@Bornlucky You have an interesting character going on there, but there's some things that may want to be nerfed.
Lux's neutral is kinda unnecessary for an engineer and a little OP considering everyone can see it.
For his weapon ability, the slight shield barrier is fine, but I think it would be better if it absorbs a percentage of damage (like between 10% - 20% or something) and last for a hot second or two with a recharge of say... 5 seconds? Just a suggestion.
Special Ability 1 is fine, but I suggest maybe 2 instead of 3. Also how long will it last precisely?
Special Ability 2 is completely fine.
Ultimate is fine, just need to know how long it lasts.

It also seems like Team Reinhardt has been taken by Lux (and I prefer if every gets a different advisor), however comparing the two, I believe yours is more fitting for Reinhardt.
As for Lux, since he creates and repairs barriers, I think he'll be better off in Team Torbjörn imo.
And as for your character D-A, he looks good so far. I got no problems with him so far :)
Also...
I was thinking of a Melee-oriented character and thinking to myself "I wonder how he'd fare in an environment where nearly every single character has a gun."

On a side note. Been actually thinking on adding one more Deltawatch spot, but instead of having one major team, there should be two hybrid groups of two. Each will go on different missions from one another, but may team up on a major mission once in awhile. What do you think guys?
