Alarmed by the sudden lights and sounds, Nero turns himself to face the origin of the disturbance in time to see the smoke of the fireworks fading. Slightly disheartened by the revelation, he'd give a subtle sigh as he shook his head... That's when another noise caught his attention.
Lifting his head to gaze in the direction of the door labeled 'District 3', the boy's eyes narrowed warily, "Did either of you two hear that?" Though he could hear a gruff new voice behind him speaking on keyblades, the young blonde's eyes remained steadfast upon the door.
@Eklispe That doesn't sound like a bad idea... Stories begin circulating about people that would seem oddly similar to canon characters and the party decides wether to investigate or not.
@Lugia As the Robert and his guide reached the top of the stairs, the red-dressed Viera would halt in her tracks as she used her hand to flag him onwards, "This one agrees... Reluctantly." As the two continue across the wooden platform, any glance downward would see the duo above the roofs below. Compared to even the sparsely bustling street to which you've been accustomed, the walls population is even more scarce; seeing only a handful of mages and archers lining the wall. Though they armed with only the bare minimum -and shoddily kept as well- it's obvious they are trying to maintain high spirits; cracking jokes and regaling stories amongst each other as they gaze out over the fields before the city.
This walk would continue for only a minute longer, a slender -yet firm- hand would attempt to hold the Nu Mou in place. It'd only take a minute to see why, as a human male: dressed in green robes, carrying a silver rod, and wearing a rather peculiar orange horn on his forehead; strode up to you before haulting.
"Lord, Summoner," the female's voice behind Robert spoke out, causing the man before him to bow his head slightly.
"Lady Trist, I take it this is the one Vernire spoke of?" As the Summoner lifted his head, he'd begin eyeing over the black mage before him, "I see... Well, I'm sure more fire spells would help against the undead. You do know the fire spell, right Mr.-?"
@EvanistErion's walk would be a fairly long one, as the stables would reside on the other side of town near the barracks. Sure enough, a variety of creatures were stationed here, ranging from the docile chocobo, to the fierce wyverns that snapped at anyone but their rider. The human that had greeted him was the town's stable master, though only recently so as the previous master had passed mere days before. As Erion steeled himself for what was to come, he couldn't help but feel his luck would be tested-

As the corral came into view, a few chocobos of multiple colors could be seen idly scratching at the straw beneath their feet. Though not to far away, the snarling and growling of a wyvern could be heard, it doesn't seem to have any effect on these birds as they curiously raise their head to see the Moogle approaching their pin.

@Eklispe@Cyrania "Oi! Who's side are you on, exactly?!" The mercenary chimed in as the taguel offered to lay him out for their hosts. Seeming a bit disgruntled himself, both Arus and Jo-Anne could tell that the situation was swiftly getting out of hand. Yet, they both tried to settle the dispute-

and manage to difuse the situation. The two who had just greeted the taguel steped in beside the would be aggressors, the Viera placing a hand on the scaled one's shoulder.
"Your ire is misplaced, Va'gaji. These merely seek to aid us," Though spoken in a matter of fact tone, one could tell the Viera was attempting to calm the flustered creature.
"She's right, kupo. Look at their weapons and mounts! They could've given us alot of trouble by now if they wanted to, kupo," the one calling himself a moogle- his feet planted upon the soil- tugging at the hand of the porcine man.
Almost reluctantly, the scaled-one sighed and shrugged his shoulders, "Fine, fine..." His eyes now focused on Jo-Anne, "You spoke of a 'Grima'. Is that the Beast?" Those around the one called Va'gaji now turned their full attention to the Taguel.
"Wow... Defused the situation almost entirely. I'm impressed," As Arus looked over to inspect the source of the voice, he could see a ornately armored human on one of those feathered creatures. The man could be seen smiling beneath his chain-mail coif, merely eyeing over the situation.
A sudden connection is made. Arus and Jo-Anne feel a slight kinship grown in the face of their ordeals. Rank D established
I have a question for those involved. Would you like to see cannon characters from other games (FF or FE games I mean) make appearances in game, or just leave it a truly unique instance of this world? It wouldn't come into play until later, but I wasn't quite sure if it was something you guys would readily endorse.

From beneath his armor, Vex would let out an audible groan as the fiery being was hurled into him. The force of the blow was enough to tear his flesh -even while inside his suit- and had set the man ablaze. Frantically, he'd force himself to his feet, his vision blurred by the pain that went coursing through him. Yet, as the sharp sensation clouded his mind, the psychic's effect took hold as he could feel his body repairing itself, though only somewhat.
'This fire! Have to put it out, and fast!' The pain of his burning flesh warped his thoughts and clouded his mind, making it hard to form a coherent though. But at once, something occred to him: a fire extinguisher was close by; positioned at the bottom of the stairs to the roof should a fire occur above. He stated before rushing off, practically leaping down the stair way as he landed near the device, releasing the clasps before using the device to douse the flames upon himself.

Jorn is well known as being a blunt, but honest man. He's never one to turn down another in need, but he will give you an earful along with that assistance. But, despite his wizened exterior, he's a softie for the young pups of the pack. Truth is, he's never sired his own child, and therefor makes it up by playing a father figure to wayward runts and the betrodden. Yet, despite his willingness to help, he has short fuse for the disrespectful, often adopting a firm hand in most situations where this arises.
History: Once belonging to a rather small pack a little further south, Jorn was born to a Beta mates, ultimately becoming a beta himself. When the Alpha of the pack unfortunately passed, he and a rival Beta stepped up to assume the mantle as the pack's new Alpha. Though it was a hard fought competition, the rival bested Jorn, and ostracized the now broken and weary combatant. Now alone and dishonored, Jorn would find himself traveling northward; with no other purpose seeming left for him. He had no mate, no pups, nor any reason to continue his journey, aside from his own want to survive. This journey took the better part of a decade, but ultimately ended upon reaching the Blue Ridge pack. Faithfully has he served his new community for years now, and he doesn't see any end in sight.
Extra: While often reserved when speaking to older lycans, many pups see Jorn as an uncle or father figure. As such, he's been prone to gifting the pups out of the kindness of his heart, though disciplining them if their parents fail to do so as well. He is also no stranger to combat, though his mentality is to out maneuver and put his opponents in a position of disadvantage. This, however, can be overcome if his foe is mindful of his actions, making it a much more even combat.
Feel free to edit your posts to accommodate this new information. Though the conversation is somewhat loud, those atop the wall and in the stables would have a hard time hearing it, but it's possible you caught the last bit before heading to your destinations. Jo-Anne would've caught most of it, as she is nearby.
Edit: Had to edit a minor detail to make it obvious why it involved Eklispe's character. Apologizes.
