Personality: Mysterious and serious. This vigilante is driven to crack down on the crime in Empire City, despite resistance from the city's police force. She has been known to be violent towards criminals and if not occupied, compassionate towards the community whether she is welcomed or not. To say she has resolve is an understatement as she bordering on unwavering in her duty to clean up the streets - something some of the citizens admire. Not many have talked with her long enough to know her any more.
Biography: Her history before appearing is unknown and her identity behind the mask is equally puzzling. Even is spite of the government official's most presistant methods, she has kept them at bay through a combination of clever wit and her unique and amazing powers. Having appeared a little less than two years ago, she began small by instilling fear and nervousness into the criminal element until rumor started to spread. Finally seven months ago, she was officially caught on camera by a news team and her presence has been one of the top ten topics since then - whether she was good for the city or even acting on some unknown but selfish desire. Spirit has kept steadfast in her fight against crime however and even with the police putting a warrant for her arrest out, she continues.
Powers: From scientist to pastor, everyone has been wondering where this woman has gotten her extraordinary powers from, but none-the-less there is no denying that she has them. Only two have ever been documented by government scientists;
• Superhuman Combat: Without knowing how, Spirit has the uncanny and almost eerie ability to fight on a supernatural level without firearms. Her ability to analyze and read her opponents makes her seem all but invincible and her reaction times have even let her dodge bullets at close range if she is completely focusing on the opponent. She fights with a fluidity and preciseness that even master martial artists of the world don't understand.
• Electronic Manipulation or Master Hacking / Technology: Without knowing the source, scientists can't tell if this an ability coming from advanced tech or some innate way to communicate with machines, but Spirit has been noted to be able to hack into security systems, change camera feeds, change traffic lights, and even create localized blackouts. While government officials have been able to find the trace with some noticeable effort, they can never find the end source and therefore are never able to capture her.
