Homura sighed, "Ohh..... It's not like I got nothing better to do or anything, thanks anyway." 'No, that's not it, It's just lying for the sake of not embarrassing myself, it's totally boring and lonely as if thousand years have passed. I don't see anyone from my batch promoted, the grass sure feels greener on the other side.'Homura's thought to herself, she does indeed feel lonely for she has not seen any of her teammates and friends, hence why she wants to be a proctor to do something productive.

Flashback
Lady Shiou, she is such a legend, Homura remembered seeing her face somewhere before and a nostalgia caught her dating back to her first day as a Genin.

She idolizes a lot of people,specifically Kunoichi "I wish to be like Lady Ayameko and Lady Shiou, they are my inspiration!." Homura is a die hard fan of both, especially Lady Ayameko.

Yakuza
Members of transnational syndicate organized criminal group, they are infamous for their illegal activities and would often have the authorities catch them. In spite of their menacing image, they are very organized and structured in hierarchy. They also perform rituals of loyalty and punishment, loyalty for sakazuki and amputations for punishment, the most prominent about the Yakuza is their tattoos. Anyone can be a Yakuza.

Ninja
A ninja (忍者?) or shinobi (忍び?) was a covert agent or mercenary in feudal Japan. The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, and assassination, and open combat in certain situations. Their covert methods of waging war contrasted the ninja with the samurai, who observed strict rules about honor and combat. Countless generations have passed and ninja families still exists although low on numbers, the Ninja families constructed a school for Ninjas in training, anyone can join and gender equality is ensured. Most of us would be modern ninjas or doesn't have to be a ninja.

Rei(Spiritual Energy) and Ninjutsu
Rei is the life energy produced by living things,it is infinite and abundant in our surroundings. Our body possess Rei as well, all living things possess innate spirit energy, without Rei we are lifeless. It is the foundation of all living things in this era. Ninjutsu is the martial art of the Ninja, it consists of eighteen skills which are classified in classes and principles. With ninjutsu, the ninja is given extraordinary abilities in superhuman levels, the eight principles are for you to learn. These art of performing supernatural fears are called Kuji-Kiri.

The four basic principles of Rei

[*]Butsu. Physical prowess of the body and mind. The arts of Taijutsu are focused as well as spiritual enlightenment.
[*]Chiyu. Manipulate your Rei by performing purifying and healing techniques.
[*]Zhanshu.The art of tactics, infiltration, and Genjutsu. This principle is made by a Chinese philosopher.
[*]]Kai.The molding of Rei into different entities such as elements, familiars, weapons etc. Each of us are entitled to one element, it is impossible to learn two elements.

Elements
The five elements are Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, and Void.

Plot
Rei has been a phenomenal bringer in our world, a Monk thought Japan Rei in the Heian period. It's main purpose is to slay phantoms and demons however as time passed by Rei turned into an aggressive art used by various groups of people and it has been turned into an imbalanced sport. The world turned blind for turning back on their traditions and customs, wars were never ending and people fight for their own rights. Today, in modern Japan, young people are thought Rei as a form of education and it is the icon of countless countries. Do you have what it takes to be a Ninja and achieve your goals?

She usually brings around her war fan that is rigged with small blades, its ammunition consisting of three packs and six blades per pack. Note that her war fan is in a violin casing.
Frenzy Gum and its different flavors.
Evoker: Frenzy Gum. Kyouka's evoker that relates to prosperity, creativity, sexuality, abundance, fertility and comfort (most often in helping maintain peace around them like an ideal mother would.) Her evoker apparently is an elastic gum, one would say it is a condom. Her feelings of getting turned on sexually is one of the prominent factors while eating frenzy gum, invokes her Persona.
Personality:

Backstory:
My story all began in my homeland, Hokkaido.

For that three days, I experienced unbearable dishonoring emotions, I grew tired and lonely.

During the night of a full moon, a cold and maximizing thought broke my sanity,
I killed those men and I never felt alive, the blood shed in my hands made me reborn,
Even though it was impure of me to 'do' countless nasty things to those men, I was satisfied,
From them on, it gave me a sign to walk my own path and I emerge like a phoenix as I was refined. From that day, I changed.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Inari's forte is conjuring Japanese weapons in each tail such as Naginata etc. As a fire resistant being, she is weak to ice. When using all nine tails, Inari is able to launch 9 magatama as projectiles. Note that, each tail has different weapons with the exception of the Magatama which requires all nine tails. The weapons are not infinite. These aren't hax weapons but traditional weapons.
Shadow Self Appearance:
Two sides of coin yet similar in different ways, love should never be secret for it causes sickness. A shadow that is benevolent yet malevolent, one would say its heart is the blackest sun that reflects in the mirror. A massive aura of emotions that one may feel around her, it is something that is forsaken, agonized, painful yet sad and beautiful, golden eyes that is like a house of mirrors and open doors. Overall, her shadow's appearance is that of a miserable person that yearns in the crisis of the blackest hope.

