Personality:
Ria, being the deceitful person she is, can change her personalities as quick as an eye can blink. Mostly applying to oblivious people and to some extent to those she's close with. She also has a sharp tongue lying at her best, saying quite harsh things to just about anyone. Ria keep herself unattached(never to hurt herself again), meaning that when she gets happy or embarrassed; she acts like she doesn't care or gets angry, although happy on the inside, she still keeps it to herself. When with different people, she is a completely different person but still has her cold act intact, aloof or not. In battle she uses her talents to the fullest, having her way with words and deceit, capable of showing ruthlessness, be it an enemy or an ally. To a certain degree, she is arrogant claiming that she is better than her Sensei.

History
A prodigy in her own right, Ria is known as Iwa's Ice Princess; under the tuteleage of Yuga Kryiaki, the cold kunoichi learned the ways of an archer and the art of illusions. Prior to that life, she's with her family, the Tsuraras, a family that resides in the snow mountains in a distant island near the boundaries of the Cloud and Mist countries. The small family survives the snow wilderness due to the fertile soil from the volcanoes, and adapt to the cold weather by practicing ninja arts; the way of the cold. Their temple is surrounded by huge stone walls covered with snow and ice, guarded by a giant animal summon that is a wolf.

Children in the family are trained from birth in the art of the cold and eventually hunstmanship, although each member of the family has the privilege to choose the specialty of their forte and liking as they grow up. For example, Arata who is the eldest boy among Ria's siblings is a master of unorthodox ice(he uses heat stealer ice) techniques whereas Ria's eldest sister is a master of poison techniques embedded into her icy puppets. The family operates as a whole, as servants to no one but themselves, they are neutral for they adapt the principles of the Land of Iron. The family are labeled as hunter nins and would so help other villages for the money. Ria being the third child of the family, she was born and raised in Iwagukure due to an emergency of her mother giving birth. From that point of progress, Ria attended the academy at the age of 6 and at 7 met Yuga, the man who she acknowledge the most.

Yuga plays a huge role into nurturing Ria's wholebeing, especially adapting his fabulousness in terms of appearance but she took it wrongly because she believes that clothes are restricting and she's already fabulous with a black shinobi bikni attire. Furthermore she adapted to his ways of deceit and lies thus making her the way she is today, she idolized him too much to the point the once innocent girl now is completely different. As time passes, she slowly develops a vitrolic relationship with her Sensei.

Ria is a prodigy in her own right, proclaimed to be the number one rookie among her Genin comrades, in spite all of what Yuga taught her, she claims that she got the right to be number one.

Clan: Tsurara Family

Dreams and aspirations:
She does whatever she pleases.
When she was small, she idolized Yuga a lot even to the point of wanting to be just like him.

General strengths:
Little Ms. Pretty Liar. Deceits and whatnot, it all thanks to Yuga-sensei. Ria adapted this trait and eventually became her strong asset. Like her Sensei, she also tends to never reveal the true natures of her abilities and leads his adversaries to false hopes.

Genjutsu prowess, she's effective with Genjutsu but not even comparable to Yuga because he is leagues above her. She even invent her own genjutsu skill set.

Intellect, she's good with math and it helps her marksmanship with arrows effectively. On the other hand she does not use poisons because Yuga refutiated. Her deceit plays well with her intellect.

Resistant to the cold. She learnt the hard way, a training from hell that is cold everytime she visits her family.

Decent chakra control. Trained to the point that even her bones would break.

General weaknesses:
Pride. Due to her arrogance, she loses battles even to weaker opponents. Having her time to mock them and berate them, she falls prey. This also affects her decision making. Also proving she's bad at being a team player.

Indecent taijutsu. While she isn't a slouch in fighting hand to hand, this is achilles heel. The fact that she doesn't even have proper taijutsu forms. It gets even worse, she can't fight without her arrows. Take away her bow and she's done.

Her ice release is weak to fire.

Lack of modesty. Default outfit is bikini. According to her, clothes are restricitng.

Fast draining chakra pool. Her chakra may not be below average but it drains fast due to using ice release all the time.

@Diamond, I prefer Rinnegan banned TBH because it would only serve as plot device for antagonists and then if he or she gets TALK no jutsu'd then he or she pulls a Nagato and revive the dead.

I like politics so that's a good addition.

Suggestion:
Limit senjutsu. It is a cycle. If people don't get Uchihas/Senju/Uzus etc then they'll go for senjutsu.
Also no bijuu.

Personality:
Kyouka usually has an energetic personality like a walking battery, excited and fired up. She is good at negotiating, thanks to being brought to business with her Father. Apart from her workaholic like energy,she strives for perfection and excellence which is one of the causes of her mild cocky attitude and inconsideration however; she is still kind to her peers and makes up for her misdeeds. When it comes to people her age, she is a bit shy and resorts to a mean fashion of expressing herself thus the latter gets her int fights. She easily gets angered when things don't go her way and will do anything to get what she wants. Kyou can be at her best if she thinks things through than acting first. She's a pretty bad liar as well, not wanting to admit her faults and is prone to naïveté when not having a full proof counter/resolve. In battle her fighting style is deceit which comes out as a disgrace; this is an aspect that fits her business persona where she uses tricks to bribe a client.

