@Lmpkio Hi. yes you can totally trust me. Also, i checked the very first OC post for the rules before I put my CS up anywhere, to see if it said which tab to put it in, and it didn't gave any specific instruction. That would be a good place to put the rule to post in the OC tab first.

Anyways, with that out of the way, in regards to your profile, the 'read minds or at least detect a beings true intentions' seem to worry me a bit so. I don't want any force of metagaming, so can I trust you to keep it limited?

The blood magic is limited, as if he wants to cast it on the fly, he has to tote around a group of virgins to kill to cast it. While on his home turf, this would be extremely difficult anywhere else, as, well, they put collars on them to make them mindless. If someone ELSE kills them, it also deprives Roshan of their use, as he has to kill them to get the power for his spells. Also, you could free them, if you're sneaky/ballsy enough. They'd literally stand before a train, and get smeared over the tracks, level of mindless. As for the bleeding, it's not an instant kill. It can be stopped by either being resistant to magic, not bleeding at all, healing magics of any kind, ext.
Also, I wasn't intending for him to be able to. At least, not with most. Stuff like Kevlar, maybe. Stuff like space marine armor, of hella no! Tanks and such, also no.

Fair nuff, was gonna go with apocalypse as an example but i don't really know the changes matt (thewizardguy) made so i don't actually know how op they are. god emperor and pretty much anything else from the 40k universe is still retardedly strong though

This Apocalypse his a heavily nerfed Doomsday. Still very powerful in his whole rank, (and getting stronger0, but not even merely as powerful as current Doomsday. Faaaaaaar from it.

you call him a bland character without interacting him. you call him op in the face of both the god emperor (someone that could legitimately turn you into a fully functioning, living dickbutt, and saitama which has the capability to destroy the entire planet this is taking place on for shits and/or giggles when stephen can be beaten by a guy with a baseball bat sneaking up on him -_-

Also, i'm a lazy person that dislikes putting in more effort than required. if you want his back story then TALK TO HIM. if you want to learn his personality then GET TO KNOW HIM. i find offloading information like that in the ooc to be annoying and hampering for player interaction .-.

@supertinyking He looks alright, but the Blood Magic smells a little more on the OP side. 'causing plagues, and killing his foes in terrible and painful manners, such as causing them to bleed from their eyes, mouth, ears, and nose until the blood loss kills them.' In what way does he unleash this blood magic?

The sword as is is also alright, but I think we may want to have a limit. Sure he hasn't cut through space armors and tanks and stuff yet, but ya know... something as a border to keep it from slicing time and space into oblivion. XD
