Ria used to be a cruel person who is obsessed with revenge, there was a time that after achieving her revenge, she became an Avenger for others, exacting other people's revenge as an Assassin. That all changed after battling Fairy Tail's guild Master and eventually losing to her, Ria started having a sense of empathy and direction and sees that life is something more than killing and exacting revenge, opening her eyes to a life given by Dia, it was a total hardship, atoning for the sins she committed. During the course of her reformation, Ria is still an anti-social and coldhearted person, retaining her usual attitude, she slowly opens up to some people, little by little but treats Dia as a rival and idol and aspires to become like her. As time goes by, Ria's more of a kind, compassionate, devoted and motherly personality in comparison to Dia yet she still maintains her sense of realism and a bit of her past self such as drinking too much wine and beating up people mercilessly but a little lighter and less cruel.

History:
Ria embodies the life of hardship, society loathes her , still no matter what happens, she accepts herself and do whatever it takes to be better, hated yet she still puts out a smile with a good intent of helping others. She grew up in Mount Hakobe and stayed for 10 years, later moving to Fiore with both her parents to start a new life, however it didn't last long. At some point of time,she joins Fairy Tail after getting beat up by Dia, Ria has been in Fairy Tail ever since she was 19. Meeting Dia, ironically it rhymes with Ria, is one thing she treasures because she was changed thus she respects Dia heavily and looks up to her.

Dragon Slayer Magic
Dragon Slayer Magic is a type of Lost Magic which allows its users to transform their physical bodies into a Dragon. As a result, the user can transform their body with features of their respective element, utilizing both offensive and defensive styles.They can consume external sources of their respective natural element to replenish their own energy. A Dragon Slayer is immune to the effects of their own element, and can consume external sources of their element to replenish their strength. However, a Dragon Slayer cannot consume the element that they produce themselves, and elements must be consumed through the mouth. It is rare for a Dragon Slayer to have dual elements, their weakness is motion sickness and any form of transportation.

Ria is a Dragon Slayer that wields dual elements, her original element being ice and the other sky, apparently she is a Third Generation Dragon Slayer, being thought by the ice dragon her first element and the latter of a sky dragon lacrima.

Spells
Roar of the Ice Dragon, the signature roar of a dragon slayer, roars differ due to elements, Ria's roar is a blizzard roar.
Blizzard Beam of the Ice Dragon, Ria unleashes frozen ice beams on her hands like a laser, it is cold and handy for mid range.
Dance of the Ice Dragon, as Ria break dances, Ria summons multiple ice dragon projectiles which is long range and explodes upon impact.
Majestic rose of the Ice Dragon, Ria unleashes a blizzard in a vortex fashion as ice roses whirling in that vortex attack.
Gates of the Ice Dragon, a wall of ice appears behind Ria and shoots multiple dragon blades.
Fangs of the Dragon Tiger Gate, Ria unleashes running and dancing dragon and tiger to attack her opponents.

Dragon Slayer's Secret Art
Azurite Rose, Ice Dragon's Judgement
-Ria poses like an Ice Make user,later putting her hands forward similar to iced shell and release whirling dragon tornadoes, freezing anything on it's path like a cold plague and devouring its opponent once attack in succession. It will later leave the opponent frozen.

Azurite Rose, Ice Dragon's Frozen Flames
-Mistaken to be fire magic, this secret art enables Ria to release a cold aura of ice that looks like flames, these 'flames' is guided by the user's will and unleashes a sculpture of frozen dragons(User may decide what sculpture they want to make, this helps as a fear causing technique to make the enemies shit their pants).

Sky Dragon Slaying Magic
Due to the implantation of the Sky Dragon Lacrima, Ria harnessed few spells as she is dominant in ice dragon slaying magic.
Sky Dragon's Healing, A type of healing Magic which is powerful and believed to be long-lost where the user manipulates clean air, to perform various feats, such as draining poison from an infected victim.

