As a GM you should ban the hax stuff like MS/EMS/Rinnegan, Mokuton on Hashi's level....If possible Gates?
I assume Sasuke and Naruto in your RP made peace? Then ban the whole reincarnation of Indra and Ashura because it will only add to imbalance scree time and Mary sue traits.
Chuunin Rank should be allowed to use one A Rank jutsu I suppose.

I dig this, i would go with my swing as cold type of a character.
Since I can't choose between Amon and Astaroth, I will be taking Amon instead of Astaroth due to his lack of other feats.
EDIT: Screw that, Astaroth, i will be taking Astaroth. It opens to better creativity instead of being spoon feed by Amon/Ali's spells.
