When you say "God-like" character, what do you mean exactly? Because I'm a little confused by the scale you're shooting for. For example, someone wanted to make a character from 40k, but that's been shot down as too OP. Yet Optimus Prime was accepted, a character capable of going one on one with many of Warhammer's heroes (except perhaps the Gods, Emperor and Primarchs). I'd just like a bit of clarification.

Consider "God-Like" characters being way too OP for their own good. They'd basically have abilities relating or rival that to a god and have very powerful abilities that can one-shot many lesser characters, as well as many other insane abilities. Optimus Prime isn't God-like at all. He's strong, but he's nowhere near to being god-like, even with the Matrix of Leadership.
One example of a god-like character, would be the Emperor of Mankind, who has a ridiculous assortment of powers and abilities.
