The War of the Three

Zeruel

As the devilish Helena announces to the Nexus about the Oblivion Dungeon, Zeruel can feel another familiar aura coming from just the words themselves. Like the bull in the Battle of the Foundry, this voice must belong to the other vampire-esque character from Arcadia. These two voices, these two (plus one specific other) auras, it was clear that they came from a higher calling. These Vassals are finally reappearing after eons of inactivity and lurking behind the scenes. He knows what they speak of, the Nexus being an entire lie in of itself, but the Laguna High Angel is bound to keep to his position as the Head of the Hierarchy.

And he otherwise had no desire to retire from his position anyways.

No matter. While he may not have a chance to battle the Bull, there's a chance he can battle the Vampire. And if he does fight her, he'll learn directly from his mistakes in Arcadia and fight smart. His haughtiness caught the better of him that battle. This time it won't be the case. And he's not fighting this alone...

As the portal to the Dungeon opens, behind Zeruel forms an army of valiant warriors, with multiple classes taking the form of different units. Upon closer inspection, one can tell that they are in fact human-sized clones of the Laguna members. Michaels can be seen wielding their swords in the front, Sachiels preparing their elbow-lances, Ramiels spreading their wings as lightning cackles around them, Gaghiels floating as they clatter their jaws, this was an army forged by the Laguna King himself. While the units are clearly not as powerful as their original counterparts, they still can each hold considerably against reasonably-trained opponents.

How were they made to combat the hells of the Nexus? This is a secret Zeruel will keep to his grave.

"ARISE, SOLDIERS OF GOD." he booms as he faces to them, "THE BATTLE AWAITS. YOUR LEADER COMMANDS THAT YOU GIVE IT ALL YOUR ALL. DO NOT HESITATE. SHOW NO MERCY. ERRADICATE ALL WHO OPPOSE YOU. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT FAIL YOUR QUEEN, THE ALMIGHTY DEVA."

"TO WAR."

And with a flash of his eyes, the units obey him unconditionally as they enter the portal into the dungeon.

Fran being Fran you know, she'd like to have more opportunities to fuck with people, sexually speaking. Though I also hope to use this opportunity to develop Fran as more than just a walking smut joke and actually develop her in terms of personality and power. Show off her mentality and stuff. As far as actually fighting goes she doesn't care for the whole War of Three thing and, much like Krieg, may have an interest in guiding the war in a way that actually leads to peace, or at least an extended cease fire.

That is to say, Fran wants to stop the fighting. So she may either join this other faction, whether it's a neutral, fourth, or whatever, or at least use this chance to really ask everyone do they need to fight each other. of course I doubt anyone would care for what a little whore has to say about anything, but that doesn't mean she'll be quiet.

If you mean their unfinished business back at the tower, Fran probably forgot about it. They'd fight if it comes to it, though I do hope to use this opportunity to develop Fran more as a character. Perhaps use the opportunity to open up some doors instead of trying to kill everyone. But who knows. We'll see when we get there.

Open up doors in what sense? The whole Nexus being a lie?

(I can imagine being in his position he kinda knows what's going on, though his arrogance kinda still blinds him)

But seriously; if there's anyone that wants to end the war as much as anyone else, it's him. Dr. Karizawa. There should be a little alliance regarding he, Henry, Krieg, Miyu (possibly), and anyone else who's sick of this War in general.

The bloodied Mergoux howls at Nebulius for not stopping that one thief who, unknowingly to her, have escaped thanks to his telepathic communication. The blue alien was still looking more than calm as she faces the half-elven warrior straight in the eyes.

"It seemed that you have taken care everything under moderate control." he answers, "I simply watched as you acted upon your impulse. Even if I tried to fire upon the fleeing 'bandit', the trees and range limit the accuracy of my staff. It would've been futile to attempt in firing at him."

He was white lying at this stage, but his expertise in this for all the centuries he's been outside his home planet has its benefits.

I also say the same, but maybe doing a collab will get things done a bit faster while being more convient? Idk? Maybe
