"Extinction Syndrome!!", he declared as the magic circle that split the black sky broke into bits. Enormous pillars of black fire were raising from the broken ground. Pitch-black meteoros fell from sky alongside the purple beams. The air became more and more fiery and hands made of vengeful spirits and the deepest of nightmares walked in the ground, hoping to take hopeless people down to Jigoku and to the other levels of hell.

Cerberus dissolved the shield and bowed to his master, which still floated in the air. Soon, two devil wings rose from his back as he grappled two scythes made of black fire."I bow and await your orders, my master Agni Blackheart, Devil Lord of Jigoku.", the familiar said. Agni looked at the chaos, expecting the time for him to go as destruction incarnate.

With the barrer set on, they could see the Child going at them with all of his mights. "If he crushes the barrier, we're done for. Prepare to disperse... now!", he said as he deactivated the barrier. Cruz ran to a side, Lyn to the other and Pamela pulled Arcadius with her a little away. "Hey, no touching the Diva while I'm on stage!", she spoke. It wasn't clear, but she was preparing herself. "This is no time for jokes! Get serious already, damnit!", Lyn screamed angry.

"And who ever said I wasn't? Alright, then. Let's make my official debut become grandious!", she said. Out of nowhere, Pamela started to spin and while she spinned, her magic energy started to generate itself. When she stopped on a pose, countless music notes were being released in a burst of pink light. Blue, red, green, ornage, yellow and purple... a rainbow could be formed if they united the notes. But behind those colors was lying a debuffer. "... So could you guys wait a minute? I'm gonna kill myself right there and I'll be back in a while.", Lyn said, not believing in what she was looking. "Hold on, I don't think those notes are so useless... I can feel something coming from them.", Cruz said. Then, Pamela danced a little and then stopped on another pose, pointing at the child. "For my special guest in today's performance, Mr. Monster from the Lava, let's give him a special effect show!!", she announced. Behind her, her magic energy started to shoot a barrage of pink lasers at the Child. "I... will take back part of what I said...", Lyn commented.

For someone to say that Agni was already unhappy was easy, but after all of that, his unhapiness grew into hatred, similar to the energy inside his grimoire. He looked at the Child going at them. "Creating an image of Jigoku and summoning the Children of Scorched Earth over a ridiculous match... I think I have another person I want to kill.", he said. He opened the Word of Hatred and started to chant some words. In that moment, a black meteor hit the Child. It wasn't that strong to defeat it, but it managed to push its landing away from them. Then, the black meteor landed, revealing itself to be Cerberus.

"My master, what is the meaning of this?! Who is the insolent who summoned the Children of Scorched Earth?!, the familar asked, angry about the situation as well. "I don't know, but I will give a taste of what is true terror when it comes to use darkness as a magic.", he said, concentrating his magic. "Do not worry, my master, I will defend you! And together, we will take the cretin to judgement!", Cerberus said, entering in battle position. Agni nodded back and kept concentrating his power.

While analyzing the surroundings, Cruz felt something powerful. He wasn't able to recognize the power though, but its levels were pretty high. "This is bad...! There's someone conjuring some crazy magic...", he said. Through their own powers, Lynda and Pamela felt that same energy. "Woah... that's intense...", she commented, while holding her microphone. "Dude, she isn't kidding. I don't know who's conjuring this, but its enough to affect the entire town center...", Lyn replied, adding information to Pamela and Cruz's commentary.

Cruz's Main Theme: Night Walker

The 4 floating figures that composed the powerful Wing Drive Weapon surrounded Cruz. He kept doing an analysis of the surroundings. "Proceding with analysis of vicinity. Levels of external magic really high. Possible interference with space: calculated at 98%. 2% of failure in magic execution discarded.", he kept spouting as more and more panels kept appearing, all of them with the symbols. "Wow... what are all those things passing by?", she asked, curious. Lynda just kept looking at Cruz while he kept speaking. "Positions calculated. Area detemined. Proceeding with magic barrier setting. Wing Drive Weapon pods in position. Executing command.", he kept speaking. The pods started to float around him, Pamela, Lyn and Arcadius. As their speed increased, a spherical barrier made of Data was created around them. But even so, he warned. "The barrier isn't failproof. Surely it'll break, but it may resist a little. Be ready for anything that happens.", he said. The two girls nodded as Cruz still kept his analysis. If that finished by the time this magic will happen, he would have a detail of the vicinity, at the very least.

He looked forward and still kept speaking. "... You find joy into bugging the hell out of me, don't you? I'm sure you're expecting that I will comment something about my life being a pain... but I'm sorry, I'm not gonna give you what you want.", he said, cold and direct as he ever was. He walked a little forward and then looked at the roofs of the buildings above him. "... Also, if you're that dense and dumb, I'll explain into words that you can understand. Don't follow me. I don't want to stay near you. Neither from any person in this school.", he said. Having learned that by his usual days with Cerberus, Agni gave a high jump and reached the roof. He started to run and jump through buildings, so that he could finally be alone.

After being teleported, Cruz looked around while doing his analysis with his power. "Oho, now that's something. What are you doing now?", Lyn asked to him. "I'm analyzing our surroundings. By now, all that I can say is that the teams aren't so far from each other.", he said, still analyzing everything. "Oooh, that's not good! Is the team with that girl that wants to test you near us?", Pamela asked, worried. "Call it as luck as you want, but they aren't so near. Yet they aren't so far.", he said.

The teleportation was fast. As the process ended, Agni finally released his arm off from Elza's grip. After that, he walked towards a direction. "... I don't know what you'll be doing, but I'm going after someone. I aim him since the teams were formed. If any of you touch him, I'll bring you down to hell and I don't care if you're from my team or not.", he said. After that, he walked towards a direction. Agni wanted to bring Cruz down with his own hands and he wasn't going to let anyone get in his way.

As they were all in aglomeration, Erika was presenting herself to L. During the many times that passed, Kula felt, by a way or another, that his presence disgusted him. He felt like walking away, but Kokoro pulled him away from them, while pressing him on some details. "So, hey! You're a really cute little fox, you know? But how can you stand in two feet like a person?", she asked him, really curious. "U-Umm... well, I always walked on two feet, so I cannot give you the sort of explanation you want to hear.", he said, a little disappointed that he wasn't able to give what she wanted. But his answer made Kokoro even more curious. "Oh, and... and you can do something cool too? Like flying or something like that?", she asked. Now that was a question that pushed him back. Even if Erika did showed her powers, there was no reason for him to show her. But Kokoro was looking at him with those child eyes, while opening a wide smile. Kula sighed and opened his hand.

Aiming at his palm, Kula used his frigid breath and created two small crystals. They shined a blue color, even if it was night, since he used his light power to make it brilliant. "The power of ice and light. It is nothing amazing, but I am proud of it. Here, take one of them.", he said, giving her one of his crystals. Kokoro took it and looked at it. "Wow... I've never seen such a beautiful jewel... that's amazing!", she said, flying around him happy. "Oh, what's your name? I'm Hata no Kokoro!", she said, extending her arm to him. "I am Kula. Kula Alexandrite. It is a pleasure to meet you, Kokoro.", Kula answered, while handshaking. The two of them smiled at each other.
