Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: From Kyla's face to upper-chest region, she sports a massive tattoo that resembles that of a human skeleton, as well as the names of her old squadmates who died in a shuttle crash on her back left collarbone. Her ears also happen to be pierced by diamond-colored beads, and has multiple blaster burn scars on her back from past battles.
Personal Style: In battle, Kyla sports the notorious Death Trooper armor, which is a black suit that renders her being able to sustain slightly more damage, as well as having the ability to cloak, in order to avoid getting detected, and camouflage in dark locations. She is a daunting character in battle, with soldiers bearing eyes of fear amongst her arrival on the battlefield. In fact, the armor is also designed exclusively for terrorizing the opponent at first glance, making them want to rather run then flee. This is a reason why Kyla loves her armor and how she relies on it so much.

When not in battle, Kyla rather wears dark clothing. Black is her preferred color choice, often wearing rather comfy and loose long sleeved shirts. She doesn't mind white or tan however. She also usually wears either long work-pants, occasionally sweatpants when she's relaxing, or simple shorts.

Personality: Kyla is what you expect from an almost undyingly loyal soldier. As one of the more gifted stormtroopers within her rank, she has trained long and hard to be where she currently is. She is hard-working, always trying to exceed her own capabilities and strengths to impress the Empire of her formidable skills. She's a rather cold individual, almost the anti-social type, and usually quiet amongst others. While highly respectful to her equals and superiors, she does ask for a hefty amount of respect to those lower in rank then her. If an average soldier, minus her squadmates, fails to serve the Empire a victory, she would either eye them menacingly, yell at them, and in a very bad mood, do physical harm upon them.

In battle, Kyla is a powerful warrior, using her quick calculations and training to survive and complete the mission at hand. She shows little mercy and is utterly ruthless in battle. In her squad, her leadership is highly respected and feared by her squadmates, and shows concern for their well being, even though she can be an asshole to them at times.

History

The Reason You Chose The Side You Did: Being born in a high-class Imperial family, Kyla's parents urged her greatly to serve for the Galactic Empire. However, they didn't expect her interests in becoming a stormtrooper, let alone becoming one of the top elite forces in the Empire. She basically blew up their expectations, and she wants to keep it as so and strive to become the best soldier the Empire has ever had.
History: Kyatrah Selinema was born to a wealthy family near the heart of Coruscant. As a child, she was a rather shy and anti-social person, often found working hard on her studies to make her family proud or working out in the gym. Her childhood otherwise wasn't so exciting. Her mother was an imperial archivist, while her father happened to be an admiral for the Imperial navy. After finishing Middle School, Kyla's parents urged her to join the Imperial ranks in anyway that she pleased. What one expects that she would work a rather low-lying job, they didn't think that she'd join the military ranks of being a stormtrooper in the Imperial Academy. She was a loyal soldier to the Empire, while having a surprising amount of athleticism and strength behind her. She was also most beloved by her superiors, who often phased her for her incredible attributes and skills in being a soldier. In fact, she impressed them so well, that she was offered to take classes in the Spec Ops division as soon as she graduated from basic training.

Once she graduated the Imperial Academy, Kyla was transferred into a Spec Ops squad unit and was classified as a Death Trooper, now retrofitted with special black armor to enhance their combat abilities and provide cloaking abilities. She was in a squad of five, known simply as Death Squard, where she was the only female trooper, as well as the sniper on the team. They participated in various secret missions, ranging from base infiltration, to wiping out entire rebel forces, making their name well feared throughout the galaxy. The Kyla was one that contributed the most through the entire team, making her well respected amongst her squad mates. However, all good things must come to an end...

In 2BBY, as the team were being transported down to the planet Ryloth to help shut down a growing rebellion force, their shuttle was shot down by a rebel rocket launcher, forcing the shuttle to make a crash landing into a nearby forest. By the time it finally came to a screeching halt, only two Spec Ops units were alive being Kyla and her commander "Avoc". Unfortunately, he died in Kyla's arms, prompting an ever more growing hatred to the rebels. She was able to find help after several hours battling the native wildlife and an entire band of twi'lek rebels single-handedly, and was able to get back behind lines. To commemorate her comrades that died in the crash, she tattooed her whole face and upper chest as a skeleton, along with the names on her back left collarbone.

It wasn't until shortly after the Battle of Yavin was when her team was finally replaced by a new cast of Death Troopers, but it simply wasn't the same. While she still did everything she could to protect them, the death of her old squad was simply agonizing for her to think about it. This made her more colder than ever before, but in the more protective way. To those who weren't in her squad, they weren't spared the same mercy, and were either yelled or punched/kicked if they failed to do what they were told. Even her new squadmates still feared her greatly. It didn't help after the Empire lost the Battle Of Endor, as well as the destruction of the Second Death Star and the deaths of both Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader. Regardless, she was going to fight till the bitter end, till the day death finally walks among her...

⚜☮ Jesmand Cartchri ☮⚜

If there's anyone on the Vindicator that Kyla finds herself to be close with, it has to be the Captain herself. This is mostly due to the fact that she is a superior, one higher in rank compared to a Death Trooper squad commander, and she has no problems with her. In fact, despite Kyla being dark, and Jes being more on the humorous side, she actually chuckles at some of the captain's jokes, and with her status in tow, both the squad-leader and captain had developed an odd, yet soft, friendship with one another.

⚜§ Morgbra Bonwoo §⚜
"He's like my polar opposite... but he does his job well."
Kyla has a very tense but respectful outlook on Morgbra. While both are working under the same goals, their attitudes are quite the opposite. Kyla is cold and serious, while Mor is loving and vivacious. She would've considered him an enemy if it wasn't for his benevolent nature and his impressive work out on the field. Regardless, both know the utter sense of lost and only deal with each other when they have to, knowing that they are on the same side.

§ Jaina Sarbye §
"Ugh... That girl is going to get herself killed."
Like in her case with Morgbra, Kyla's view on Jaina is as if she's her polar opposite. However, she doesn't have as much respect for her actions as a bounty hunter, compared the doctor. She annoys the living hell of out her, and sometimes she would love to punch her in the teeth. However, she doesn't necessarily hate her, she simply dislikes her, but considers her light-hearted actions rather harmless most of the time.

⚜§ Shira Jen §⚜
"That punk needs to learn her place."
Kyla cannot stand the punk whose name is Shira Jen. While both have two similar stands of ruthlessness,  their personalities are utterly different. Kyla likes order and respect, being trained as one of the elite Death Troopers, while Shira's interests lies in chaos and has a nasty rebellious attitude. The two often fight, but the only thing that keeps Kyla from pulling the trigger is Shira being a highly skilled Tie Ace, despite her being a contracted one. This is the only amount of respect that she gives to her.
⚜§ Kordath Targon §⚜
"He does his job well... probably too well for me to fully trust him."
Kyla respects Kordath in his work as part of Imperial intelligence, especially when it came to locate the missing Death Star plans. However, this respect also comes with great caution. This being, that at times Kyla wouldn't know if he's lying or not. Regardless, she respects his position and tries not to bother with him much.