Shadow Self True Appearance:
Blood like scarlet, untamed like a dog. All the frustrating emotions that is like the black sun, descending down the earth and arising to the sky as the red moon. Kyouka's aggressiveness is seen in this shadow, it takes form as a Fox of Mischief(Yako Kitsune) with all its 9 tails, having an aura of pure black, insanity at the price of sanity, she yearns for help but can't have it. It is a contrast of a vengeful ghost that is driven by revenge but no matter how it is done, it kills for no reason, take and take without sympathy and the price is brutality. Overall, its appearance is a lady whose in the nude with long flowing black hair and 9 tails, the aura is filled with full of negative aura/emotions and bloody.

Shadow Self Personality:
The feelings of grudge, obsession, love, and freedom, "Shadow Kyouka". She desires all this but what's something beautiful is ephmeral and something that she might not ever have. These emotions are red as scarlet and grudging as chains that locks her heart, the innerself.

One of Kyouka's prominent traits, is her willingness to be playful, ruthless and sadistic on both foe and ally, she is openminded and speaks her mind to the fullest resulting into mischiefs. She clearly shows control of her emotions and does not let it get in her way, a trait of her being a stoic person and enduring all sorts of dreadful encounter furthermore she is known to boss around and doublecross those who have no use for her. Kyouka is able to inflict fear and adoration to those who work with her and it is something she clearly knows and takes advantage of.

Another trait that is known of her is that, she is very picky and prefers the company of women instead of men, it's not because she despise them but rather having difficulties conversing with them in a friendly conversation/manner and majority of the times, her composure in men is cold and ignorant. Kyouka likes teasing those around her especially if it's women sometimes in a sarcastic way or subtle, this implies whether or not she is a lesbian in nature but such theory is debunked when she stated that she prefers men that are older and strong.

She has a catchphrase which is, "Drop Dead." Much to her usage of that phrase, it became a bad habit as she uses it in the wrong place and time, she also has many alterations of her catchphrase and fun fact is, she uses a cutesy quote that puts her into teasing situations from her comrades and enemies, that one liner is "Kon~", it is secretly confidential that Kyouka loves cute stuffed animals.

Brief Backstory:
Born in Hokkaido and raised in Osaka, Kyouka was part of the Hockey Team back in middle school. Although little is known about her, she stated that her primary goal for living is something grand.

Powers:
Without fusing, Kyouka is granted enhanced body system like enhanced self healing, speed, strength, metabolism, immune system, intelligence(more memory storage but still has a limit). Fire resistance(this applies to low tier fire magic), standard fire and lightning magic which in this case is generally weaker.Kyouka can only use diluted versions of it, lightning on the other hand has a high mana consumption rate and she barely uses it. Like all Kitsune, Kyouka is granted the power to use illusions but in her case it's totally limited and weak.

Lastly, shapeshifting but it needs practice since Kyouka sucks at this anyway. Kyouka is restricted to only using standard fire/lightning magic and standard illusions. Without magic, Kyouka compensates with her war fan and sword skills.

Personality:
She is known to have a bubbly personality, and a little light headed and carefree. She openly states that she likes to have fun and tease Kyouka inside her head most of the times.

Fusion:
The fusion appearance of both Inari and Kyouka appears to be the Fox Deity itself. Kyouka now has longer fox ears, more tails(up to 3 since more than 3 hurts for Kyouka) colored orange with white edges at the end of each tails. Although some may consider it obscene, Kyouka has zero clothing which makes her appear in the nude, yes she is embarrassed but she has to deal with it. Her hair color changes into a golden-red fire color which is glowing, giving it a burning feel. (Though in the nude, she has fiery body paints covering her whatever you don't wanna know)

She also gains the ability to use fox flames, condensed from her tails, summon three types of weapons, a sword, a fan and a Naginata. Kyouka is basically increased 4x in power when it comes to fire magic, lightning magic and illusions, she can't maintain the fusion long because it only lasts for 8 minutes.

Summon:
Inari is able to use all 9 tails at once, have access to more Japanese Weapons(9 weapons) and the most notable weapon she uses is a Magatama which is a spiritual weapon, she has 9 Magatama appearing in each tail which can be launched as projectiles. She can perform better versions of Kyouka's illusions, fire, and lightning magic on a bigger scale but not something that can destroy a mountain or a city. Her shapeshifting abilities are way better than Kyouka, she is unique of having levitation(limited) and self teleportation which is exclusive to her, her telepathy is communication stream instead of reading minds.

Homura listened to both parties, as a matter of fact, it is true that Kyoku's Education is extensive. She remembered the hard times during her academy days, she's fortunate enough to graduate from the academy instead of being in a specialized one. "Now that you mentioned it, Suishou-san. It kinda brings me the hectic memories in the past hehehehe."

She asked Suishou about her Chuunin Exams, "By the way, Suishou-san. How was your experience with the Chuunin Exam? For nowadays there are quite a handful of dropouts or better yet, promoted Genin to Chuunin ninja that aren't present." She said.

"Alia-dono, you too. If I'm not mistaken, it's possible for Shinobi around my age and above are qualified to be Chuunin Proctors/Examiners? And if you were going to the academy, I can come too! I got some peeps to see."

She turned to the dragon, "Dragon-sennin! I look forward for the ride! Fear not! I am not afraid of heights! If I can ride my older brother's Falcon then riding with you will be fun!."
