[APPEARANCE]Terror-Wing stands at eight feet tall and covered with a thick purplish hide and orange stripes draping down his arms, torso, and legs. He is armed with sharp, curved teeth, ripping claws, and even a diamond-tipped tail as additional weaponry. His wings are estimated to be at least nine feet long, which provide him excellent flight capabilities.
[PERSONALITY]At first glance from the naked eye, Radon's Terror-Wing form is a psychotic monster, which added by his looks, make him look like a literal demon from hell. While this is indeed true, behind his venomous yellow eyes, lies strategic brilliance and utter cunning. His IQ level is incredibly high, allowing him to make quick and cold calculations about his surroundings and is even able to often to predict their very moves. He is also a master at trickery and is quick to hide or escape if necessary. Radon will do anything to rid of his opponent from the face of the Earth, often committing brutal and savage decapitations, dismemberments, and disembowelments on the helpless victims that so happen to stray too close to his home. He is in short a literal killing machine.
[BACKSTORY]Born to two infamous and mad scientist parents, Radon's life was simply a living hell. While in his early years he didn't care too much, he happened to be bullied quite frequently at school, making him utterly miserable. When he tried to tell or complain to his parents on these regular matters, all they did was push him aside and both physically and mentally abused him, often calling him names and other terrible stuff. This would've gone on for years, deteriorating his mental stability and causing him to be highly aggressive in school and ultimately fail academically, where he was already kicked out from all of his local school districts.
Still struggling to learn despite his mental issues, Radon tried his best to home school himself, mostly by reading books. Yet he still couldn't escape the torture that his parents would come to bring him. At the age of 15, his parents had officially made their son to be a test subject. For the past five years, that had tried to create "The Perfect Being", in which they can ultimately make super-soldiers out of and get rich. Yet as hard as they tried, they failed in every attempt and every subject they tested had ultimately failed. Having recently taken the cells of what they say to be from an alien, they decided to inject their son with these cells and see what happens.
Long story short, Radon painful transformed to become what the heroes call, "Terror Wing". Radon broke free from his testing chambers and ultimately ripped his parents apart in the most savage way you can possibly imagine. Finally free from this oppression, he flies off into the abandoned regions of his city and takes residence within. Despite his mental instability, the cells in which he was injected with provided him in a massive boost of IQ status, which provided him with knowledge and cunning he never had before. He's quite infamous for the deaths of several heroes, whom were more of the weaker variety, along with severely injuring other more stronger heroes. Of course, these heroes were only attacked since they invaded his "territory", which is comprised of abandoned suburb blocks and other places were little activity takes place. He is however, surely a threat to not be taken lightly.
[QUIRK]Beast Form: - Radon's experimentation has resulted in him turning into a vicious, bloodthirsty monster. His strength has doubled, allowing him to pick up heavy furniture and even small cars. His animalistic senses also come more into play, with better hearing, smell, as well as the ability for flight, enhanced speed in the air, all while also keeping his mentality at a moderation.
[SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES]Rip N' Tear: - Terror-Wing's sharp claws and ripping talons can deal a good chunk of damage if they happen to scratch their opponent a good amount. Here, he dives in at his opponent and proceeds to rip their guts out with his sharp arsenal.
Plasma Breath: Terror-Wing can fire a reddish-orange ball of plasma at his foe, which upon impact can also deal splash damage to those around the blast radius. He can also charge one up to fire a stronger and larger variant of it, though it takes a few more valuable seconds for it to fire, or fire a long stream of said energy.
Tail Pierce: Terror-Wing's tail is tipped with a diamond spearhead, allowing him to pierce his foes with it. It can pierce through metal as strong as steel. Once it pierces his foe, he can swing the opponent around and knock it into buildings or drop it from a high altitude.
Pigment Change: Terror-Wing has also the ability to turn translucent, allowing him to blend with the environment around him. However, the distortion can make him still visible to keener eyes, so often he hides from within the shadows. He can also unleash surprise attacks with this tactic.
[LIMITS]Durability: Terror-Wing's skin is quite durable, having the ability to reflect average bullets, but still susceptible to break if one happens to produce hard enough physical trauma or a strong piercing energy weapon. Vulnerable weak spots that aren't covered as well include the front of his neck, the lower bottom of his tail, and a small opening in his chest where the armored skin doesn't cover (Think of a Knight's armor).
Power Cool-down: Regarding his plasma attacks, Terror-Wing does have a cool down of 30 minutes if he happens to use all of his plasma energy up in his breath attacks.
Anger Management: Radon's Terror-Wing form relies solely on his adrenaline and anger/fear levels. If one is able to weaken him severely or calm him down to a certain degree, he'll be forced to transform back to his regular self. This however, will be difficult for one to accomplish...
Cold Environments: Terror-Wing is cold-blooded, so he can't work well in cold environments unless he wears warm protection. Like reptiles, he'll become sluggish and weak, making him vulnerable to attack.