Troia ,A type of healing Magic shaped in the form of a ball which Ria uses to cure motion sickness, overusing this spell makes the spell itself useless and ineffective.

Arms- After reciting an enchantment, the Caster then targets a region of the body in which to increase damage output, such as the arms, for a short period of time. Incantation of this Magic: "Power of the stout arms that tears heaven... ARMS.."

Armor : A spell that enhances the defense power of the target, including the Caster themself, for a short period of time.
Vernier : A spell that speeds up the movement of the target, including the caster themselves, for a short period of time.Incantation of this Magic: "Fast wind that run the heaven... VERNIER..."

Frozen Sky Dragon Mode
-This is the mode of combining dual elements, it is only 1.5x the difference of the original element hence making the user 1.5x stronger than base form.
Roar of the Frozen Sky Dragon, basically the combination of both roars.

Frozen Sky Dragon's, Majestic Rose
-Enhanced by the Sky Element, Ria's rose attacks is refined and gives a wind blade like effect on the roses edges.

Frozen Sky Dragon's, Dragon Tiger Gate,
-similar to the parent spell yet more refined and appearance changes similar into an ice spirit..

Dragon Force
- Ria is able to go Dragon Force at will and it only lasts about five minutes, thanks to being a third gen, she can't maintain it and prefers not to use it due to the physical strain and magic consumption.

Ria is an enthusiastic and friendly girl, she is always energetic and ready to burst out like fireworks and unlike the rest of the Uchiha Clan, Ria is an entirely different person due to her expressive persona and in spite of being an Uchiha, she does not behave and act like one, she has a good sense of humor and innuendos, making subtle jokes and eventually like a clown most of the time. She is dedicated into helping people and can seem to be a little stubborn, like doing things in her own without the need of help. Ria puts others before herself and that's what makes her loveable by people and hated by her clan. She is definitely honest when stating her opinions and sometimes sarcastic.

Expressive as she is, Ria is the opposite of every Uchiha, revenge is inevitable for them but to her revenge is something that she doesn't like and wish to have, even though some incidents can happen to her and be caught by the chain of hatred, the curse of the Uchiha. Ria can be respectful when interacting with people of all ages and still maintain her happy personality which sometimes can be disrespectful and worth it. She has a strong bond with her best friend Okani which is shown most of the times as the two of them would get into all sorts of comic situation and sticky situations that maybe dangerous yet get by with a smile on their face. Their relationship isn't a parallel of their ancestors but a bond that is forged naturally, their bond cannot be expressed by words, aside from this bond, Ria also have a strong bond with her family, especially her Father since they are very much alike in personality and according to some people, Ria is like an incarnate of her Mother,looking alike with her Father's personality.

Ria is shown to be good at negotiations and planning and much more intelligent than he appears, she inherited her Mother's way of thinking. She loves sweet type of foods as well as spicy, her drinks are usually overloaded with high sugar which makes her energetic.

Biography:
Ria is born from the Land of Iron as her Father was a blacksmith, well known as Shadow Uchiha Rihan, Ria was raised and under teachings by his Father for 3 years(She was 5 when it all began and stopped at 9), the influence of her Father brought them close and eventually passing on his kenjutsu techniques to Ria herself, she was thought to be deceitful and cunning but her training was shortlived. Later on, Ria transferred to meet her mother Hanayuki Reina, she had long to meet her mother, sadly she was sick, during that time Ria temporarily stopped being a Samurai and started the learn the roots of her country and family as well as taking care of her mother, she treasured her a lot and everyday she would serve her and make her happy through singing, unfortunately her mother died and she can't fend of herself.

