- Jean Scherazade. One of the Co-Founders of the N.W.M(New World Movement), he contributed into using his Alchemy powers to create what our world is today. He is also responsible for the gemstone movement and bring forth the common 5 elemental phases of magic which are Fire, Lightning, Wind, Earth and Water, living up to his title as the Elementalist Alchemist. Long before this, there are only 4 elements which are F.W.E.W, Jean included lightning as a new phase for the N.W.M as what you called the advancement of the world today. Today, we all live in an island called Scherazade. Not only is Jean responsible for today's world, he is also responsible in all the technology that exists today and later improved by his successors.
-Scherazade Island is powered by billion volts of electricity and powered by magic as well to keep the systems and features of the island going. The statue of Jean is the power source located in the heart of the island below.
-This is where Pilots are train, Jean created his academy for pilots who will use their machines as Mecha-Wielders.
The Mother of Magic, The successor of Scherazade, The Messenger, The Angel, God's Right, Mother of Magic Girls
- Eveshart Kohaku. Along with Jean help built the Scherazade Island, she is his successor and prodigy of magic, she is the true creator of Gemstone Magic which Jean's brief idea before his death, she also invented countless books about magic and there are currently 666 Forbidden Books that are hidden from Men. Today, she is still very much alive, intertwining with our world aka the tree of wisdom located at the Realm of Magic, the magic world of trees. We also get the Kohaku International Library and Kohaku Fine Arts of Magic. The first two gems created by her were darkness and light.
Kohaku created a magical government, where rules of magic and constitutions that are known today as well as 'The Order of 10 Holy Archmage' dating back a 100 years ago. Magic unfortunately was drying out, there are only few capable families that are born with Innate Magic. They are: Lyra, Tsurara, Scherazade, Eveshart and Zhang Li. The capital city of Scherazade Island is Lyra. Like Jean, Kohaku's contrast is magic, she created the 5 known Gemstones that can be used by men which are:
Hematite and Black Pearl etc...(Darkness)
Lace Agate(Light)
-These two were the forbidden gems created by Kohaku, henceforth Darkness was the first gem that brought light and life to all gem by Kohaku.
Ruby(Fire)
Sapphire(Lightning)
Diamond(Earth)
Amethyst (Water)
Emerald (Wind)
-Gemstones are pure magic, it can't be destroyed nor replicate but is able to reproduce in a form of a fruit, the Devil's Fruit/Devil's Gem as its manifestation of a host. To be a Gemstone, one must eat the fruit. The gemstone gives an incredible power boost to the host, gaining their own elemental resistance to their specific element like being resistant to fire etc. Tenfold their magic power, enhanced senses and nigh-immortality. Once the Gemstone is eaten, they can no longer [Secret Weakness], the gem hence forth becomes one with the user, their main power source are the heart and the brain.
The power of the gemstone itself is made out of pure magic, the work of the Gods in which Kohaku brought forth. Mostly gems are use by Magic Girls or Gem-mancers, that's because it is the user's own choice whether to be a magic girl or just a plain gem user. It's all up to Kohaku to see whether you are worthy of becoming a magic girl.

- All Tech users are implanted with microscopic nano devices inside their body, main function being the brain, it doesn't need wires to connect, likewise this is an invention of Science, mainly the field of Alchemy, it is a counterpart to the Rune where the flow of time stops and the user itself is accelerated. This is a forbidden alchemy technique and can be learned, solely built for tech users aka pilots etc.

-Since both techniques causes too much causality, Professor Jean Scherazade created Mega Burst or now known as 'The Ring'.
First each are given hi-tech bracelets that allows them to go inside the game world/virtual world.
All players will have a ring that allows them to use two keyword spells in the game:
It's where both magic and technology are applicable, though only artificial mage are commonly seen.
1. Book - by saying the keyword "Book", it will cause a Card Binder to materialize for the player's personal use to stash cards.
2. Gain - by saying the keyword "Gain" an item in its card form will turn back into its material form but can't return to its card form again.

Yep we can do that and as for Gems.
Simplest way I can explain is you are the element, you are one with it, your heart,body and soul, you are resistant to your own element and your magical gem's element/power is stronger ten fold that the normal ones. Meaning S-Class.
Gem Users are S Class type of magic. It cannot be replicated nor destroyed, everything and knowing about gems is still a mystery in the IC and will be revealed soon.
Pilots are valid to the ages of 16 and up....... It's applicable for both boys and girls.
