As Junior prepares for what happens next, she suddenly finds herself covered by some sort of shield. Confused, she looks around her, trying to figure out what was going on. It couldn't have been Ghidorah who did it. Alas, as the golden dragon inspects the spore-like objects that dropped down from the sky, even he coldly turns to where it's coming from. Junior then realizes that it was Mothra who was coming to her rescue! She hasn't seen her much lately, but considers her as a very distant cousin, despite the fact that one is a bug and one is a mutated dinosaur like gijinka. Regardless, her mother, despite having her own quarrels with the goddess, did respect her highly. Mothra was one of the only gijinkas that has been known to defeat Godzilla on rare occasions, despite suffering her own defeats as well.

“Why are you stressing out this little one Ghidorah” She said her voice being amplified to echo for miles’ outward.

Junior couldn't help but to look at her in awe with a faint smile.

"Mothra!" she calls out, still holding her own from within the shield, with the spores not affecting her since she was the one being protected.

Ghidorah steals a glance at the young Gojira, momentarily weighing his options before shooing her away with his free hand, heaving a sigh. His gaze turned skyward, a heated glare sent at the source of the interruption. "And what, prey tell, are you doing here, bishop?" he asks as his hands sparked in yellow electricity, "Don't you know it's rude to butt into a friendly conversation?"

Junior wasn't able to do anything from behind the shield, as she waits for an opportunity to run back to her mother...

Unless she was able to hear Mothra's voice from miles away... which means that she must already be on her way...

...Right?