The Uchiha relatives of Rihan took custody of Ria thus teaching her the ways of a Ninja, it was extremely difficult since she failed countless times which is why she's sent in the Academy and graduated at the age of 14, that was the time when Ria's life was so heated due to being discriminated by her family but that all changed when she awakened the sharingan after saving her weakened Sensei during a thug attack. She was taken interest of by her family again, the first step was being a medical ninja to ensure safety for the clan and later she was thought ninjutsu during her 14 year old life, fire ninjutsu, the pride of the Uchiha Clan, this was the most crucial moment to be a full fledged Uchiha.
Ria spent the rest of her 2 years of developing her fighting style in ninjutsu, guided by taijutsu and kenjutsu, the latter was harder since she came up with an idea of creating stronger flames which later deemed to be an advance form of fire jutsu, the creation of this technique was so difficult that Ria have to master chakra control and chakra manipulation. It took her 4 years of creating the jutsu, Azure, the Azure is a blue flamed fire jutsu that is 2x hotter than normal flames. Eventually this invention succeeded the rest of the Uchiha and fire ninjutsu history discounting Amaterasu and later on, Ria is given the title, Dragon or Fire Mistress of the Leaf.

Signature Jutsu

S Rank(Azure)
Azure- The blue flamed technique that succeeded every Uchiha known for fire techniques, this jutsu made Ria an Uchiha prodigy of fire. Azure is 2x hotter than any fire jutsu, it is deadly known for its incineration ability as it is able to burn through concrete walls, metal and even go up on par against Yuuki Clan's Ice Release. The concept of this technique is intense chakra manipulation, the user must use chakra as an extension of the body thus generating flames from different parts of their body such as fists and kicks as well as fire walls. Ria is able to enhance normal flames by turning it into an Azurite, depending on the rank it only gets a 0.5 difference such as great fireball but only hotter. This jutsu is comparable to the likes of Chidori and its variants as well as the Rasengan, perhaps Ria is inspired by the concepts and creation of these two jutsus hence inventing the Azure, what makes it even more interesting is that it compares to the Raikiri jutsu which is said to have cut lightning as for Ria, her Azure is able to cloak fire. This is her signature jutsu and this trademark makes her distinguishable as majority of her jutsus are cloaked in blue flames and enhanced by wind however water is still the weakness of this jutsu.

-Guided by the triple sword style, Ria is able to spin like a concentrated yo-yo and unleash projectiles of flames.

Wind Ninjutsu

Yamabuki Nagashi(B Rank), a stream of flowers that are used for deceiving an opponent, the more the flowers produced it is likely to buy time for escape, the flowers are basically for defense.

Tsubasa Tsubaki( B Rank)- Camellia flowers that whirl around in a swirling fashion, it is similar to how Yamabuki Nagashi works but the difference is it is used for attack.

Sakura Aura- Ria uses this as a signature of appearance to her peers and even opponents, Sakura flowers drop down like autumn which means that Ria is here.

Collaboration in unison; Ria is able to enhance her fire ninjutsu with wind making it spread its range. Her most notable jutsu is 'Fu'En(Fuuton+Katon, not Shakuton and not a KKG, it means flaming wind) Yakuza Uchiha Kyaku, the parent jutsu is great fire ball but it looks like a roar when enhanced by wind.

Space Time Ninjutsu and Summoning Ninjutsu

Butterfly Shunshin, similar to a certain Uchiha who uses crows to move around, Ria uses butterfly to do so.
Butterfly Bunshin- Ria is able to make Shadow Butterfly Clones.

Summoning: Yukihira, the boss butterfly of butterfly lands, Ria made a contract with her since she was 15, the affinity of this butterfly is genjutsu and basically flight
Summoning: Butterflies, basically summoning butterflies for distraction.

Uchihagaeshi, the Uchiha reflector technique which can be used by a fan or gunbai, it absorbs the impact of a jutsu and reflects it back.
She's able to mix her medical ninjutsu to fire though not as good as other medics, it comes in handy, she can't heal herself.

Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan
Other Info: Ria is the type of Uchiha who doesn't rely on the sharingan but do so when the going gets tough. She has four brothers and a younger sister.
