Most are born with a power relating to water, and others are born without any powers.Appearance(s): Personality: Vindle could be described as energetic, but a better term would be sociable. He likes helping people out with things, but this is the extent of his kindness that he shows. Vindle likes to joke around, play tricks, and to just pretty much be "that one bother that you don't like but like at the same time". He only does these things because being nice is embarrassing to him. Vindle means no harm when fooling around.Bio(optional): Vindle hasn't had a rough life with death or losing friends and family or anything like that. He does, however, have a genetic disease that greatly affects his powers. The disease weakens his powers which, in return, weakens his physical strength and creates trouble for daily tasks. Ever since hard training, the majority of the disease doesn't affect him much anymore. He does have certain periods of time when the disease will impact his body and he won't be able to do much for a while. Other than this, the only other significant event in his life is happening right now- exploring the surface. Vindle has lived in a village under the sea his whole life and has only begun exploring the surface.Powers or skills(if any): Vindle has manipulation of water as his powers. He also possesses something that all aquatic humans have- ena. Ena is a shiny material covering the skin that allows him to live underwater. This ena has set backs, though.
