Liv
It was a beautiful day, perfect weather low 70s. Just enough of a breeze to keep you from sweating too hard. Liv couldn't have picked a better place. From her lawn chair she sat high on a cliff overlooking the coast. Around her over a dozen beers can lay crushed and crumpled. Pushing her sunglasses up she took a sip of the beer in her hand. Then let out a loud burp that might have scared a few of the local fauna members.
"Whew." She lay back, settling into the chair. The sun just started to peak out from behind a cloud as her eyes drifted shut. Then the alarm sounded. The god damn alarm. It wasn't really an alarm, more like a buzzing inside her neck. It made her shiver. "Fuckers are cutting my break early." She grumbled. With a overly loud groan Liv shoved herself up. Downing the beer she fell out of the chair and into thin space.
Spinning as she came out she turned the space around her to... somewhere. Wait. Concentrate. Fuck. No.
Landing on her rear end Liv was spit out in a... train station? The fuck? Wrong place. Why was she still spinning? Or was the just her head? She shook her head to try to clear it but just ended up making herself more dizzy. God she was a drunk. Finally after a second to gather herself she threw her head back into space. For a split second all she could feel was herself tumbling before she was at the prison. Yay. At least she felt the buzzing in her neck stop. Shaking her head once again she looked around.
"Hey! Evan. Short cunt! Yeah you. Why the fuck was I called?"
The guy in uniform infront of her look mystified for a second. "My... my names not Evan. It's John.
"Yeah yeah. No one cares Evan." She rushed on. "Why the fuck am I here?"
He sighed, "New shipment. Higher ups want you on intros."
"Uuuuuugh!" Liv threw her hands and head back exaggerating her exasperation. Flipping off Evan, she dissipated again. Reappearing ontop of the wall, Liv instantly regretted her hat. The fuzzy ears were making her sweat. It was hot! Like boil an egg on the pavement hot. She could see the heat waves coming up off the ground. The dead and non-luscious desert ground. Great... so glad she ended her tropical break early for this shit. And on introduction duty for the babies to top it off. Maybe this time there would be a fun toy for her. Feeling a little unsteady on her feel she leaned against the wall and looked down as the armored prisoner truck pulled up to the front gate.

Trying to hold out for a bit to get a 5th character. Ill give it a few more days before I get this started
@Eviledd1984 you can make a second character though I will be limiting it to 2 max. I'd prefer if we start out with the 1st characters and then expand to a second later on, but I'm happy to hear out any ideas and we can talk about it

One thing I forgot to mention, could you add that they are an inmate under allegiance. Doesn't really make sense, but it would be nice to be clear what side of things they are on. @EchoWolff you might wanna add this too.

@Eviledd1984 Im good with any of those. I think invisibility might be hard with the limiting collars. Illusions would be really fun. I've always loved illusion powers especially with a physco. As long as you give me good weaknesses I'm game with whatev
An old perverted sadist. Fuck yes @Eviledd1984! Sounds like a dope character. Love the hint at a war. Im sure in this universe there's been a bunch of tension between humans and mutants.
Heres my only condition. Right now hes got 2 powers, which would definitely rank him as purple and seems just a little OP. Since @EchoWolff character already has something along the lines of shapeshifting, I think it would make a lot more sense to just lean into the telepathy. This would give you a better opportunity to really focus on this power, and bring out all the fun unique situations with it. This power also just seems to fit really well with the character.

Hey glad this is getting a little traction!
Feel free to use whatever characters you want. I know for a fact my character is someone I've been work shopping for years, and like to test out in different environments / RPs. You do you tho
General note: I'm going to limit the purple class to 1 character for now, maybe 2 if I really see some good ones. So if you really want the purple slot, get your sheet in ASAP
@Aqutanama love the idea of a white mutant that gets stronger over time. Could be a nice subversion of expectations. Would have to come with some appropriate limitations of course, especially if it involves absorption. Id probably downscale from Hitler to like local higher-up government official, or something. Probably not a nation leader
@EchoWolff glad to hear your thinking of fresh meat. That'll give a good introduction to the prison. I like the idea of the tattoo like powers. 1 note is you'll probably want to add a downside outside of it just being hard to control.