History
Kyou's Father needles to say, does not entirely speak of the past nor what happened to her mother. At a young age of 5, her Father would involve her in business matters, a merchant to be exact, together the father and daughter would travel to other countries such as Suna and sell goods and products. As a commoner of Iwa, Kyou aspires to be a splendid Kunoichi to honor her Father and partly to find answers, however; it was the opposite, her Father was reluctant of her being one, she was given two choices, if she doesn't make any progress within a year, she must give up and continue the family business but if she succeeds, she is free to continue and pursue her life as a ninja(She succeeded becoming a full fledged Genin, anyhow). She attended the ninja academy at the age 7 after eavesdropping from her Father's conversation with a close relative, Kyou took her training seriously ever since. Now, an adventure awaits for the young Kunoichi.

Dreams and aspirations:
To live life to the fullest. To become a splendid Kunoichi. To serve the country and work business with fairness and equality in order to make a profitable business that assists the people. If it comes to the hardest, I will be part of the Iwa politics if I have to! That is her vision of herself, following her own path and promote a business system that her Father never could, politics involves many things especially business which plays a huge role to the world's system.

General strengths:
The Kyou Mindset; it's all about playing it smartly to get the job done which plays a major aspect to her fighting style and ideals.

The dual wielder. Currently one of her prized assets, she practiced dual wielding a wooden sword four months before Genin promotion. She is still a novice at it. Picked up this skill because her mom plays swords as well.

Capable at performing genjutsu, the knowledge of her skill in it are still unripe.

Little Ms. Negotiator. Like Father, like daughter. Although she's more assertive oSmetimes it would even have to be just about the money, money if someone tried to bribe her and she will be like, I don't need your money, money, I just want a fair business, if you don't like it I will show your lewd pics! What a manipulative lady, that's daddy's little girl for you.

Agile, conjunction with taijutsu, she isn't that fast but her coordination plays it straight with her fighting style.

General weaknesses:
Jerk has a point; she's not too empathic; her lack of consideration sometimes can lead to downing her peers instead of cheering them up, she is frank and awfully honest. This can even come straight out rude and disrespectful which in return became a habit. Worst comes to worst, it adds up to her arrogance, it comes closer to superiority complex but not the level of narcism.

While she has a good body built; she lacks proper chakra control.

You go that way, I go this way. Doesn't even play it straight, sometimes she doesn't even know what she's doing which leads her to mischiefs.

Nice going negotiator. Never ever make dangerous bets, she does it so anyway which puts her teammates and others in danger.

Tai jutsu wise, she's alright but she can't last long because her stamina drains faster because she spams certain jutsus the hell out of certain techniques or prolong it.

Observant when she fights and with the right preparation time, she can perform better. Doesn't change the fact that she is rough around the edges and would rush without a decent plan. Her battle so far are that of her level, Genin and low end of Chunin which is a high Genin tier a.k.a peak Chuunin level. Intel on some fellow fresh genin graduate and mostly based on facts like lightning>earth, wind>lightning. Basic Ninja knowledge.

Opinion on Ayumi

She sees herself in Ayumi however; the latter is more of a reverse mirror. Ayumi is someone who is eye candy,deceiving in appearance. Needless to say, do not judge the book by its cover. Kyou acknowledges and doesn't take her lightly. She's very interesting and has a pleasing personality which keeps Kyou company. Kyou knows to herself that she's smarter than her but weaker in technique due to her Hozuki powers. Ayumi is a friend that she thinks of truly considering as a friend.

A childhood friend, Kyou so may think. Kyou doesn't necessarily consider herself ever having a legit friend, bond, best friend, and frienship with anyone. She's too tight and focused on her personal goals until Minoru came along, he helped her let loose and be herself by just watching his outgoingness. She somewhat dislike him for constantly bothering her. As of late, he got his eyes on Kyou and now she assumes that he has a crush on her. Kyou is not mentally ready for a relationship.

Kyou totally hates Ruri for the fact that she's such a bitch especially the fact on her Dad; NO! her whole family probably treats Kyou's dad like their own personal butler and let him do all the work in business. Opinion on Ruri
Bitch 100%, she doesn't have to be tsundere or anything. Kyou doesn't even see her as a rival but more of an frienemy sort of thing. Kyou sees herself to be the only one capable of going toe to toe against Ruri. Yes, 100% Bitch. Kyou can't describe it longer. Frienemy because, she's useful when you make her as your ally but there is still chemistry. Kyou's other goal is to put Ruri in her place with kindness or so.
