Known history and secrets:
A shinobi who dreamt of learning the ways of the samurai; Byakuya learned the hardway, right after being promoted to Chuunin at the age of 12, he moved to the land of iron and dedicated his training in learning the ways of the samurai. It was hard at first because the training was nothing ninja like, it may share some similarities but it is the conviction of a Samurai that makes his heart that makes it sharper than the sword, the power of convenience. Years later, he returned to Yukigakure to spread his teachings in the way of the sword. For the past eight years, he doesn't have any student mainly because he fails every single team year after year due to what they lack.

Personality:
Byakuya is a calm and principled man, he is neutral and does not judge quickly for he waits patiently to see the results of ones doing. He is strict and straight to the point, body bagging with his way of words; words that are sharp as his blade like any katana. The samurai shinobi believes that men should not feed but teach in order to promote a better village. Byakuya will not tolerate rule breakers.

*To cleanse corruption and deliver justice which is just.

General strengths:
*Keen Intellect; he solves things first before acting on it.
*Master of the Ice Release; one of the fine masters out there, of course there is no such thing as the strongest. His ice release is both his greatest offense and defense.
*Kenjutsu

General weaknesses:
*Reckless; not really reckless but reckless enough to stick with this belief to make his students solve the "puzzle" on their own, it is a good thing however; it is very reckless and dangerous.
*Speed, he's not that fast at all, take away ice release, he's greatest defenses and offenses are gone.
*Concentration; the way he uses ice release is the Achilles heel. He uses ice release on shape manipulation prowess, take that away and his prowess is decreased drastically.

A Naruto RP.
The story takes place 200 years after the great battle between Sasuke and Naruto. A world unified by the Hokage which later became known as Entei(Fire Emperor; replacing the Fire Shadow) to which justice is dark with an iron fist at first glance; Sasuke the benevolent dictator seize the world anew right after the defeat of Naruto to which the former friend's blood served as the covenant of the new age and the final memorial for his clan as well as the marking of the revival of the Uchiha clan. A hundred year quest for the benevolent dictator took place as his unification spread throughout the world however; there were people against his order but they didn't have much of a choice, it was either be killed or serve Lord Sasuke. Two hundred years later, the five great countries, unified became known as Uchi no Teitoku.

NOTES:
The RP will have a slice of Edo/Sengoku-esque era.
Not everyone will play as an Uchiha. (We Naruto Rpers are well aware of this rule)
Uchihas are branded with samurai-esque as well as royalty theme like in Edo period, die with pride.
Uchiha Police Force reinstated but serves as en exclusive unit since not everyone in the RP can play as an Uchiha.
The RP story wise has elements of Last Air Bender's Fire Nation rule.
The RP will have elements of Akame ga Kill; not everyone is safe from death, rebels, revolutionary groups, cults, corruption etc.
There will be factions everywhere but not too many.
The Senjus/Uzumakis are second class citizens like how Hitler did to the Jews in a way but in story wise they are on equal footing as Uchihas aka first class but their treatment is very aloof.

I originally wanted Kyouka to be an Uchiha but I decided not too because I'm bored playing dem Uchihas.
I like it and its very refreshing for me to stop playing an Uchiha :D

The only thing I see good for Uchihas is their Police missions(RP based), I like detective oriented style quests^^

On a good note: It's good we don't have Uchiha spam.
