bad is supposed to be bard.

she can fight. yes. she can move fast. yes. but besides that, all she has going for her is low level sound magic. which she uses to make music, disorient foes, and blow them back a bit. like three feet. If she would be considered low level at least, rather then flea, i miht be interested.

I think she'll be pretty low leveled. I'll try to keep from having too many OP characters come in (especially crazy OP), only having spots for higher ranks in factions. I do suggest that in case more stronger people arrive, that you should either add some powers to this new character or make another back up character who can compete.

power level? Would I be able to bring in a wolf girl bad with only bare detensige and offensive capabilities and not have her explode the moment some low level in comparison touches her?

Most people see him as much weaker than Light til they fight him, at which point... they don't wanna fight him anymore. xD He sorta acts like Discord, just a bit more... explosive happy. And way way way more fragile.

Depends on what they are lol. And I do prefer you create new characters for the RP, but I can allow like 2 "returning" characters lol.

Oh it will definitely! It wouldn't be a multiverse RP without it! In fact, there's also going to be an easier mode of transportations other then just terminals. The two default factions will supply the followers a special, yet disposable, teleporter in which they can instantly come back to base if they are just walking around aimlessly somewhere. That way, they can return back to base much easier and enter another portal provided by said organization to just jump right in! Makes traveling soooooo much easier.

@Vongola_Hasayo Wasn't expecting you to lol. But at least it gives you another idea. I was thinking Golem's hand would at least have some sort of robotic-like hand in it, like real golems. But alas I can't really find any that matches my description of it.
