New Rules

Dragon Slayers having a second element will be very taxing as heck. You can only enter Dual Element Mode for 5 minutes minimum, 10 minutes is maximum. No secret arts for Dual Mode yet. As of now, nobody can have a second element. Except Aiden. Submitting spells. Whatever it is: Name: Spell name. Description: Usage: Applies to high level or hax spells, 1 is minimum, 2 is maximum. Creating spells out of nowhere It is allowed but don't go overboard. Yes, it is easily based on your ingenuity and creativity, this heavily applies well to Ice Make Mages or any Molding Magic because of being resourceful. In other words spell variation. Must not have special effects. For example of a spell variation: Sasuke Uchiha has Chidori, later he makes Chidori: Sword. What must not be done: I haz ice cream but it is hot. IT IS LIKE SAYING ADDING special or hax factor to it.

This arc will involve Gwen and a heavy revelation. "The Sniegow Exorcist." I leave Shiho, Raijin, Sharyxe, and j8cob for this. You guys can help. 5th- The Long Awaited Grand Magic Games. Harpy's Wing by this time should have their guild fixed. 6th-9th Arc, anything can happen. 10th arc- First Balam Alliance Battle: Like how FT fought Oracion Seis. Here are the details. Demon's Maw, Chimera, Naraka(Don't touch it). You guys decide which Dark Guild will be first and no you can't bring them all together. It's between DM and Chimera which to battlle out first by the cast. NOTE: Be sure to have adequate free roam after each arc. Don't jump the gun to the main arcs. Red colored means a MUST DO. Don't do the International Exam yet unless you guys have a good reason. Remember not to power play. For all things to be balanced and to be fair. Nobody will make any DS/GS/DeS. No lost magics. Also, not accepting any new members. The new member rule can be broken but be sure to choose a dedicated person, one person that is willing to RP. Character Development, Pacing and how we made everything neat and smooth for the past two arcs, keep it that way and you guys are in a good pace. No one is allowed to make new characters anymore until I return. Unless it is NPC/Arc villain, allies, canon fodder, lackeys etc. Of course you can make. Also, there's also Fairy Pad. The pad we all have. You can guys can make a pad or if you have skype/fb. THe better to discuss what's important. All GM/Co-GM has the right to Black Mamba sleep and roundhouse kick if speed post and powerplaying are done. As of this moment, j8cob is now promoted to Co-GM as well as Renny. My hiatus will be medium but not that long or short. It might be long so yeah.
