Aarkenhan could hardly keep themselves from sharing in the laugh with the king from the implications that goblins should reserve even a remote consideration compared to what vague sentiments were held for the dragon. A tickle at the back of their head knew that even if there was some deranged request to keep the goblinoids unharmed, they were well within their right to disregard such an assertion. While there was a clear distinction between the squatters, the knight silently ached for blood in spite of the supposed change of plans in regards to her supposed relationship with the dragon.
They shook the thought as the prince issued a claim to die a foolish death out of some oath to save their sister. It was a matter beyond the lord's scope of interest, leaving the queen better suited to return his proclamation with a withering glare. Aark was more worried about the motives of their occult kinsman, as there was a clear consensus on a plan, at least at base level, as long as all of the gears that made up their quaint little machine all moved in the same direction. This, ironically bit down in place as the words left the King's mouth, the man clearly not who had been the one to send the letter.
"If I may, zehr iz a question zeht bohzers me" Aark spoke with the invitation to ask, "My invitation vahz delivered by letter vith instructions to meet in zeis specific place at zeis specific time...did you write such a letter?" they concluded, picking up their own sword and sheathing it as Nebel left.
