I will be working on two characters.
I don't know if this is allowed or what, I am making a character that is just even more mysterious than Obito before identity and Kakashi's face. I intend to make a character whom will be mysterious, don't know how it looks like and the gender is mysterious but known by the Kage and few people only. lol....

Taijutsu is good with the exception of gates.
Try something for a change like stealth and traps? Like make use of sealing jutsus on your taijutsu like tagging them with tags and seal which gives an effect depending on what is encrypted on the seal.

And yep, I don't like an RP to be an Uchiha centric, I agree on that but just because I'm an Uchiha fan it doesn't mean I am so biased about it. I just hate it when Beta running the gauntlet and judging quickly on Ad Hominem.
