Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Not about to fight your battles unless you can sweeten the deal. Otherwise I'm sure the kobolds wouldn't mind those who can keep their warrens tidy, and don't mind cramp spaces either.
All we slimes need is a steady supply of biomass. Dead bodies will do. And if you're taking slaves, suppose we'll dispose of any that go limp too.
Depending on how complex slimes can be, my dude and his brood could possible "eat" a tunnel. I actually have a slime character in a different RP for who tunneling his his biggest shtick: Since he can pretty much consume any sort of matter without issue or limitation (aka eat anything), he often uses it to dig underground and through walls.
I put my vote to a Forge tbh. Feels like it works best with my slime guy who's likely a magical experiment gain sentience. Additionally I'll probably stick with my slime guy for now since he's the one I feel most strongly for.

As for abilities, I'm thinking that I'll go for the Shadow Class instead. my dude is more of a sneaky assassin type after all, prowling the dark, dropping on his foes. Oh yeah, I'll also go for that Primal Ability over a Core class feature. I like the Sticky Body thing that'll allow me to climb on weird surfaces, maybe even make me better at grappling with my foes once I catch em.

Proto Character build is such:

Race: Slime
Calling: Shadow
Dark Impulse: Paranoid
Abilities: Sticky Slime (Racial), Living Weapon (Long Reach, Grappling) (Flexibility)
Dungeon Type: Forge
I'm definitely throwing my lot into this. I got ideas already. I'm thinking a sort of slime monster which may seem innocent enough, until it manages to eat enough creatures/people and start incorporating their flesh into his being. Goes from an ooze creature to a fleshy abomination. As for class, I think Brute fits his style the most, though he does have a dash of hunter as well. The type of creature who lies in wait, stalks his enemy, but once he shows up he just goes nutso.

Some other ideas I have is a skeleton marauder of a sorts. Specifically, he used to be a holy warrior but has lost pretty much all of his magical powers, but also gained a new purpose to fight, so in between killing adventurers he preaches about his deity and tries to convert people. So kinda like a Zealot but with less emphasis about magic and more about bashing skulls.
Tyrael would soon arrive to the bath house. He was honestly surprised by it's presence. Not only was there a place to wash in the middle of this desert, but it was much larger than he thought it'd be. In his travels he has seen many bath houses that were little more than a room that contained large barrels still water. And you often had to pay extra for soap or heat. But this place looked more akin to an inn. "Fancy." Tyrael said quietly to himself. So far Zastriel reported no issues with Lynn, so Tyrael didn't really feel the need to check on her. If anything he himself was due for a bath: he hasn't washed since he had began his trek through the desert and certainly knew he needed a proper bath. Lynn's watery healing magic may have treated his wounds but not his stench. And so Tyrael would enter, noticing that the sides were gender segregated. However he doubts there would be any men in the bath right now: with how tense things are due to the bandit attack he was certain every able bodied man was out and about. So Tyrael entered the men's side.

Slowly and methodically Tyrael began to disarm and disrobe himself. He hadn't properly taken off his garment for many days, and once removed from his skin he'd notice the awful stench. "Disgusting." Blood, sweat, and filth caked his inner clothes and he knew he would need to get them washed. But he would do so personally, likely now. He wasn't sure what this build's policy on bringing clothes to wash was but Tyrael didn't care, so he brought his dirty laundry with him into the baths, along with a scrubbing stone. It's what he usually used to clean his things, and he wished he had soap, but such a thing was an expensive luxury. It was either soap or coco powder.

Enter the men's baths Tyrael was surprised to see that these baths were not only quite large but also heated. Most bath houses didn't have more than one room, and the water had to be preboiled. "They must be built on an oasis." Regardless Tyrael entered the bath, ignorant of the other presence in the room. He was quite frankly just glad to have a hot bath. It has been too long. Excitement filled his body as he set aside his laundry and got into the steaming hot waters. As soon as he put his foot in Tyrael bit his lip to suppress any noise he'd make. It hurt, but only because it's been so long since he felt such pleasure. Slowly he entered the waters, allowing the heat to cover his body so much that it made him shake. While his body was still adapting to the heat he put his head into the water, combing his hair with his fingers before raising his head. "Aaaaah... It's been too long since I've felt this good."

Of course it was only now that Tyrael began to notice something amiss. He had been careless; his guard was lowered. So eager was he to feel the water's warmth that he did not notice what was hidden in the steam. Another bather; another man that Tyrael didn't recognize. Likely someone who had been here already, perhaps even a villager. It was hard to identify him without clothes on. Tyrael looked at this person and said nothing. Perhaps if he didn't make a fuss, the other person would not even notice Tyrael. Slowly, quietly, Tyrael dragged his dirty clothes into the water and began to clean them as he kept his eye on the other person.
The fact you're still here despite me not posting in two months is a good testament for your patience. But thank you for your time nonetheless.
"Oh thank you! Let's get started. Oh, and my name is Seraph." Buddy was already back at the cart, pushing it away from the fence so he can pick up some of the books. Seraph was digging through the sand and took out small bits of pottery and other figurines. She seemed to have used the sand as a sort of cushioning for the more fragile items. This managed to mitigate some of the damage they suffered from the crash, though she was notably sadden as she gathered up shards of broken pottery that didn't survive the crash. It would over all take about twenty minutes to gather up everything that fell out as well as clean up the mess as Seraph turned towards you. "Do you mind waiting here for a little while longer? I need to return to the college to fetch a new wagon, and your pay of course."
Buddy nods his head and walks towards the cart to see if anyone was wounded. Meanwhile the girl looks to you, still tired and sadden. "Ah... That cart, it came all the way from Greenford. That's almost a year worth of travel! Uuuugh! The chalks didn't hold and the thill snapped and..." The woman just screamed in frustration towards the sky. It was around that time Buddy slowly came back, writing down that no one was hurt. The He also wrote that the cart was broken and stuff fell out but nothing else seems broken. The woman sighs and looks to you two. "I'm so sorry to ask you this suddenly, but can you help me gather my research? I'll try and find a new cart to bring this back up the hill and... Of course you'll be compensated for your time."
Happy New Years to you too! Also, I haven’t seen you post at all this year!

Okay obligatory New Years dad joke done, sorry for not posting at all for like, three weeks. December is always a busy month for me. But hopefully things won’t be so iffy henceforth. Time will tell.
