it happened again. Anger had taken him and caused him to grab a man with ostrich legs by the shirt. He picked him up easily above his own body. "What is wrong with you? Por que eres un culo?" The citizen was scared out of his mind; the luchador couldn't blame him.

"Do not hit me in the ribs! I can easily just thr-" The luchador paused for a moment. He looked at the ground defeated. "Muy stupido, Rayo, muy stupido." He eyed the man and told him to find a room once he recovers. Dragon Rayo proceeded to chuck him to a nearby rooftop. This was a repetitive task he took upon himself. His strength allowed him to grab the passerby and chuck them to the rooftops. One by one, he grabbed people by the back and power-threw them on top of the buildings.

The worst injury for the civilians is a few broken bones or a concussion. They were much safer than running away from the huge cloud of smoke. Being on top of a rooftop will give them a better chance of survival. Another thing, the cloud might have to keep growing smaller which will hopefully show a sign of defeating. The most important thing though was saving the innocent and weak.
The luchador calmly grabbed the girl off his shoulder and placed her down. Dragon Rayo analyzed the situation; he walked over and peered over the rooftops to see what had been causing the commotion. The blood-curdling screams and the mighty drums was giving him mixed feelings. At this moment, he couldn't tell if he was excited or nervous.

Everyone was making introductions behind him, but he put that to the side. There was a cloud of smoke enveloping people; he needed to figure out what the mysterious vapor was and how it was harming the civilians. Every time he witnessed a person become swallowed by the cloud. they would emit cries of pain. The sounds made his legs shiver: was it from excitement or fright?

His eyebrows moved up once he noticed the mist would separate. The clod of air had expanded its mass into little wads of red that chased individuals who scurried out of the general direction, or the street. It was unsettling to have to watch the individuals who took other routes be followed by the red clouds; Dragon acknowledged it was for the importance of finding what the cloud's capabilities were. Rayo stepped back once he had saw the fangs of dog emerge from the red and attack one of the individuals. The little, red clouds pulled their victims back to the mother cloud. "Perros demonio..."

Unfortunately, there were clouds scaling the building the party had used for safety. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth; a battle was going to commence and there was no escaping it. This was his time to become a hero. Looking behind him, he saw the group he had to protect. Looking at the streets, he saw the gente feo he had to protect.

"Little ninos! Get inside quickly and hide! I will protect you," he roared. His strength boost, Rugido de Fuerza, had been activated. The luchador ripped off pieces of the concrete ledge of the rooftop and chucked them at the incoming clouds. "You may call me Dragon, ninos." Drgaon Rayo then did the unthinkable and jumped off the rooftop back into the crowds. His legs creating a small crater thanks to his strength boost.
2nd post and my luchador is already piggy backing a small child. That's a record.
Dragon Rayo kept listening to the sounds around him. The entire mood of the parade had dropped; all the drumming and cheering had been drowned out by stomping and shouting. It was unpleasant to hear and the overall environment had become hostile. Rayo was built like a tree, but even he was getting bothered by the crowd. One by one he kept getting elbowed on the side. It wouldn't be hindering if they were normal elbows, but some of these weirdos had animal DNA inside them. "Did I just get elbowed by a lobster claw?"

Rayo was beginning to lose his patience. Standing was not the most practical option, but would it be morally okay to just ram through everyone? He figured getting out of this crowd will give him an easier time to get a handle on the situation. "Alright, time to start to ramming people," the luchador muttered as he bent his knees and prepared a charge.

"Eh? What the-?" Rayo felt this weight being pushed onto his shoulder. His eyes widened once he found a small child laid onto him by another individual. "Por que?

"Pardon, but we're in a bit of a rush. I saw you in that weird room earlier; you mind helping us out here? And by us, I mean her?"
The luchador crooked an eyebrow; he had left that in a room in a hurry in order to celebrate his becoming a fighter. Was it possible there were others in the room besides him? This individual knew of the room so there was no reason to be suspicious.

"Okay, but I-""Whatever your answer is, we need to get moving; we can either keep charging forward or get to a building, I think! I'll follow along and help however I can!" And then the person left. "I'm a luchador, not a babysitter," Rayo grumbled. He cracked a confused expression and could not understand everything going on.

"Okay, little nina. You might get hurt as I am going to ram these nice people to get us out of this crowd. It's not like I can just ju-" Rayo took a pause. He looked down at the floor in defeat. The situation had really took a toll on his head. "Muy stupido, Rayo. Muy stupido."

The luchador activated his jump ability! He pressed his legs onto the floor and leaped out of the crowd. His direction was intended towards the buildings. The leap did give him enough of a boost to grab a hold of the wall. "Hold on," he warned as he began leaped a couple more times before reaching the actual roof of the building. "Alright then. I doubt anything hostile can attack us up here." @VitaVitaAR@PKMNB0Y
The second scenario's title is "420 blaze it" in Japanese, apparently.
