It is best that everyone develops equally slowly, little by little so it is realistic development, I'm portraying that Ria even without using her sharingan, she's already strong, she's a Samurai Ninja anyway. Everyone does get stronger but those the likes of Kage, just a little.

What?! I still think Oda is leagues above Ria, anyone know One Piece? Ria is like Ace in jutsu skill. Well we could say for now that Ria is the strongest Jounin of Konoha dated in this time unless we got 2 more Konoha Jounin that disagrees with it. Well I do understand being an Uchiha just makes you insta stronger. Then again, discounting Amaterasu, Ria is the best in fire cuz she's like a fire bender, it's too early to day who is the strongest, once all slots are complete and we RP for a good amount of time then we can judge.

Mangekyou or Eternal territory, reason why we don't want Uchihas running around is because of the amount of hax that will be used, we don't want spamming of Black flames, hax genjutsu and Susannoo, izanagi and Izanami especially Kamui.

The last thing we want to have is psychopathic Uchiha who is a cannibal and feeds on Senju DNA

Yeah, he can rape Ria instantly, I dunno about the rest but yeah, I think if we were to make a character we should be willing to do so, I created the Mizukage so that Kiri can have relevance.

We got like Ria, Kota, Oda being the 3 canon Uchiha , 4 wouldn't hurt but it seems too much.
Let's just hope nobody gets into MS territory aside from Oda which he already he have.
That is why I said before 4 Sensei per village then we get 3 students per Sensei.

Despite her appearance, Ria just wanted to get this over with which is why she has a serious face, "Eki, Hokage-sama has orders, you come along too. Ah! If it isn't Kota, I've been looking for you too and where is Aiko and that medical Genin?" Ria asked as her clone appeared behind Kota, whispering in his ears, it may be projected as seductive but Ria looks younger than she looks, people often mistake her for 18 years old. After that little comic moment, Ria told why she came, "We live by the rules, Eki, you can't train a kid alone without a team."

Biography:
Upon the demise of the Yuuki Clan,Serena is one of those who possess the bloodline of the Yuuki, dating back to her ancestors post extinction, 137 years ago during the era of the bloody mist. Serena belongs to the same generation with her fellow Kage, namely Uchiha Oda and Atlas Hakumo, she is one of the new Kage that reigns in today's era as the 8th Mizukage, prior to being a Kunoichi, Serena once belong to a noble family in a remote island near the land of waves, her Father was a Shogun(Governor) of that particular place. It was a difficult life for Serena as she have to be constantly locked in the Castle due to the position of her corrupted Father and as the Governor's daughter, the chances of being abducted is always high.

Serena would always brag about going outside to see the world but her Father declined, every time she pleas, her Mother on the other hand disagrees and let her enjoy but then she would receive lecture from her servants about leaving the palace, Serena always whine. One day, Serena met a Shinobi and received a warning prior to her abduction but instead it was already a fortunate abduction, this man was her best friend and that changed her forever, the man who's named Miyazawa Kenji, he took her out to see the world, teach her many things that every eager person would want as education at its finest, Serena during at night would come out everyday just to hang out and live her life but that all changed. At the death of her mother, Serena's life became worst as her security becomes tight, her Father would use her medical ninja skills for profit and such atrocity like that is to be condemned, it was torture for Serena and for five years being locked up and abused by her Father it became a living nightmare for her, losing hope that she'll never see the world again. That all changed when an invasion by bandits took over the land, it was yet again a nightmare for Serena as she not only lost her Mother but her people and being taken hostage by those bandits, at the age of 16 that is. The abduction didn't last long as she was rescued by her long lost best friend, Kenji and their reunion marked a new beginning for their lives, truth be told that Serena is the oldest in the Ninja Academy and later excel in medical ninjutsu and ice release.

Becoming the Mizukage is not because of her ice release but her strong charisma and passion for others is what made her the Mizukage.

Ice Release, the KKG of the Yuuki, it was said that Serena was able to freeze an entire nation before.

"Farewell then, Oda." Disappearing like the wind, Ria's body turned into a flock of butterflies and sakura leaves appeared again to mark her leave, laughing seductively at the same time, "I'll be on my way and back in an instant." After leaving she appeared in the streets of Konoha, observing what's around her, Ria didn't like the way Konoha has been acting lately as well as Oda's reign, it was something uncanny coming from an Uchiha like her but whatever it is, Ria is one of the Hokage's best shinobi. Ria take a walk and walk, "I might as well go to the hotsprings and relax after my work. Kuchiyose!." Ria summoned an archive of ninja data book, inside the book were ninja cards about the Genin and whatever information, she sits down in a rooftop. "Uchiha Kota. This kid, there's no mistake that he is a gifted Ninja and one of the chosen few during the Genin promotion test. He has shown potential in fire jutsu and it's no surprise having the Rasengan at such age, furthermore it is a big achievement being 'that'. Aside from talent, he lacks sociability and is feeble in mind by being born in this generation. He needs polishing like a golden egg that was once wet and yet to be purify. With social skills and values, Kota would be a good shinobi by not only skill but the ones that is admire by people and someone to look up too as an encouragement." Ria snaps her fingers and the card goes back to the book.

"Next. Uzumaki Aiko, just like Kota, she has the Rasengan which is expected from her bloodline, she may lack in skill but her charisma and attitude are what makes her good as Kunoichi also to brightening up the gloominess of her surroundings, I actually like her. I've tasted her Mother's cooking and they say gals like her brightens up the mood. She displays a good skill in wind and the other in fire. Ah, those two kids, the new generations surpasses the previous ones." Ria said in an optimist manner.

"O-d-a." Ria makes seductive sounds again, "Ahn~ ahn~//... they say that birds with the same feather flocks together, choosing me or yourself as their Sensei says it all, hahhn~." Crossing her legs, we see a good reveal of her beautiful legs, her position is already seducing enough. After that, she summons another card, this was like no other card, "Shiraiyu Shyzu. This kid is a reminiscence of Yakushi Kabuto and Yakushi Nono, his background says it all too and he exactly looks like Kabuto. I too possess medical ninjutsu. Oda, you really are a sneaky bastard for leading me into these kids that bares the same talent and similarities that our ancestors have and we have." After that Ria left the rooftop and jumped down, "Kuchiyose no jutsu!." She summoned a big butterfly that she could use for transportation.

"Yuki-chan! it's good to see you again." Ria greeted the boss butterfly, her summon was a bit angry, "Find who am I looking for." The butterfly agreed and sensed the targets and puts Ria in the training grounds. Upon her arrival, she saw Ekirei with Kota, "Sorry to crash the party fellas."
