"Gabriel, although you are able to see my plans you are blind to their purpose." Adam said as he turned the nearest TV screen to a secure camera feed that showed a molten mess that was once Pittsburgh. The feed then rewound, showing a blinding light descend from the skies and melting away earth, steel and flesh. Adam gave a small, satisfied smirk.
"The point of my 'toys' was to show how useless that they are in sense of combat. Perhaps two hundred years ago you would have been able to conquer the world with an army, Gabriel. But now in this age of technology, you are nothing but a dinosaur. This orbital weapon as the ability to even kill you. I should know because Yamada helped fund its construction. However, these outbreaks also showed me how humans can be used. Pittsburgh was purposely given the most intense strand and had the highest outbreak ratio and HIVE didn't hesitate to fire their new weapon. Which if I'm correct..." Adam paused to look at his phone as he scanned through the different files. "Is only at 57% Operational status. Now, what would happen if Hive were told that date and location of the next upcoming council meeting?" Adam cleared his throat.
"Now Gabriel, even those under any Vampric influence will be destroyed by the prison. I had sent a human thirty years ago who strangled himself with his own intestines before he even got to the front gate. In short a pure human would be needed. Whom I have already laid my hands upon and charmed them without the use of my... abilities."
Adam then looked at Victor.
"And what a fine young vampire we have here. Please stop waving your hand, you look like a pansy."

I'm scared yet interested.
This feeling, this sense of being mentally naked to the perversions of this hideous creature. Adam relied on his schemes and plotting and for one such as he, his plans were exposed. The awakening of Alucard, the release of these prototype creatures based of a mixture of DNA genomes and even the boy. But that was a tale for between to similar mindsets.
The presence of Gabriel made Adam physically sick and gut wrenching. But still he stood tall with his relaxed smile.
"Come now, Gabriel. We both know that vampire society is based on fake promises and betrayals. And as to your invitation, out not inviting you was indeed the thing in question for if we did invite you, you would have likely refused." Adam recited as he glanced over towards The Director, licking his wounded hand in the direction of Victor's essence as to further tease him.
"The Yamada corporation, and more importantly I have no wish to share our technology with you." Adam snarled as he looked back at Gabriel.
"And had you forgotten? Simply waking up Alucard is no simple task for even you, the so called God of Vampires could not penetrate the warded prison in which he slumbers. Luckily however I have someone that can enter."

Am I right in taking it that the director isn't actually a vampire as he hadn't reacted the scent of blood in the air?
