These boys need to learn acceptance and Kyouka just know what to do, getting to know them will be her first approach.

Yep, you said it yourself. Basically I am trying to fuse/recycle what original UM has and the second UM has thus giving birth to this third one, we all add some new stuff and refined astute as it goes along, as for Wilz, even though it is his jurisdiction, he got other things to do irl. So for now it is three of us who shall build this up.

Concept of Energies
Energy neither can be destroyed nor created, we are all entitled to have a power source and each of us have different types of reserves. These reserves determines our potential and efforts, it is foremost the most basic essential thus enabling us access to our powers and without it, we can't use our powers. The laws of energy are explained here.

All living things have Ki which also known as the energy of life, it is dormant to majority of all living things and very hard to activate. There are also energies called AIM for Espers, Mana for Magical terms, and Youki for Demons and many other forms of energy, the tree of life, Ygdrrassil is the source of all energy. We replenish energy by rejuvenating ourselves with food and drinks, daily basis but it has slower process, we sleep to regain energy, we train to get energy, we learn to use different types of reserves. We rest to get get it and we absorb ethernanos from our environment thus providing us energy.

Factions

Blutsauger Scarlet
-An independent organization that are seemingly "do gooders", however, they are hunter assassins who secretly help keep the world "pure". They act on their own accord through assassinations and bounty works, no remorse to their targets, they kill them instantly, apparently they are a type of "government" who operates in the most twisted ways as possible, cruely knows no bounds. Blutsauger means Bloodsucker, the group is not only filled with Vampires but different types of demons and humans are welcome too, their job is to kill all unecessary beings like the infected, monsters, zombies and execute criminals on sight. The group consists of 12 different people, highly skilled assassins, their symbol is a dragon. The dragons are called scarlets or dragons, apparently their alternate group name is called the Scarlet Dragon or the Scarlet's Sin.

Types of Characters

Student: Most of the characters will be this. They will choose one of the preset powers, unless their custom power has been allowed. There is a limit of around 2 students allowed per person (exceptions allowed), but I rather you make one character that you can control freely over multiple ones that will harm individual character development. Please refrain from making them part of the same family(What I mean is you can't make a second oc that is your sibling or family member and what not, it must not be related to you) or extremely close (ones that you make, not with other people). I will ask for you to remove of some of the characters when that happens.

[Limited Spots] Teacher: Most or all the teachers are more powerful than student characters. They will be semi-active and will not be allowed to participate in many battles. They are generally unrestrained in the development of their powers, but the more powerful they are, the less likely they are allowed to participate in battles. They will guide and teach the students new techniques, while many will be connected to certain events. The SiCs or Wilz and I will probably hold most of the teacher type characters but if you so want to join in then do so!

[Called by us] Antagonist: Will also be powerful, depending on the type. Returning characters would be weak in the start so there will be room for improvement. Keep in mind that I used that antagonist doesn't necessarily mean totally evil, this includes allies, anti hero etc.

NPC: Like the name says, these characters are NPCs. You may create as many as needed and interact with them all you want, but please do not go overboard.

Remember the four character limit.

I just put what we lack lol, it's the interest and people love Vampires and Werewolves and I am putting them there for eye candy xD.

I am ranking the species based on overall power and who tops at the food chain. Back to the other continents, we are gonna focus on three first, the others are included but it can wait since I plan to execute it with surprise.

Btw, I see you keen on handling the school and Caelifer, by all means it is all yours! You have enough material to build it, not too big but not too small. I let you decide on the Sevii thing,you can name it xD. The important stuff like buildings which comes in offices, malls etc but I advice you to do it slowly, reveal it slowly, we don't need a big stretch.

On the other hand I observed that Grey seem to have a thing for Terrene so imma let him handle it, Lyranias is finished since copyrights and all about Lyranias are made by me lol.

Lyranias is a magical city and its center capital is the home to its Queen, royal families and noble families, it is also known as the Demon Capital, the Demon Metropolis and many names that is given to the center capital. The four corners of Lyranias are ruled by four different nobles, the most prominent and tourist spot cities are the Eastern and Western region, the Tsurara who rules the East and populated by different types of demons(Eastern types) and the Vampires and Werewolves rule the West(Western folklore based creatures). Lyra is the currency of Lyranias, the country is known as the "Land of the eternal ice.", "Land of the frozen tempest." and finally, "Land of Shining Moon." also secretly known as Land of the Undead/Demons.

So that was it, study every demon but beware not to kill it or so it seems, judging from everyone's expression, Kyouko gets into her own business and minds her own business but nevertheless Sensei's expression means serious business. Kyouko calms down and do what she must do but what irks her is her murderous intent, so she approached Angel, she knew she would be powerless without help but it is all in due. "How exactly do we do this?." She asked.
