Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

You know New Vegas. A desert jewel full of hopes, dreams, and old world glory. The ritz and flash blinds most people with decadence and fortune, so that they’ll never notice the sin and corruption right underneath their noses. For those who can’t afford the ignorance that New Vegas brings, they’ll become all too accustomed of what makes the most of Vegas; concrete jungles and chemmed our junkies struggling to make it the next day. And that’s not even going over the war between East and West, Bull and Bear, and all the other conflicts in between.

You are a Bounty Hunter. While the NCR like you claim their ability to manage and deal with the various outlaws that plague the landscape, fact of the matter is they got too much on their hands right now to deal with the more skilled and notorious criminals who operate inside and outside of their borders. And so various third party contractors have been employed, some professional, but most unsavory. You work for the Black Gold Guns, a bounty hunting firm that just got a foot in the business in the Mohave Wasteland. Lead by Annabeth, a former NCR Ranger, she handles your contracts and payment.

Rules:
1. You know it, I know it, for formalities sake you know where the line should be drawn and if things get too hairy we can always resolve it in private. Moving on.

Character Sheet

Appearance: (Whatever you feel thematically appropriate)
Name: (You real name and any alias you use or may be known for)
Race: (Black, White, Ghoul, Robot, whatever)
Age: (Formality mostly but hey, could be important.)
Bio: (Doesn’t need to be complex, just enough to get an outline of who you are and your background.)
Skills: (More or less an outline of your abilities. Basically choose four tag skills and elaborate on them.)
Talents: (Your best two SPECIAL scores.)
Flaws: (Your worst two SPECIAL scores.)
Signature Weapon: (No need to force you to start out with a Varmint Rifle or shovel and work your way up. Take one of the base weapons, whether it be the humble 10mm pistol or high tech Super Sledge, and that’ll be the weapon you start with. As you gain more caps you can buy upgrades that’ll improve the performance of your weapon.)
Gear: (The rest of your kit, including armor, ammo, stims and chems, and so forth. You have 200 Caps to start with for whatever you may need in the RP.)
No problemo. It’s busy one hell of a week for me tbh.
The sand and rocks doesn’t look too difficult right now, but you could suspect that if it’s sufficiently wet, such as from a high tide or rain, it would easily turn into mud and thus be difficult terrain. But right now it would be easy enough to traverse.
Meep morp.
Just looking for Someone who might be interested in a New Vegas 1x1. You could be the Courier, an NCR soldier, Legionaries, etc. I’ll set up a CS and such once I find a person. A major theme will simply be survival in the wasteland as I’ll expand the size of the world exponentially, meaning that there’s a very real possibility of starving or dying of thirst as you travel between towns or to hideouts. Your skills and whoever you can find as a companion can make certain journeys and events easier or harder.
The rope ladder you can find but the pistons not so much. Don’t exactly need climbing gear on a boat.
It was only a short walk before the scouting party would reach a cliff looking over the shipwreck. Sure enough, there was barely a path leading down to the narrow strip of sand and rock in which the ship was against. Treacherous crags and steep drops were the only visible way down, and it was a miracle that the previous group managed to even get up. Hurrik looked to you with his observations. "From what I can tell, we'll need at least twenty pitons to secure a stable rope ladder. Erosion from the sea winds makes that rock side much more fragile than it looks, and frankly speaking a good storm could shave off a couple inches of rock wall, which could lead to a landslide. Fortunately the northside would likely be the most stable since winds blow southwards, which I'd guess is the path the others used." However as Hector looked down, he seemed nervous. "Uh... Alright captain, I just want to make sure you know, we really did see those drowned down there. Even if... They aren't here right now..." Sure enough, the ship and beach seems devoid of any creatures, living or dead. Nothing but rocks and wreckage. By this point Nyx's familiar flew down to her hand as she looked to you. "That's definitely further than 100 feet, so if I send Nox down there I'll lose communication with him. However I should still be able to see and hear through his senses. I'll make sure he stays a safe distance away from the wreck in case anything tries to come out. Am I clear to go?"
Sticky seems like he's just trying to do his best to help the crew out. You can tell that he's a bit shaken up from the fight, and working makes it easier for him to forget just how scared he was.

Azure seems the same as usual, if somewhat more surly now that she's so heavily wounded. You can tell that she's doing the usual "overcompensate because she doesn't want to look weak" thing.

Othie has generally always been uncomfortable ever since you found her. Even after her operation Othie just felt on edge, as if there's danger at every corner. But you can tell that what she's feeling now isn't just paranoia, something is literally draining her energy right now, given that of the people on this ship, she's one of the most magically inclined and at the same time most vulnerable. Whatever she's feeling below the deck doesn't just make her uneasy, it's actively making her weaker. Hence why she wants you to investigate it, knowing that whatever is down there must be quite powerful, and is aware that what you're going to face could be dangerous.
Sure, roll one for each and I'll give you something for each of em.
"Well, aight. If ya be needin anything, I'll be around." Sticky nods to you before leaving, returning to work. Othie comes out from her hiding spot and nods at your suggestion. "I don't mind. I'm sure you need the rest too, Caeda. If there is something down there though... You should try and get some help. I wish I could do something but I can't even make any pixie dust..." Othie flicks her fingers outward trying to summon her magic out, but she doesn't even get a tiny spark. Aside from that, you would be able to rest in your room with only mild difficulty. Though the ship was out of the storm the waters were quite rough, causing the boat to rock back and forth in irregular patterns. Not to mention it was rather loud outside with the waves crashing against the hull of the ship and sailors shouting as they worked. Othie sought security on your person, feeling no real update on this strange energy below, but she can tell it's still there. It made her very uncomfortable and scared. "It's... It's foul Caeda. It shouldn't be here..."
